Have taken multiple family cars and just recently added our company cars to this location. Whether it s tires, breaks, oil changes, or general maintenance, we always have a great experience. Fast, they do a great job, and the price seems to be fair. Would recommend.

The crew @ Tire Discounters is ultra-efficient & friendly!! I completely trust my vehicle in their careful & caring hands. Wow, what a breath of fresh air. The Manager & technicians are knowledgeable, respectful & very caring.

Spent 10 hours in the truck to find out when we rolled into Chattanooga at 445 that we picked up a nail in a rear tire, shop got us in last minute at 515 with no appointment. Very much appreciated!Super clean shop and great employees

I took my truck to get 4 new tires mounted and balanced. They took care of that for me and then some. While moving my truck the tech forgot to put it in park and then tried to force the vehicle into park with the electronic shifter damaging the shifter. They eventually restarted the vehicle and got it back into park and continued their work. After bringing this to their attention I was told that my vehicle had a recall for this issue and it was like this before bringing it to them. This turned out to be completely false. My vehicle it serviced at the ram dealership regularly! After speaking with corporate I recieved a phone call and after some arguing was told they would replace the shifter which they did. Now we get to the bigger issue. While balancing the wheels they used an improperly sized clamp and torqued it down way to tight causing damage to all four of my chrome wheels. Every wheel has a perfect outline from their clamp. Dents and scratches on each wheel the line up perfectly with their clamp. I keep my truck immaculately clean and detail it on a regular basis. They have told me that their machine did not cause the damage even though everything lines up perfectly. I m 100% sure my wheels did not have this damage prior to them servicing it. I ve been told that my truck is 8 years old and the damage could have happened anywhere. Although the wheel were purchased new a little over a year ago and have only been balance a couple of times. They offered a discount on a set of wheels but this does not come close to covering the damage to my wheels I already paid over $1,400 for a year ago. I m not sure if it was negligence on the tech or faulty equipment but I feel as they should correct the issue that was caused at their shop. For these two reason I highly recommend finding another shop to have your vehicle serviced at.

Got a new set of tires for my service truck here. My truck was too heavy for there lifts so I had a wait a little longer for bay with floor jacks to open up. But even then they still got it all done in a timely fashion and a wonderful price.Overall I had a good experience and will continue to bring my service trucks back in.

My mom's battery was dying so she took it to Tire Discounters who charged her $260 and gave her a 3 month battery that died in two weeks. I've never heard of a 3 month battery for a car. I feel like they saw an 85 year old woman and took advantage of her.

My calipers were falling off the car!!I took my car to Tire Discounters to get new brake pads and rotors on the front. I agreed to the quoted price and let them start the work. I received a call later as they were working on my car and they said my calipers were completely seized on both sides. Prior to this I had absolutely no trouble with my brakes at all. I was always able to stop without incident. I wanted to get a second opinion somewhere else but they said they had already taken them off and had to replace them and it would be an extra $250. I reluctantly agreed since the car would have been undriveable.A little over a week later I was out on a drive in the car with my wife and 10 month old in the back seat. While driving down the road at speed I applied the brakes and felt like I could not stop. There was horrible vibration and shaking in the front end and I heard metal grinding. I was fortunately able to pull to the side of the road. Upon initial inspection in saw the caliper was completely falling off of the rotor and was barely hanging on by one bolt. The caliper had also damaged my rim and knocked the weights off to balance the tire. I had to have my car towed back to tire discounters.They fixed the caliper issue for free but didn't offer to rebalance the tire or help me with the small damage to my rim. I will not be going back to this place ever again for any service of any kind. The work was questionable and I felt like they thought I was a bother to them.

I had a scheduled appointment for oil change after 1.5hrs I went and asked about my car they informed me that they were just now getting to it! Others came and went for exact same service. I ended waiting 3hrs and I had to go up to them after seeing my car parked outside shop and regardless of their situation they could have informed me of the wait and updated me of any problems. It was my first time using them and my last time using them!

Always a 5 star service at Tirediscounts !I know nothing about cars but I don t feel as though I am being taken advantage of a being sold things I don t need !The staff are friendly and efficent and I am always offered a reasonable option .Highly recommend !

Incredible service. Stayed late after closing. I discovered that I had a large nail in my tire and these came to the rescue. I pulled up to the shop and they had already officially closed but helped me anyway. Thank you for helping me and staying late!

Ethan Peters really is a breath of fresh air when it comes to the car industry. Brought in my Porsche after hitting a rock. His focus was solutions first and his knowledge ended up saving me potentially thousands in repairs and headaches. Highly recommend!

Went and got four new tires last week and spent $900. Made an appointment for 8 am two weeks in advance and was the second person in the store. They didn t put my car on the lift until 12 pm and couldn t pick up until 2 PM. Two days later my tire sensor starts going off and telling me I have a flat. Went into the store today and didn t even give me the time of day. Told me that those sensors go out and that there was nothing they could do to help. I said I didn t have this issue before I got the tires. Wouldn t check to see if the sensor needed to be reset or replaced. Told me that that part would cost $80 dollars plus labor. Don t waste your time. Rude and lazy.

The service was very nice fast and friendly even with an emergency situation and them being closed, Alex and Ethan was willing to help me doing a rainy time on a Friday evening. Thank you so much you guys are the best. I will be coming back to purchase my new tires for my 2020 Volkswagen Tiguan

Came in a little late in the day, not far from closing time and the people here took care of me. Convinced me to get a full set of tires, though initially, I only planned on getting 2. Answered all questions I had, in depth and simply. Very laid back atmosphere while still making fantastic time on completing my service.

Got new tires today (9/13/23) at Tire Discounters on Gunbarrel Road. All of the staff were great! They were very helpful and professional. The price for my tires were very competitive with other local tire stores. The service was very prompt and my wait was short. Overall, one of the best car service experiences I ve had in a very long time.

Cannot speak highly enough about this tire discounters Alex, Drake and Ethan all went above and beyond to repair my tire 30 minutes before closing. They never made me feel like I was a bother, or that I had inconvenienced them as they had to stay after closing to repair my tire. I will be returning whenever it is time for new tires. They have a new customer

I had a flat tire and tire was not fixed able so i had to put new tire. luckily i got extra same size tire at home. so i got it and they installed it for free. service was awesome thanks to the Manager. they know how to take care of people. i have uploaded the picture of what got inside the tire happen on interstate. Thanks a lot for all your Help. Best Customer Service.

I stopped by to have my soft tire fixed. I was told that it couldn t be fixed. They recommended I buy a new tire from them. I asked if they had the same tire so I could match my other 3 pretty new tires, and they said yes. The tire was way overpriced but I had no choice since they said they can t put my original tire back. After I went home I realized that the tire they gave me did not match the other three, not even close. They also put the different tire on the front axle of my AWD! I called back to get this fixed, but the process and attitude weren t very pleasant. I was also promised to have a partial refund since they sold me a more expensive mis-matching tire but never got it.

Woke up this morning to a screw in my tire. As a freight driver, this could have out me back hours of time, but instead they got me right in and fixed! I appreciate all the help they were able to do for me this morning! I will definitely recommend Tire Discounters to my fellow drivers!

The service was quick and to the point! They didn t try to oversell or add things on unnecessarily. They did what I requested no questions asked. The waiting area was very comfortable, and I even talked with three other customers about how well they like the service here. I will only use Tire Discounters in the future and would highly recommend them!

My brother and I were traveling from TN to FL when we realized the tires were low on air. We tried everywhere and couldn't find a machine that worked. Not only was Ginny at Tire Discounters extremely nice and helpful, we also filled all our tires for FREE. AND she replaced one of our missing tire caps! With that kind of generous customer service this company absolutely earns their loyal customers!! Thank you again!

Steve and Allen took care of my Malibu very well!! I knew it was time for some routine maintenance. allen explained everything to me in a professional manner. The services were done in a timely manner and I was able to get back on the road for my action packed day.

I had a new tire put on through their Road Hazard Warranty and a couple days later it was flat again. I was upset because I assumed a bad tire but they showed me where the damage had occured from running over something and offered me a couple different solutions that were more than fair even though in the end, it was just bad luck that I had incurred tire damage twice. At first, I wanted to go with differnet brand tires and I was made a great offer because of the situation, demonstrating that they were willing to take care of me. In the end, I went with a warranty replacement and they honored their Road Hazard Warranty again, replacing the same tire twice in one week. Of course I paid for the installation and warranty on each install but it was well worth it. Each time I was there they resolved my issues extremely quickly. I can't say enough about the way they handled themselves. If you're on the fence, I can attest that they will take care of you here.
