The employees here are so beyond kind and helpful! I was seeking to purchase a set of tires for my wife's car. I contacted the store at 4:50 pm and Joe the manager told me to come on in to make my purchase. I arrived at 5:20 pm. The store closes at 6:00 pm. I know how terrible it is to get a customer last minutes before closing. I was prepared to wait until the next day, but they were willing and actually seemed happy to service my vehicle. They were able to mount and balance 4 tires and give me an alignment within 35 minutes. They did a great job! I am so grateful these guys helped me out of a jam. I will definitely go back to them for all my tire needs.

The guys did a great job getting my '94 MX-6 aligned. I brought in the specs from the Mazda Factory Service Manual and they set them to those, no questions asked. It drives perfectly now! Thanks!

This location has helped me out at no charge, made me feel my vehicle was safe to drive and provided excellent service that I've come to expect from this company. It's amazing to get a tire rotation with an oil change. Other places want to charge the price you pay here for a full service just for tire rotation! I highly recommend!

Absolutely blown away by the exceptional service at Tire Discounters in Chattanooga, Tennessee! After driving over 800 miles from Texas with another 700 to go to New Jersey, I found myself in a tire emergency. With other shops requiring hours of waiting, Tire Discounters had me in and out in no time. What's more, they patched my tire for free! Their efficiency and generosity saved my journey, and the tire held up flawlessly until I reached my destination. Huge thanks to the team at Tire Discounters for their professionalism and kindness. Highly recommend this shop to anyone in need of tire assistance!

Have been a customer of a similarly named tire store for years. Since there is a Tire Discounters in Lexington, KY where my daughter goes to college (and not one of my former stores), I decided to swap over.I was hooked the first time I visited the store. I told Joe, the sales manager I needed tires for a soon to be returned lease vehicle, but also the vehicle my granddaughter rides in. He recommended the tires he runs on his personal vehicle. I couldn't believe the deal and service I got.A month later, I needed tires for my personal vehicle. There was no question about where I was going to get my tires. I bought the same tires for my car and love them. Again, I was impressed with the deal and the service I received.Highly recommend the Tire Discounters on Lee Highway.

The staff inside treated me kindly and were honest and very generous to me. Even though they were very busy, they still repaired my car in good time. My car is very difficult to get out of too (because of some bad locks), and they weren't upset or annoyed. Instead, they were accommodating and understanding. I would highly recommend going here for repair work.10/10 customer service. Thank you for your time and work!

The employees here are so beyond kind and helpful! I was stranded at the gym next door due to a flat tire. I ran over to see if they were still open, but they were just about to close up shop. I know how terrible it is to get a customer the minute before close, so I was prepared to find another solution. But they were willing and actually seemed happy to help. It ended up being a bolt in my tire that they were able to patch up quickly. They did a great job!I am so grateful these guys helped me when they didn t have to! I will definitely go back to them for all my tire needs!

Quick and Professional Service provided at this place when we went here for puncture tire. The person name JOE at was desk was very helpful. I highly recommend this Tire Discount place in Chattanooga. They really deserve Five Stars!!!

I just wanted to give a massive thank you to the gentleman of this location. Not only do they have immaculate beards. But they truly saved my girlfriend tonight. Her tire went out next door at the gym and they were right at closing time when she wobbled her car in. Being past workers in the restaurant industry when people come in right at closing . We know how much of a headache it can be. Thankfully these gentlemen got my girlfriend s tire fixed without a second though. I truly can t thank them enough for not leaving her stranded. 10 out of 5 stars

Joe was awesome to work with. I came in, spur of the moment, needing a tire repaired so I could get back to work and their team made it happen in a very timely manner. I didn t catch the young man s name that did the repair, but he was awesome as well. I ll definitely be back.

The level of professionalism at the Chattanooga store on Lee Hwy is top notch. From the start to the end, I appreciate that due to a mis-communication the issue was resolved promptly and fairly by the store manager John. Allen was great with getting me set up with what I needed for my Jeep. Thanks for everything guys. Definitely recommend this location. BFG KM3 on 17 stock rubicon rims turned it into beast mode.

My son had a blowout on a tire I bought from another TireDiscounters and Allen Grigsby not only had it fixed, but remembered when my so bought it from him and knew he still had 4 months warranty available! Great service from Allen led me to buy a full set for myself! Thank you Allen!

We discovered an issue with our tires that should have been noticed when TD rotated them at each of our regular oil changes over the past 18 months. Mark worked with us in replacing the tires, finding a way to put us in a new set for a very reasonable price.

I was on a road trip through Georgia on my way back to Kentucky when I had a tire emergency. I can't stay enough about the service at Tire Discounters.Mark was thoughtful and reassuring in his explanation of what my car needed. He was very knowledgeable and made explanations about how the wear and tear were at dangerous levels. I really appreciated how he walked me through the whole process.If you have tire needs and are in the area, stop here!! They will take great care of you.
