Had a flat on my pop up trailer, swapped in my spare, but needed a new tire. Called Tri-State when they opened, they got a new tire brought in and mounted for me and I was on my way well before Lunch! Kind, courteous service too.

Great experience at Tri-State today. Brought my travel trailer in right when they opened and told them my problem. They looked at it immediately and realized it might be a quick fix. After troubleshooting for 10 minutes they were able to figure out the issue and repaired it on the spot. I left in 20 min with a fixed trailer and will definitely be back for all my repair and maintenance needs. Awesome customer service and really kind people - highly recommend!!!

Was looking for a mobile RV service team and I found one. I was having issues with my A/C not blowing cold air and my hot water heater quit making hot water. I spoke with them on a Friday to schedule a diagnostic on Monday and repair on Tuesday. The arrived promptly Monday morning and had everything diagnosed in a matter of minutes. Was able to get the part needed to fix my water heater that day and came back the next morning and installed a new A/C unit in a matter of minutes. Their attention to detail and care for my camper is the best. I would recommend these guys to anyone needing repairs or servicesServices: Electrical, Air conditioning

Called the local camping park to ask if they could refer anyone to fix my toilet in camper as I was coming from Birmingham to Chattanooga to possibly sell my camper. They gave me Mike s number and he said I could bring it to the shop and he d look at it and hopefully fix before I had my afternoon meeting with possible buyer. He and the other workers were friendly and fun and let me watch and learn. I ll be sure and tell all my camping buddies here about their work and I ll bring my new camper back to have him service it as well. Turns out he used to work with one of my family members too. So happy with the work they did!

Thank you mike and Justin for helping us with our camper. They knew instantly what our problem was, fixed it and never charged a penny. When you are on the road with problems they knew instantly how to relieve our anxiety. Their kindness was beyond and if I am ever in need of help, I will call again. They can even help if you were across the country. There is not enough good things to say about this group.!

Stopped by the office and spoke with the manager and told him my issue with my camper. He was very helpful in trying to figure out my issue with the camper. He had Mike Terry the mobile repair tech to come by my house to see what was going on. Mike was awesome! He was able to figure out my electrical issue. Excellent Customer service! Very professional and super nice. Highly recommend them for any service they provide. Would give 10 stars if I could.Services: Electrical, Battery

For starters, I NEVER give reviews. The way I see it, if you want my business, do a good job and I ll return. With that said, I felt I had to write this review due to the outstanding service Tri-State provided and more specifically, how Justin went above and beyond for me. The wife and I did a weekend trip in our diesel rv and broke a belt due to a locked up a/c compressor. Needless to say, we were stranded. We were told to call Tri-State Truck and RV by several people and I m so thankful we did. They sent Justin out within an hour of me calling at 8:00 am and he stayed on it, found the parts, and got the job done at the campground so we didn t have to be towed. The price was more than reasonable for the service they provided. I would highly recommend Tri-State Truck and RV. We live north of Atlanta but I will make the drive to have them maintain our RV.

Tri State has worked on my boyfriend s truck multiple times and went above and beyond to rectify a problem he had with his truck. Thank you for helping my small business owner BF get back on the road and do what he loves doing with American Transport. I can t thank you all again for the professionalism and integrity shown to him. I highly recommend this company for any truck owner/operator in need of maintenance or repair work.

We took our motorhome to Tri-State with an issue that no one could figure out. Mike was able to figure out the problem! Mike is awesome and extremely knowledgeable. This is a family run business and we met several of them. Couldn't ask for more caring and amazing people. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!! And, like other RV places, they don't keep your motorhome forever!!!

Could not be more pleased at the five star service I received from the mobile RV team. Mike and Wade were prompt and courteous and very knowledgeable. We used them to come to our location to help us winterize our Class B van for the first time and answer the dozens of questions I had as a new RV owner. Excellent service!

We took our RV to Tri State for a leak in the bathroom faucet and a couple minor things. Everything was fixed quickly and at a very fair price. What set it apart, though, is what happened when we picked the RV up. Mike and Dawson went through the RV with us, showing us how to use things even beyond what they fixed. They told us how to remove only a few screws to access the panel where the leaking faucet was. They showed us exactly what they had to do to fix each item we had them look at. The service was beyond excellent.

My Sprinter chassis RV had a screw in the front tire and I needed advice on my valve stems on the rear tire dually s. James the shop foreman had Justin come out and address my concerns. The screw in my front didn t actually puncturethe tire, easy fix. Justin then gave me two options for my rear tires and let me make a decision that I would be comfortable with.Expert and professional folks who are a pleasure to work with. We received WONDERFUL service from Jim and his crew at Tri State Truck and RV. We bought a 2003 Class A Gas motorhome that had been sitting for a few years, so needed a few little fixes. Jim was wonderful to work with, is honest, and his prices are very fair. We needed a small part replaced on our sway bar, which his crew did very quickly. We came back later that same day because a clamp on a hose for our coolant had broken and we were leaking coolant. Jim got under our RV himself, pressure-tested the coolant, and instantly found the leak. He replaced the clamp right then and there in 10 minutes and didn't charge us a dime, saying that we'd already paid for an hour of labor earlier in the day and he didn't feel right charging us more. We are so grateful for such honest and kind people in this world. Thanks, Jim!

We were 600 miles from reaching home when we noticed a weld problem on our travel trailer tongue. Not wanting to risk a complete failure, we moved the unit from our KOA campsite to Tri State and pulled in about 8:30am. They appeared very busy but assigned a mechanic to the job immediately who did what appears to be an excellent job. We can't thank everyone involved enough including Jon, Jim and our excellent mechanic. What a great group of folks! PS. Go see Rock City. It's beautiful.

We contacted John about getting spark plugs and wires replaced on our Class A RV, and we set up an appointment for 6-24-19. We took the RV in at 9:00 AM and received a call at 2:45 PM that the RV was ready to be picked up.We couldn t be happier with the service we received. The staff was friendly & knowledgeable. We will definitely use Tri-State again when the need arises.Barry & Cindi Morrow

We had a coolant leak on our 42 Monaco motorhome. We showed up around 9am and we re back on the road by 10:30. Even though they were very busy, they got us in and saved our trip to Florida. I called several other places and they said they would not be able to even look at it for a few days! I highly recommend TRI State!!!

The Tri-State Truck and RV Services Center is one of the best customer-oriented service provided. In month of August 2015, we had to stop our motor home due to malfunction of window wiper when we drove in heavy rain. We called and referring by the Good Sam Road Assistance agent to the this service center. We were barely made this service center at the closing time. We asked a gentleman (Jim Terry, President/Owner) who was closed shop and ready to walk out the door for help. After he found out the problem because a part was broken. He was not able to find a part in the service center. He said that we can park our motor home inside of this service center parking lot for overnight. Then he would go out to buy a part and work on it. Next morning, he introduced us his wife while he went to several places and found a part and fixed the problem. He was the owner of this service center who personally involved and provided the excellent service. He is the person who is caring the customer service in his priority. I really appreciated for his and his wife kindness and a great customer service. God Bless him and his wife. Thank you!!!

Jim repaired a major front end problem to my RV and then insisted we go to Chattanooga Alignment Co. to make sure it was aligned properly so we could get home safely, 600 miles away. His work was professional and reasonably priced.I recommend his shop VERY HIGHLY!.breakfast while we waited..yet

I would highly recommend Tri-state for any commercial truck or trailer repair work. Some of the kindest and most professional individuals I have come across. A coworker and myself were hauling a trailer from NC to TN. We made it to the job site to find out that the u bolt holding the axle was gone. We called 4 places in the Chattanooga area and Tri-state was the only one to pick up the phone. We explained that we were 7 hours from home and were stuck if we couldn't get the trailer repaired. They not only got us in that day but stayed past closing to make sure we got home. They will definitely get my business from here on out.

Good service. Friendly staff. Oil changed while I waited. Appointments and drop off service would have been preferred. But I don't have a tow vehicle. Waiting area was cool and comfortable.

If I could give 6 stars, I would. Great people. Real down to earth, very polite with no attitudes. Family owned business. I was having problems cranking my semi tractor and they found the issue and fixed it for a little of nothing and in a timely manner. Reasonable prices. Now I'm back on the road, making money. Thanks alot Jim, and Loura. Godspeed...

These guys are fantastic with both truck and trailer repair. Their rates can't be beat anywhere. Jim and the guys really know diesel engines inside and out. Highly recommended.

We at Autow NationaLease in Birmingham use Tri-State for many service calls, and road calls, in the Chattanooga area often, and are always very well taken care of. Jim Terry really goes above, and beyond, to take care of his customers.
