Kevin and Mike went above and beyond from when I first walked in the door to driving off their lot with my new truck! They were as straight forward as it comes and serviced my truck and detailed it to my expectations. They had no problem with me taking the truck to have third party inspected, they even wanted me to. After a breeze and inspection and easy paperwork we shook hands and I was off. Thank you so much Kevin and Mike, I ll be back in the years to come!

Great experience all around! We were able to get a good deal on a newer car that fit our family. Frank worked with us and he was a great guy. Answered all our questions and did everything he could to help us out! Definitely will keep them in mind for our next car!Editing to add: we had some concerns with the vehicle we had purchased and seriously I have never had a dealership go above and beyond as much as they did to ease our concerns. We have already recommended this dealership to 2 other people that have been looking around for cars. I cannot say enough great things about Frank and this whole dealership. They are truly amazing to work with!

Brayden was so helpful during our son s purchase. He even gave us an exceptional restaurant recommendation, Sidetracks, after we kept him late doing the deal. This dealership made us feel like family! We will definitely purchase again here!

I was in and out in 2 hours with a fantastic deal on my car! I really appreciated the speedy business as I had my 3 year old with me! Salesman Mike was not only great with my kid but answered any and all questions I had about the vehicle and was very thorough! Highly recommended!

I had a fantastic experience at University Motors. I spoke with Kenny and Mike at the dealership, and while I didn t end up buying the car, their exemplary customer service really made me feel confident and pressure-free. They both were genuine and accommodating, and I really can t recommend them enough. Five stars well-deserved!

Smh poor phone client service assistance when speaking with employee Q. Called to make an offer on vehicle and was meet smart remarks with racial undertone. Asked to speak with sales manager and employee stated I m him. It was obvious that the person on the phone was having some type off day. Rather comical I m sure the owners would not approve.

To start let me say awesome folks to deal with. No pressure, no run around just all around great people to work with. Very reasonable pricing on their vehicles. Ask for Braden! The guy works! He was dealing with another person ahead of me but always came up and reassured me that he was getting done with them. Then when It was my go the guy went to work. Got me in the truck I wanted. Will definitely be back for future purchases.

University Motors is somewhat underrated as they are not one of the big boy automotive superstores but if you are patient and willing to give them a try, they will come through for you. Friendly, decent people who offer a very fair price on their product to avoid the haggling, they will meet and beat your expectation and if you have a trade-in. I tried them once before but they did not have what I was looking for and I promised myself I would return. It was a few years but I m glad I did. I think when you were spending a lot of money, to have someone go the extra step makes a big difference. I gave them two enthusiastic thumbs up. Particularly Braden.

Got my new Jeep from University Motors, could not be happier with the purchase. This is my families second vehicle from University, my wife purchased her car from here a few years ago, and we've also suggested them to a family friend who bought their car from University. The buying experience is always excellent, we've never felt pressured, the sales staff are always informational and helpful. We've always been able to get a price that is very fair and a payment that is within the realm of what we tell them we can afford. In the current market, which heavily favors the seller and with prices much higher than in the previous years, it's hard to find a dealership where you can get a fair price right now. University came through with a price that was much better than multiple other dealerships with the same make, model, and mileage. We worked with Mike to get our Jeep, and would definitely suggest him to anyone looking to buy a car, he helped us with any questions and got a payment that we could afford and was fair for what we bought. Would definitely suggest this dealership for anyone looking to buy a vehicle.

In and out pretty simple, and now I know why, they sold us a 2016 gmc that looked super nice on the outside and here I am bargaining with the mechanic over a new $12,000 engine after the car I was sold engine was destroyed inside...make sure you buy the warranty because if this happens to you the dealer doesn't have to do anything about it

So I went there Saturday December 30th to pick out a car. They showed me a mini cooper in my approval range. After driving it and a couple of cars. I went to lunch to think about And finally decided to move forward. I contacted the sales man around 3 and did not hear from him till after 6. Said they got slammed he was sorry we would get it done on Tuesday the 2nd. Tuesday I follow up and oh the approval has changed there approvals were only good for one day. Then it was parameters had changes they were working on it. That's what I kept hearing they were working on it. I spoke to Kevin Blum who was the finance guys but per his Facebook is also the owner. Oh and a pastor it looks like as well. Today Wednesday I'm told they talked to the rep the lender won't honor the approval and we are done. I'm about to leave the lender a bad review and just happen to look at university website to find they sold they on Saturday. So the whole time I have been lied to they just have anything that fits what I need for my loan without more money down. These guys are liars and if they will a out this what will they lie about on their cars. I have all the emails if anyone want to see them.

If you don't want to spend all day at a car dealership buying a car go to University Motors on Lee Hyw across from Capitol Toyota fast friendly service I recently purchased from them the whole process took less than 90 minutes

BUYER BEWARE.i bought a car from them maybe 2 months ago. within 6 weeks i started having MAJOR issues. so after spending money and fixing them, i try to trade and find out this car has been in TWO accidents. nothing was EVER disclosed to me about any type of damage (minor or major), and was told this car was in great mechanical condition, with no issues or accidents. which was a total lie. i strongly encourage you to look elsewhere for a vehicle, or if you find one you just can t live without at this lot, do a lot of research on the vehicle and don t trust what these people say.

Mr. Allen at University Motors was extremely efficient and professional. He helped the process flow very smoothly and listened to what I was interested in as the customer. I was literally in and out of that dealership in less than two hours and came away with the perfect vehicle for me. I would definitely recommend Mr. Allen and University Motors.

I dreaded the thought of car shopping but due to an accident that totaled my SUV I had no choice! I decided on a specific vehicle and through social media I learned that University Motors had 3. I cold called them and spoke with "Braden" who answered my initial questions, and we made an appointment, keeping in mind that I was 3 driving hours away. Braden was most accommodating and met and greeted us in a very professional manner. He then answered all questions and if he did not know an answer, he promptly found it. Not at any time was he pushy to sell the vehicle and would always listen intently and react professionally to our situation and needs. We subsequently purchased the vehicle from University Motors because it was the vehicle of choice, but more specifically because of the personal and professional way Braden conducted the entire buying experience. I will soon be purchasing an additional vehicle and will give Braden the "wish list" on it to see if he can find it for me once again keeping in mind that it is a 6 hour round trip for me but dealing with this young man makes it worth it for me.

I went to buy a Honda Odyssey. It's was already priced well so no changeling necessary. Braden was the salesman I dealt with and he was super nice and never tried to push anything. Highly recommend going here don't let the oddness of being right in front of diamonds and lace turn you away. Great experience. Side note for some viewers. The van does need a bit of maintenance like rear brakes and transmission flush but for 85k miles that's to be expected.

I bought a 2018 Tundra and these guys were great to work with. I don't have much work flexibility and Kenny and Mike worked with me to purchase the truck a few days before I was able to go pick it up and I felt comfortable doing this because of the great reviews online and the interactions I had with them on the phone.I noticed a small imperfection on the bumper in one of the pictures after I bought the truck but before I picked it up. I reached out to them about it and they had already repaired it with Toyota OEM parts and did not charge me for it. Honesty and integrity like that is hard to find these days. Highly recommend!

Went to University Motors looking for a truck. They had three out front I was looking at when Frank came out to help us. The three in the front were newer than I was looking for, Frank told me about one he was getting in soon then mentioned he had a 15 model in the back. He took us to look at the 15 and it was perfect. Priced right in line with KBB and low miles. The buying process was short and painless. The entire staff at university motors was very polite and professional. I would not hesitate to buy another vehicle from university motors again. Thanks guys!

This is absolutely the best place to buy a used car in Chattanooga. It is even worth the drive in from surrounding cities. We were searching for a very specific used vehicle and the team at University Motors listened to our requested options closely. Within days they found the very car we wanted and at an extremely fair price. The team at University Motors made the purchase process very fast and easy. Greeted by the owner upon arriving. Introduced me to my salesman. Very friendly, courteous and professional. Easy to do business with. I like supporting locally owned businesses. Love the Subaru we purchased. Would definitely buy from them again.
