I was very happy with my experience here. Chadwick Hood is a remarkable sales person and assisted in every way to cause the sale and trade in to go smoothly in spite of my anxiety! as well as Chris Hayden! I needed a bigger vehicle due to a growing family, more grandchildren ...And I got a beautiful 2018 Honda Odyssey perfect for what i was looking for I am very pleased with my purchase! And i also received a free Yeti cooler for the on going promotion! I will definitely consult with Village Volkswagen when the need arises for another vehicle Thank you guysV.Price

Some people in the service center just don't listen when you say you git pulled over for break light and they charge 300 for a sensor but don't fix the actual break light.

Had an appointment at 10:30, car was not taken back for service until 11. I asked Erika to also have them change my oil since the oil change light recently popped up. At 12:10 she calls me up to check out, I pay for the tire rotation and when I ask about the oil change she tells me they did not do it. I m flabbergasted as to how they took almost 2 hours to do half of what I had asked them to do. The oil change light is still on in my dashboard. I told Erika I am moving at the end of this week and need my car to be completely checked over and good to go. I ve been a loyal customer with this VW for over 5 years. I ve never had such terrible service before. Jacob used to go above and beyond for the customers. I was told that he quit and I can only assume it s because he got tired of working with unprofessional incompetence. It just blows my mind that these people took 2 hours to rotate tires and did not change my oil, and then thought they were done despite the fact that the oil change icon still comes on when you turn the car on. This dealership has let its standards go completely. The front of house sales people are subpar at best, but the service people used to make up for all the inadequacies. Now there is no redeeming quality left.Service: Wheel alignment

Had my VW TDI emissions fixed here which was covered by warranty, great dealership also provided me with a rental car.

I had a recall and called to schedule and they said they didn't have the parts but would call me when they did. A month later I called and they said that info was inaccurate that they told me and I had to schedule an appointment for 6 weeks out. I did and the service was good. I now have another recall and Volkswagen corporate has stated they issued the repair guidelines, other vw dealerships have completed the repair, but this vw says they don't have the repair info yet. They also let their service department phone ring without ever answering.

Absolutely always friendly & professional. Our cars are serviced fully, cleaned, and they're as timely as any service center can be!

2 stars for nice inventory and literally being connected to the Audi dealership splitting the parking lot.Poor Salesmanship . Drove 2hrs from Ga. w/ a Confirmed vehicle through email and web inventory only to arrive and it had been Sold 2 days Prior

Not very pleased at all with this dealership. I was an automotive technician for over 15 years.my 2014 vw passat has been there since October 2021 was told 2 weeks before Thanksgiving that my parts were in and they should have it done in about 3 to 4 weeks it's now mid January 2022 and can't get an answer as to when they will get the car in to be finished. I understand short staff but every dealership I've ever worked for this would never happen. And being a warranty job that's a guaranteed payed job to the tech. So to sum it up if you can take your car to another vw dealer I would strongly recommend doing so.Services: Exhaust, Auto engine diagnostic

My first VW and so far I love it. Went for my first 10k oil change, and it was quick.. They didnt try to charge me for a million things I didn't need either! So far, I love it!

Very pleased with results. Good communication. Picking my 2015 Jetta TDI up today.6/16/21. Picked up my car, all is well. My bucking problem turned out to be an intermittent crank sensor. Very good dealership and a great service center. The supply chain has things a bit slowed drown but they are working through issues.

It didn't start on a positive note but improved significantly once the service advisor determined that while the "fix" would require ordering of parts but made arrangements for a loaner for our use.
