Great group of guys. Quick, didn t feel like they were pressuring me into additional services or costs. I found a valvoline coupon, unfortunately it wasn t for this location, but they still honored it. I d definitely come here again and recut his location.

Love how much these guys put pride in their work! They even fixed my check engine light without me asking them to. Always confident in their abilities. Only suggestion i have for newcomers? Come in the morning if possible!

I only use Valvoline as they have the best customer service! I never have to wait long, and the staff are so helpful and friendly! Recommend 10/10.

When ever we go to this location I'm always greeted with a smile and a confident hard working employee. The team is great and always inform me of any issues. Jeff is a great guy and is super knowledgeable and honest. Definitely will be back.

Darrell was so polite, as were the other 2 gentlemen I had the pleasure of interacting with! I wish I knew their names. All of my questions were answered and they never made me feel like they were mansplaining which is really rare! Definitely made a customer for life with me because of your great team!

When another VIOC location left my skid plate unattached then told me to drive to Atlanta and back and come see them when they weren't busy (marvelously insane), I came to this location. It seems the Hamilton Place VIOC is just consistently the best of the bunch. They were kind, helpful, competent and friendly. Valvoline is the best, the Hamilton Place VIOC makes it even better.

WHAT is a "Skip Plate?" Whatever it is, I almost drove off without mine. I happen to have pulled into the parking lot to get myself back together after being there for over 40 minutes. Then, came a worker with a large item that CLEARLY was a cover for underneath a car. I am SO glad that I didn't let them rotate my tires.High sales, but you forgot my "Skip plate," which took another 5 minutes in the parking lot.

Sometimes there s a wait. But I d rather wait in my car than at Walmart spending money waiting for hours. Customer service is awesome though.

This spot is difficult to get out of once in line for service. Google said wait was 12 mins, but sat in line for an hour.The guys were friendly and efficient

The staff is very helpful and knowledgeable! They were patient with our questions and concerns, and even went as far to recommend a reputable shop for services they could not perform (thanks Jeff!). Best oil change facility we have ever been to! Plus, you don't have to get out of the car and get to watch everything they are doing. Will be back every time, thanks Valvoline!Service: Oil change

Very professional and efficient . They go above and beyond. This is literally my go to place i make sure I plan a trip home in Tn around the time it s due for an oil change so I can go here lol.

I had the worst experience (in my life) in this place. They splashed oil over my motor and my car ended up smoking. Their managers didn t do anything to try to help me or the smoke on the car. The manager name is Jeffrey. The coworkers have no experience and they charged me $91.97, I paid with $100 and the guy only returned me 13 cents. I recommend that to not come here. I recommend the place in Highway- 58, they are the best.

I go to this location at Hamilton Place because Darnell Mabry is an excellent manager and will see to it that you have superior service.

Excellent customer service- didn t try to rip me off or get more money out of me- very honest and genuine service! I don t know much about cars but they were very clear and explained things to me and again, we re just honest about what I needed. Alyssa, Patrick and Mahara were WONDERFUL, I had to bring my car in that I was given for a little tuning, they made my day, no major issues, the service was worth the money and I love friendly ppl, we have one in Hixson but I'd rather take that 30 min. drive for service like this.

While I really enjoy the concept of staying in the car (life saver with kids) I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS LOCATION. The workers were nice, it was a pleasant experience there, 4 hours later I was stranded an hour from town with two kids due to oil leaking. My engine ran 70+ Miles WITH NO OIL because it had all leaked out - my dipstick was bone dry when we checked it.Mind you I have 2021 Vehicle, no issues and all the tests they ran came back perfect while getting my oil changed.I called the location and the offered to send someone to come help. Few minutes later I receive a call saying they can tow it, but only back to their shop. Few minutes after that call, they call back saying I m too far away and they can t send anyone- I have to find a tow truck myself. Mind you, I am over an hour away and STRANDED WITH TWO KIDS and they pretty much told me that it s my problem and nothing they could do. They did say if it is a problem due to them, then they will reimburse me. All because one of their technicians that preformed a simple oil change did not perform their job correctly. I pray that it was just the oil and no damage to my engine occurred, but as of right now I m stuck with a brand new car that can t even turn on because of this issue.-10/10 I really hope no one else has an experience like mine.$100 oil change , now a tow bill, mechanic and a rental expense.Service: Oil change

I gave these people the benefit of the doubt I took my dads baby his Lexus to get oil change for the first time from a non dealer ship and everything was great they finished within 30 minutes but when I started driving home I heard a scary noise pulled over I sounded like my engine was knocking. I opend the hood and oil was everywhere and by engine cover was hitting the fan inside. Had the car towed back home and added the oil my self and had to fix everything out of my pocket.

We were leaving on a trip, but I couldn't get an appointment at my dealership for an oil change and some maintenance before I left. I initially went to Valvoline for an oil change only, but after discussing some other services with the very knowledgable service technicians, I opted for additional maintence. I am glad I did because the cabin air filter was gross and the rear differential fluid was black (it should be clear.) So, my 15 minute oil change ended up being closer to 35 minutes, but considering all the other work they did that was fast. I would definately take my truck there again.Services: Air & cabin filter replacement, Oil change

This location always treats me well. They are quick with their work, and the get you in and out in a timely fashion. The technicians are also very thorough in any other recommended services your engine might need. All around, they do great work here and have great customer service. Highly recommend

Faster and more convenient than the dealership, and around the same price. I think the mileage they put on the sticker at the end is a good bit low though. Only 3k miles on 0w 20 is kind of laughable.
