Friendly people, Don t really feel like they negotiate much. Always busy too expect appointments to be a month or two out. Oil changes are fairly quick. Steve Martin was kind, didn t really feel pressured to buy. I was more upset that they would go down on vehicle price but I m happy with my purchase

As a certified mechanic I wouldn t come here. Let getting ignored and given attitude by the worker eventually I just went next door to AutoZone where they helped me right away

When purchasing a new battery, the staff explained the two sizes and returns policy. And of course, the battery purchased was the wrong size. The return/exchange was simple and painless. Though the cost of the size I did need was significantly more. Nonetheless, it was a painless process.

Went in about getting my battery checked and that's just what he did and said to go to autozone since my battery was dura last he said that the battery was good and they're was nothing else he could do. I get it I went to auto zone and not only did they check my battery they went a step further and checked my starter and alternator with the same machine that was used here will definitely take my business where as a woman some received much better service such a shame.

Chester is a very knowledgeable guy. I stopped by to see if they had a coil for my 64 Falcon that has a 302 in it and it was a smooth transaction.

Love it when I walk in and there are five women and one man sales staff. The gals were amazing. And they loved my four legged kid. They even had doggie treats!

Excellent service. Had my battery in my 2015 Jeep wrangler go bad, they tested the battery and found out it wouldn't hold a charge. Got me a replacement in less than 10 minutes and was out the door.

Patrick was so so so kind and patient and helpful. He even went and got the oil i need and the correct amount i needed and brought jt to the register for me. He made my stressful day so easy

They where very helpful. I had no clue what was wrong with my car and the older guy looked at it. He told me i needed a new belt so i bought one. He even printed out a picture of how it goes on

All 3 employees were in a bad mood and acted irritated when I needed a battery change. Horrible customer service. Would not go back to this location

These folks recycle antifreeze. Everyone else sells it, but Advance is the only store that takes it back. That's outstanding customer service and concern for the environment. I'll buy all my parts here from now on.

Staff is polite and friendly. Was able to borrow a couple of hand tools to replace a sensor that made my turbo inoperable during a road trip. Thank you ladies at Advance Auto. You rock!

Only complaint is that I had to go to the desk for the part number for the cabin air filter. I'm used to looking it up on a book or some electronic list provided near the filter section.

Needed widsheild wipers asap. Got new ones installed by a great female employee and shown how to do it myself by her as well. I own VW JETTA and thought it would be more difficult than domestic cars. It was fast and easy process. Couldn't be more impressed by the service here! :)

A decent auto parts store. A little dissapointed in the staff... A friend and I were here, and clearly needed to ask a question and they stood in the back for over 5 min... we left for another store.
