We purchased a van through Tim Short Mazda and it has turned into a never ending mistake. The van was a 2016 and only had 18,000 miles on it. We packed up our five kids, made the two hour drive to Chattanooga and, in that moment, were very happy with our purchase. We have been dealing with issues ever since, which has now been over a year. Tim Short Mazda has let us know they will do nothing to remedy the situation. When we purchased the van, they told us it had never been wrecked. Upon taking it in for repairs, the local dealership has let us know that it has obviously been wrecked in the past. When I called Tim Short Mazda, they told me they didn't know where they got the van and knew nothing beyond what is listed in Autocheck. They have since let me know they bought it at auction and I could have done research on my own using the VIN number. I thought the dealership selling me the van would provide accurate information.The van has needed multiple visits back and forth to our local dealership, which is not even in our town. That has meant, we do not have our van to take our five kids to activities, school and even worse, to visit family, camping trips and class reunions. I am not kidding, the van was in repairs for all of these events when we needed it for travel out of state.The front door leaked water and air from the day we purchased the van. The top coat of paint has bubbled up and pealed off multiple areas of the vehicle. We have spent nearly two months without having our van. As mentioned, this is a huge problem for our family of seven. And, to make it worse, the problems are not fixed. And, Tim Short Mazda has simply said, they didn't know it was wrecked. It's ours now to deal with.

Purchased a vehicle from Tim Short Mazda approximately 2 weeks ago, with part of the purchase being that Tim Short would have a backup camera installed in said vehicle. They used a third party vendor of their choice, and once I received the vehicle back 1.5 weeks later, the camera was not working. In addition the company they chose to do the install did in my opinion one of the worst installations I have ever seen. They cut the hole for the camera incorrectly, then attempted to cover up the mistake with what appears to be Bondo and spray paint. The rear right speaker isn't working, (Due to suspected damage to the wiring harness when installing the camera), and there are interior panels damaged, also I found hand prints all over the headliner. Tim Short Mazda is refusing to do anything to rectify the situation, essentially telling me to take it up with who installed the part. Simple fact of the matter is, I have a contract with Tim Short Mazda, not with the third party installer. Where is your customer service Tim Short?

I just purchased a CX-5 from this dealership and it was the best car shopping experience I have ever had. I was extremely nervous about buying a car, as I have had some rather bad experiences. However, I quickly became at ease. I felt no pressure to purchase the car. Chris, my sales person, explained all the features of the car. He was very friendly and easy to talk to. I wanted the dealership to add a few features to the car and he interfaced with the shop to find out how to make that happen. Chris, Tyler who does the financing, and the sales team management all worked hard to get me the car I wanted at the price I wanted. There was no haggling. I just told them what I was willing to pay and they made it happen. The whole experience was an answer to prayer. Thank you Jesus! I can't wait to bring my new car home!

The customer service at Tim Short was so wonderful. The very first car I test drove at the beginning of my car shopping experience was the one I ended up buying after 2 weeks of searching. Rick was just so helpful. I felt like he really cared about finding the right fit for me and I did not feel pressured into purchasing like I did at many of the other dealerships I went to. After doing research through many sites and comparing similar cars at other dealerships I can tell you I truly got an incredible deal on my 2015 Mazda3 at Tim Short.

Great experience. Started with a great price on a great car. Worked with me mostly over the phone regarding my trade and the deal due to busy work schedule and being 160 miles away. Went to dealership and they appraised my car and gave me what they said they would. Sales manager then got me a better interest rate by 3% from what I was approved for through my own financing. That s HUGE! Lowered payment by $50. He didn t have to do that as I already accepted the deal with my financing. My Sales rep, Sean, was low pressure and made sure I was comfortable. I drove 2.5 hrs for the right deal and it paid off. I will be back to do business again. Thanks guys for your hospitality and great deal on a great car!Nate

Everyone at Tim Short Mazda were incredibly pleasant to work with. As soon and my fiance and I walked in the door we were greeted from the receptionist and her puppy (who was super cute) and the owner. Our salesman Brad was extremely pleasant and very informative about every step of the process. Everyone helped get me a great deal on my 2015 Nissan Rogue that I absolutely love! I could not recommend this dealership enough! 5/5 Wonderful experience!

Five Stars for my experience with my salesperson Alexis! I have not bought a vehicle yet, still shopping around, but will definitely go back to Tim Short Mazda if they get in the kind of ride I'm looking for. Alexis was wonderful to work with and made my experience low-pressure, comfortable, and just really easy. The dealership is no frills, but the cars are definitely reasonably priced and I couldn't ask for a better sales experience. Thank you Alexis!

They were wonderful! I completely dread car shopping because of the haggle of dealing with all the dealerships and the constant texts or calls from sales... I called to inquire about a vehicle and by the time I got to the dealership they had it up front and ready for me to test drive. We got Ana as our sales lady and she was wonderful. She wasn't pushy and gave us time to make our decision. The car was a great deal and they have been great throughout the whole process. I would definitely purchase from them again!

Best car shopping experience I have ever had!....Brad and Todd were great! They were able to accommodate my needs and over delivered on their promise. That has never happened in my car buying experience. I highly recommend Tim Short Mazda! Kudos to a great dealership and an excellent staff!

My husband was looking for a specific truck (2016 Chevy Silverado LT) and we saw a great deal listed online from Tim Short Mazda. We live about 2 hours away and so we called to make sure they still had the truck, and went out to take a look at it. Upon arriving we were immediately greeted and welcomed by Alexis, and we told her we had called about the truck. In less than 5 minutes she had the truck pulled around and ready for our test drive. We took it out for an inspection, everything looked good, and we came back to talk about financing. Our credit union had given us a preapproved rate and we were planning to finance through them, but Tim Short Mazda was able to secure us an even better rate, and I was honestly amazed. The paperwork was signed and finished in about an hour total, and we were on our way with the best truck ever. All in all, this was the best car buying experience I have ever had (and we just bought me a car 2 months ago and it was a nightmare). Our sales person Alexis was super sweet and friendly, not pushy at all, and easy to work with. The finance manager Ade was also very helpful and pleasant, and I would recommend giving them a shot to see what your rate could be. It was definitely worth the 2 hour drive to save us a ton of trouble and also saved us money too! If you are looking for a vehicle, I would definitely recommend this place.

By far the best dealership around!! The customer service and staff are absolutely unbeatable, you can tell they actually care about you. I got an amazing deal on a used car that I never would have imagined was obtainable!! The combination of the savings with the friendly staff makes for a phenomenal experience, especially considering most less-than-perfect experiences with car dealerships. Five stars!!!

I was super nervous about buying a car, but Meredith (sales manager) was absolutely amazing with helping me pick out the perfect car for me, she was very patient and took her time to help me with everything, I couldn't ask for better. The finance manager Ade, was super kind and also very helpful. I absolutely love my new car, I highly recommend this dealership. Thank you Tim short Mazda, and all the staff who helped make the process simple!

Did not set out to buy a car at all but I got lucky that day and had a non-pushy salesman offer to let me drive a car I inquired about. Honestly he was the reason I stayed there and shopped for cars. Great guy, Big Paul!!! Please ask for him when you go!!! I was there a total of 2 hours maybe and drove him with my car! Lee in finance was also great as he put my paperwork together super fast, was very pleasant and got me outta there!! Thanks for a great non-stressful experience at Tim Short Mazda!!! Love my new car!!

I had a great experience at Tim Short Mazda. They quickly got me in to test drive a vehicle I found online. Our salesman, Bill Camden, was courteous, professional and worked hard to find the right deal for us! I would recommend him to any person looking to buy a new or used vehicle from this dealership.

Made an excellent used car purchase via the team of Ann-Marie (the Internet Pro) and Allan who, as a long time car sales rep, demonstrated both great vehicle knowledge and a compassion for matching up human and machine.Knowing the car was primarily for my 20 year old daughter, Allan made sure to get her input. The result was an instant match followed by an expeditious closing process. It was the easiest and most comfortable vehicle purchase I have ever made...and I have been driving for over 50 years.Give these guys a try. You won't regret it.

We needed a new family vehicle, and we had found a van that we liked on their website. So we went there, saw the van, test drove it, and bought it! Our sales rep wasn't pushy, or rude. It was a very good buying experience. The general manager spoke with us as well. Very nice guy. Very down to earth. We would definitely buy from this dealership again :)

I found a Jeep Wrangler that I wanted to buy, but wasn t even sure if I could get financed. Much to my surprise, they did manage to get financing approved for me, but wouldn t be able to take my trade in due to negative equity on it. I was good to come in, sign papers and take it home. The only downside was that I did live about 8 hrs away and it would be a few days before I could get there. There was a lot of interest in the Jeep from what I was told, so It was suggested I put a $500 deposit down. I was greatly interested in getting it. Unfortunately, after sitting down and figuring finances out, I decided I should wait until I could sell my other vehicle before I try to get another one. The $500 was non-refundable, but they told me that before making the deposit. So I was out $500, which is very unfortunate, but I knew that was the chance. While you may ask why I would give 5 stars for this, it s primarily because the customer service that was given. Meredith was informative and friendly and impressed me by actually getting me finance approval. Then one of the other salesman made an effort to take several more pictures of the Jeep to help me evaluate the condition of the vehicle since I was 8 hrs away.

We had Chris and he was great! We were set on buying a car and he was working to get us good prices and he was even helping us look for better insurance. Then the general manager came over and he was talking to me like a 5 year old buying a pony. I m an 18 year old female so my boyfriend who has bought several cars was there with me and did most of the talking. Then Tyler came over there and they had negotiated some prices with me and I told them what I wanted and they wrote it down & he asked me to initial it WITHOUT making it clear that if I initialed it I was agreeing to buy that car for sure if they got those prices. Luckily my boyfriend stopped me & after that we knew we weren t buying from them.

Bought a 2017 Mazda6 a week ago and have loved it ever since. It s a friendly environment with a great sales team. Their sales manager helped make the buying process as easy as it could be.Greatest car purchasing process I have had in my life and i would recommend coming to see them to get a new car or truck.

Made appointment to fix airbag recallMy appointment was verified through email. I arrived and my car was promptly taken into the garage. Waiting area was spacious and cool. Free water and several snack machines were available. Manager and Receptionist were very friendly. Id use them again! Way to go Tim Short Mazda!

Quick and easy to work with! Very accommodating. Satisfied, easy car-buying experience. Great detailing service!! Purchased a very used vehicle for our 16 year old and the before vehicle was super dirty but the detail shop cleaned it up so good!

I am very pleased with my experience here. I went to multiple dealerships and this is the first one that didn t call me multiple times, chase me around the lot, or send me dozens of emails. I m someone who definitely doesn t like to be pressured, so this is a great place to choose your next vehicle. I m about to start commuting to school, so Allen got me in a beautiful and reliable Honda Civic. He worked with me and my budget and I would definitely shop here again!

My wife and I were out looking at some used cars at another dealer and decided to just swing through the lot to see if they had anything interesting. Alexis, the sales rep, ran out in the rain and cold to talk to us. Ended up they had a better inventory of used cars than the other places we were visiting and better prices. Alexis was amazing and helped work out a deal for us on a great used car. This was the most painless car buying experience I have ever had from the time we walked on the lot, to working out a price for the car, and arranging financing. Great experience. Pay this dealer a visit and be sure to ask for Alexis.

Bought a new Mazda here and it was the best car buying experience we ve ever had! (And we have bought several cars over the years.) Tes and Brad made the purchase and trade process go so smoothly and both were very nice and helpful. Tyler in finance was also very nice and helpful. I highly recommend Tim Short Mazda dealership!!

Not your average car dealership. Bruce and Brad really helped me out, listed to what I wanted and what I didn t want. These guys were never pushy, I didn t feel taken advantage of. I felt like they actually wanted me in a good car that met my needs and were very straight forward about pricing. Beyond a doubt, I would recommend them to everyone who needs a car and doesn t like sharky salesmen.

Wonderful experience!! All the staff I encountered was very kind! Bruce, the salesman, was excellent!! He was definitely the most honest car salesman I have met and I loved that! He was not pushy at all, which was great!! He also was so very knowledgeable on the car. I m very glad I bought from here and I love my suv!!

Can t thank the whole staff at Tim Brown and especially my sales guy Paul. Very laid back, didn t try to sell me a vehicle I didn t want. I came in and bought the car I found online. They worked me a fair deal for my trade in and I got the price I wanted. Then to top off it a few days later Paul called to tell me they found a better lender which gave me a better rate and a lower monthly payment. Can t thank them enough!
