Far better than expected on my first visit! Went to Tire World for a 2nd opinion on struts & lower control arms for my 2005 Honda Accord. Economy Honda had told me I needed to replace them all. A Tire World tech drove my car and then put it up on the lift... checking out all major suspension items. Everything looked and drove fine. Very little wear & tear for 110,000 miles. I even showed them the service "estimate" from Economy... $1500! But at Tire World the estimate was you've got a "Clean Bill of Health"... "NO Charge". Not even for the diagnostics. Their service & honesty were amazing! I'll be going back to them next time I need service!

I ve have been a customer of Tire World for years. Brad Griffey always takes great care of my cars with honesty & professionalism. I wouldn t use anyone else. I trust Brad to always provide great service.

Staff here was great! So helpful. Worked me in quickly and didn't try to upsell. Made me aware of a few other issues, found the cheapest solutions, and followed up immediately. Highly Recommend!

Been going there for 10+ years have have bought numerous tires and services from them until today when I went by with a nail in my tire and a low pressure light on and was turned away because they were too busy. Not even a recommendation for coming by later or drop off and we will get to it. Was recommended to go to tire discounters or Walmart. Tire discounters got me in 30 minutes. I will never recommend them again! I don t know what has changed, but clearly it has.

I have used Tire World for over 30 years. They are very honest and knowledgeable. I took my car in for break replacement. 90 percent of businesses would have given me 4 replacements and charged me 2000 plus. The integrity of this business is unmatched. He called to tell me. You are metal to metal on the back but your front brakes have at least 20k miles HIGHLY RECOMMEND !!! Honesty integrity and dependability and their work is OUTSTANDING

My husband and I were in Red Bank from out of town and had a little mishap where we broke the electric running board on our Expedition. It was just hanging and not safe to drive. We were across the street from Tire world so we stopped in. It was ten minutes from their closing time. My husband walked in and they all came out to try to help. They went above and beyond to help us and stayed after hours to get the running board off and on our way. They were all so helpful and nice and especially Zack and Matt!!!!! Thank you!!!

We have been using Tire World for years for allr 3 of our vehicles. Whether we are buying tires, or having them serviced, we receive professional, quality service. Friendy staff and atmosphere.

I arrived shortly before my appointment time. I was welcomed by the Tire World staff, and they brought my vehicle in immediately to have four tires changed. I waited for my truck, and before I knew it the work was completed.The staff was friendly and professional, and treated me like a valued customer. Prices are very reasonable and I would recommend Tire World and Auto Service to a friend or anyone needing quality trustworthy work done on their car or truck.

While on vacation in Chattanooga,my car started aggressively shaking and pulling. She was in no condition to make the 8 hour drive back to Orlando. I called a couple places that could not get me in same day; I m glad they couldn t because I received the best service at Tire World. I fully expected a major issue that would cost thousands as my car has 200k + miles. I was thrilled when they were able to fix the issue by simply replacing my tires. They didn t try to sell me anything else and had my car ready in a couple hours! They also did a test drive for me after replacing the tires to ensure the problem was resolved. Highly recommend! Thanks Silas and whoever else helped!!

These guys were wonderful!! I hit a pothole the size of the Grand Canyon and busted my fancy run flat Audi tire. I was sue to drive home 8hours from Nola and limped into Delta Tire on Monday morning after Jazz Fest. They had me back on the road by 10am. They had my type tire and checked the alignment and made sure I was road worthy. I can t say enough about how accommodating, professional and nice everyone at Delta Tire was.

I had such a wonderful experience with them! I emailed looking for a quote on a service for my car & they responded promptly to get me in the same week for an appointment. They are honest and flexible people, dropped my car off at 8:30 AM & it was done by 9:45 AM! Super kind people, will definitely be returning here for any other services my car will need.

I've come here to get my car repaired for YEARS! This will always be my #1 go to place because the service here never disappoints! Everyone who I have ever spoken to is always pleasant and nice. I've always felt comfortable and staff has always explained everything in detail. Very thorough and prices are always reasonable! Will definitely continue to come here!

We've been bringing our cars here for over three years now, and never once have we ever felt they were "fluffing" an estimate or taking advantage of us. They are very friendly, call with updates as needed, and are prompt in their service. We highly recommend them!

It s hard to find auto mechanical shop honest and quality work and caring and reasonable rates for your vehicle , this shop is the one I have been loyal customer for the past 15 years and I don t trust any mechanic to work on my car except these guys, always I deal with Steve he is good asset for the business and great work ethic s always going the extra step to make make you feel welcome and that you are in good hands. Keep it up guys.

We called tire world and auto service ams told them we had a flat, Steve, chip, Silas and Chris were all outside waiting for our arrival immediately once we arrived. When we got there they asked us to pull into the bay and started working on our vehicle immediately. We are very grateful for these gentlemen, thank you! Steve the manager was Exceptionally nice and greeted us with a smile! Thank you guys for your service.

I have relied on Tire World for all kind of repairs for nearly 20 yrs now and I recommend them highly. Always courteous and professional, reasonable and consistent in their fees, and they will fix it right and satisfy the customer. I always bring them older cars, because that s what I got, and they are a great benefit to me in that way.

My tire was FLAT they had it checked in under ten minutes, it was not fixable but they had a tire available with the same ratings for a good price!

I can feel uncomfortable or intimidated in car shops, but these guys were great!Super friendly and helpful staff. I needed two tires replaced and they ordered exactly what I needed. I was there for about 30 minutes and they removed the spare and put it back in the trunk.Overall really happy with their customer service and process.The only negative was they didn't have the specific tires I needed, so I had to come back later in the day. Which wasn't a big deal for me.

I highly recommend Tire World, as others have said they are extremely fair and honest. I have 2 daughters in Chattanooga going to school and living 5 hours away the biggest fear is a car issue. I thought our 1 car needed a new battery and Alternator after AAA couldn t get battery to charge and wanted to charge $150 for just the battery, but still wouldn t start. Towed it to Tire World where they found a bad connection wire to the battery, they could have easily said it needed battery and alternator and I wouldn t have know the difference and charged me $500+, but diagnosed the issue and it was only $107, can t recommend them any higher than that! They will have our business going forward

I've been taking my vehicles here for about 4 years I believe, and from the very first time I took my vehicle here I've been impressed.They do great work, they are honest, and they have excellent customer service. You don't have to worry about what is going on with your car, because once they have some information for you they will be calling.They aren't the cheapest around, but I'd rather pay an extra buck and be able to trust them, and know the job is done right.And to stress the honesty part, I will admit that I have taken in a couple of issues that were user errors and they could've played on my ignorance but never did. Good, honest people.As long as I live within a distance to take my vehicles here, I always will.

I called this morning about a nail in my tire. They were able to get me in at 1:30. I was only there for about 10 mins when they came and said I was all set. The nail hadn t actually punctured the tire so no patch was needed. They didn t charge me anything. Super nice & professional! Highly recommend!

I have been going to Tireworld for all my auto service from my first oil change on my first car.. The staff as well as the owner Ron have been so great to not only make me feel at home with fresh coffee but to diagnose what is wrong with my car and to fix the problem at a great price. They stand behind their work if I were to have further problems which I am proud to say has never been the case. My parents were also longtime customers of Mr. Wrights before they passed away. They were just as happy with the service and I might add they are the reason I go there today. This is a top quality place to go for any service needs.
