Want to give a shout out to the nice folks at Long Body Shop here in Chattanooga.Jay, Jerry, Carrie, and the guys in the shop. Real deal customer service!Our company car had one door handle that needed re-installed after it was wrapped. I stopped by to see if they could help, or give any advice at all.They went above and beyond. Their team took care of it quickly and didn t even charge. Totally unexpected! Thank you all very much for helping!

My 2019 sunshine orange Subaru CrossTrek was sent to Long Body Shop for some warranty paint work on the hood. They did an outstanding job and you cannot even tell that any paint job was done! It was flawless! I highly recommend this body shop! I will return here if I ever need any other service! They were very professional, car was returned when it was promised, and they went above and beyond! I am one happy customer!Service: Painting

They have repaired my car twice. Very friendly staff! I m pretty sure that whatever it is, it s going to take at least 3 weeks to repair.

Great experience, although car repair isn't something most people see as being other than just hoping their auto is back to normal. The repair work was as I expected. They cleaned my car inside and out, even vacuumed mats. Sincere thanks to all staff @ The Body Shop at Long.

What a terrible experience. Don t use them. My wife s care was there for almost 3 months She had hit a deer took out the front end. They replaced the bumper with a aftermarket bumper that didn t fit, the hood had bad paint spots on it. To make it short they had to repaint the hood 3 times replace the bumper 2 times. Each time I came to get it there were new scratches on the car that were not there before and bondo spray across the side of the car. The hood and bumper still don t line up.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

They returned my card as good as new after accident. I could not tell a difference in the paint. During the repair they must have accidentally scratched my backup camera, which I didn't notice until I returned home. They owned up to it--no questions asked--ordered a replacement and repaired it today while I waited. Jerry, Kari and Jay are honest and polite--outstanding customer service experience.Service: Painting

The repairs done on my Rave 4 after an accident on I 24, were outstanding and there is no evidence that any accident ever happened. The car was returned to me much cleaner overall than before, which represents the pride that this shop takes in their work. I gladly recommend this body shop for auto repairs and thank them for their service and cooperation with scheduling.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Brand new 2022 AMG was hit Jay and Jerry have gone above and beyond to help me get my car fixed. Calls, texts, email!!! Correspondence is bar none the best. Insurance help as well!

Quality of paint work not only poor, but the passenger fender and headlight was not tightened when I picked up the vehicle. If your looking for a paint/body shop to ruin your vehicle, this is the place for you.
