Truck and Trailer provided excellent service when I went to their shop to have one of my trailers repaired. The staff was knowledgeable and friendly, and they took the time to answer all my questions and address my concerns. The repair was done quickly and efficiently, and the price was reasonable. I was impressed with the quality of workmanship and attention to detail. I would definitely recommend Truck and Trailer to anyone in need of trailer repair or maintenance. Their expertise and professionalism make them a top choice in the industry.

Truck n Trailers did an excellent job of installing a trailer hitch on my truck. Their knowledge and tireless effort to produce a completed. Installation is commendable. I appreciate the effort that Mike put into the finished product on my truck. I highly recommend Truck n trailer. Excellent work guys and thank you.

These guys are awesome! Was having issues with my trailer brakes not functioning and Mike from Repair Service fixed it. It was a little complicated to figure out the problem, but Mike didn't give up and figured it out .I know they were super busy and they still went out of their way to get me back on the road, as I was just driving through Chattanooga and heading to Indiana. Will forever be grateful with this company, specially Mike! Happy New year and god bless.

You know those places that are so good that you want to tell everyone about your experience? This is one of those businesses. I ve worked with Chris on two major boat trailer projects, and he knows his stuff inside and out. I haven t worked with any of the other guys, but my guess is that they are just as knowledgeable.

Great experience at Truck n Trailers. They really did a great install on my break system and hitch. Thomas was my contact person and really went the extra mile to make sure that we were satisfied with our purchase.Would certainly use again.

Seems to be hit or miss! They've been 5 stars several times but last time I was there they paid me no attention in the showroom for 14 minutes though there were 5 people available

Had some wiring issues and fuses blown on truck wanted them to diagnose and fix told me I had to leave truck and trailer and they couldn't set up an appointment so I would just have to leave it there for 3 weeks to 4 weeks.. never have I seen business done like this...

Needed a trailer hitch for my Nissan Rogue. Trucks N Trailers scheduled the install for 12pm today. Long story short I was in and out in about 45 minutes! Awesome service!! Look these guys up when you need anything trailer related. Highly recommend!!!

Fantastic experience. We needed a brake controller and a 7 blade trailer plug installed on a Ford Explorer. It also did not have a factory tow package so all of the wires had to be run from front to back. Before coming to Truck N' Trailer USA we spoke to multiple places, including two Ford dealerships, who told us either it couldn't be done, they wouldn't do it or the one other place that would do it wanted to charge $800. I spoke to Thomas at Truck N' Trailer USA, he was glad to do it, quoted me less than half the price of the other place and also offered to only charge labor if we wanted to bring the brake controller and plug we had already bought.Long story short, they did a great job, everyone I spoke to was extremely helpful and happy to answer any questions. We would highly recommend Truck N Trailer USA and will come to them for future towing needs!

Was in need of a hitch for my vehicle to attach a bike rack. Truck 'N Trailers was able to take care of the installation. The price was reasonable and the installation was handled in a timely manner. Staff was friendly and helpful.

Got there 45 min before closing, our trailer wheel bearings came loose, one more mile on the road and we would have been stranded for the weekend! They had it fixed and other parts greased and aired up to get us on our way for the rest of our trip. Great customer service, even let us come inside with our 2 dogs to stay warm. Thank you again!!

Amazing!! I ve been several times. Installation of tow package on SUV AND TRUCK. Also tow equipment for 21 ft RV. Made sure all was safe and ready for the road with extra advice, as well. Excellent service! Great business!

Not my first purchase. I don't think there is anything they cannot do. Hitch install for bike rack looked like factory OEM work. On time as promised. Shop foreman Jim Norman A+ as is the crew. Inventory is amazing. Would not consider going anywhere else.

They did an excellent job on the bullet liner for my Nissan Frontier. I was able to wait in the waiting area and they got it done in a timely manner. Very friendly staff. I HIGHLY recommend them. Great job guys, you are awesome!

In a day and time where everything costs more than it should not nothing arrives on time, my bed cover was very reasonably priced, and was available for install three days after I ordered (ordered Tuesday afternoon and installed by Friday after). Installation took less than 30 minutes, and the technician made sure I understood how to safely remove the cover before moving on to his next project.Regarding the sales experience, Josh patiently answered all my questions and assisted in going over my options. At no point did he try to sell me anything I did not need or was not already inquiring about. Overall, this level of customer care is a rarity in the greater Chattanooga area, and I would recommend this business to a friend.

I'm currently traveling through different States pulling my trailer, the Air Lift compressor stopped working in GA the day I had to travel to TN, Air Lift Co wanted to mail a new compressor to my home in FL, when I explained I was traveling they say they could sent it to a local place in TN, I contacted some places, they said they couldn't help me but when I contacted Truck 'N Trailers I spoke with Thomas, he was super nice and happy to help me, very accommodating also, since I was only going to be in the area for a few days, he was able to get the compressor there and installed it the next day for a very affordable price and I was able to safely continue my journey! I'm very grateful for their help!

I received a good service with a hitch installations in my SUV, but I don't give the 5 starts, due a cover plastic part of my SUV was removed to install tthe hitch, and instead of adapt that part to fit the the hitch through it, they just gave it to me to scrap it or to do whatever with that part

I had the put a trailer brake controller on my 2009 Nissan Frontier. I made a appointment in June and they got it done fast and at the price quoted. They are very reasonable. I highly recommend them.

I recently purchased and had installed a Fab Fours Matrix front bumper with a high pre-runner guard on my 2022 Toyota SR5 by Truck 'N Trailers USA. They did a great job! Josh and the installers were very professional from the beginning and it felt like they were taking care of my truck as if it was theirs. I am very satisfied and will do any future business with them.

Just want to thank Jim and the team for an incredible experience. I purchased and had them install an electric brake. Jim stayed with me until ALL my questions were completely answered. Everyone that I came in contact with had a very customer focused and professional attitude that you don t typically see anymore. Thank you!

I was here several times and had a good experience each time i came here. Whenever I had issues with the trailer wiring, they fixed it rather quickly when I arrived since the vehicle was my ride. They didn't charge me anything the first time after looking at the problem and changing some fuses. The second time they checked the vehicle wiring leading to the trailer and trailer wiring and fixed the issue. I was pleased with their work and will recommend to anyone that needs similar service

Very disappointed, feel I was either mislead or the guy got confused & gave phone quote for complete air bag system for my truck having priced them at several places that were both fairly consistent but higher. Drove from out of town for my savings & I had half the product.installed I could ve gotten elsewhere. Fellow say he didn t want me to leave not feeling good about it but in the end offered no solution. Be very careful my friends.

Went there to have a charge line put on between my RV and Tow vehicle. Was quoted by the salesman that it would be approximately $200. As it turned out it was slightly over $300 primarily because of 3 hours labor at $75 per hour. The sales people appear to be very friendly and very attentive to one's needs. Notice there were two people while I was there that entered their building without wearing a mask despite the fact that there were two large signs on either side of the door indicating masks were required. One of their sales people also was not wearing a mask. I guess you can't expect the customers to comply if the sales staff does not.

What an absolutely easy and wonderful experience. Chris Sanders walked me through the requirements and process for installing a tow for my Fiat. I did not feel pressured or rushed. They worked with my time frame and the install was completed on time. Chris and Jim were kind while showing me the operation of the tow and as I pulled out I truly felt comfortable with their work.
