Very knowledgeable and professional. Recently, I had a clutch replaced, battery service, and oil change. I trust them when it comes to quality repairs and maintenance of my vehicles. They also provide a free shuttle service. Waiting room with TV, snacks and drinks for purchase and coffee.

I brought my 2006 Cadillac to get a new starter. Turns out it also had a broken power steering pump. Speedy s was able to get my car fixed within 2 days of dropping it off. I feel it was a bit expensive but my car is running better than it was when I bought it. I would go back again! They do what they say they will!

I m really neutral on the whole women get taken advantage of by mechanics there s 2 sides 2 every story/transaction/etc. So, if I call and inquire about having a vehicle towed (my expense) 2 be inspected/diagnosed I d say any fee that I d be charged would be mentioned, especially if we had communicated furthermore during it s time there. Casey is a well spoken, seemingly straight up individual he recanted the fee I still have my doubts. I used these reviews to decide who I had look at the CVT transmission in my 2011 Nissan Altima n apparently it s toast.

My transmission had to be rebuilt, Speedy's E. Ridge Transmission did a great job for me.Good warrenty on the work!A 3 yr. follow up service check included!Thank you Casey,( spelling??)Not KC & The Band) &the rest of the crew!

Fantastic service! I use them all the time. The only place to go for transmission fluid and filter changes in the Chattanooga region.

I spent $3300 to get one turbo and my rear main seal replaced to fix an oil leak. Looked under the truck a week later to find both things were still leaking. Took it back, they said they fixed it again, nope. It never stopped leaking. 12,000 mile warranty ran out and here I am in the same boat as before with a leaking turbo and rear main seal. Thanks for screwing me guys.

I would like to give them more than 5 stars. I took my van there after being told by the dealership that I need a new transmission, they checked it out and it needed some wires repaired, my van is running like new now. They are very friendly and honest. I recommend them to anyone

My thirty two year old vehicle needed a new brake master cylinder and two plastic trim pieces replaced and as always Stephan, Casey, Charlie and the whole team at Speedy s East Ridge Transmission did a splendid job! This place has been in business for a long time starting with Don. The staff is extremely friendly and knowledgeable. Ask for Casey, he will help you with anything you need. I Tell You folks you can honestly take your car here and not be ripped off if it doesn't need to be repaired they won't fix it and if it does they will and they won't do any work unless they tell you about it first they quote you a price and they fix it to where it's fixed right and if it's not you can always bring it back this I think is the best mechanic shop in Chattanooga they've been here so long and have a great reputation for all your car needs go see speedy's.

Another visit here but this time for my son's Ford Focus. The transmission hydraulics and clutch needed work. They let us know upfront that there would be about a three week waiting time before it was done. Keeping us informed throughout the process was reassuring. The shop is clean; mechanics knowledgeable; the front desk personnel were exemplary and very kind. I highly recommend this place for transmission work for sure.

be hesitant when using them!!!they dont do what they say they are going to do!i called and spoke about a product offered at their business establishment....told them i would arrive in 45min for pickup....was told the item was on hold....upon arrival product had been sold after driving 45min each way!!!bad way to do business....maybe dont facilitate employee transactions at your place of business????

I have had a string of bad service from other repair shops and decide to try them after many recommendations. My first experience was not as good as I expected. I came back because they recognized it went out of their way to make my experience greater. The whole staff is professional. They give me repair options and they're always smiling when I there. I've recommended 8 people and each one of them are now loyal customers. I trust my vehicles to Don Britton's East Ridge Transmission. I love cars so that's saying a lot. They don't keep your car longer than required. They check with you before repairs start. They respect your vehicle. Even the tow truck driver they recommended was respectable and professional. If you've never tried them, you really should. They'll restore your faith in good customer service.

Wow...I've just experienced, for the third time, a level of professionalism, courtesy, and efficiency that every businesses should model, envy and strive to match. After 20 years maintaining vehicles, I've come to expect let-downs, hassles, and surprises as the norm. Don Britton's East Ridge Transmission is everything these shops aren't...and I am very grateful. I am passionate and knowledgeable about cars, and I expect a high standard of care for my vehicles. The service is consistently high quality, hassle free, and completed precisely on-time, as quoted, AND competitively priced. Having moved to Chattanooga, finding a reliable car service provider is about as tricky as finding a reliable doctor. Some people who lived here a long time recommended this place to me. I began using them for basic services like oil changes, repair bulbs, etc. I quickly appreciated their level of friendliness and hospitality - especially their awesome coffee machine! However, when my car broke down needing serious repairs, I really did not know who else to take it to that make me feel comfortable enough to trust them with the repair work. They walked me through every issue with the repair job to make sure I understood what had happened and were not offended with my questions. My car was repaired and driving well so far. I've lived in Chattanooga now for five years and have never heard anyone say anything negative about them and recommend them all the time to my friends.

I've never left a bad review before but my 2 experiences with this company was stressful. I went to this company because I needed a new transmission. What should have taken 4 or 5 days to complete took almost 2 weeks. The vehicle is my work truck which I use to run my business. I had to spend more money than I would have had to in order to rent a vehicle for the extra week it took for them to replace my transmission.The worst part is I choose to go back to them for a different issue with my work truck and what should have taken a couple of days was going to take double the time to my disappointment and inconvenience. I decided to take my vehicle somewhere else and where I took it they were able to get the job done in 1 day which saved my business money, time, and frustration.

I would highly recommend this transmission service. My Toyota 4Runner's transmission failed and this service was recommended highly by another mechanic. They are very pleasant and helpful and I got my car back way before it was promised. Everyone was so nice. They have two nice waiting rooms and their receptionist is very helpful and courteous.They have AES certified mechanics and a high Better Business Bureau rating as well as being supported by the AAA.

We found a truck online at a local dealership (we are from Minnesota) and for our peace of mind wanted another independent inspection. They promptly got the truck in, did the inspection, test drove the vehicle and called us with their assessment. It has given us the confidence to purchase the truck sight unseen. We appreciated all you did for us and the price of your work was very reasonable also!

I had a wonderful experience my first time at East Ridge Transmission. The front staff was exceptional. They performed a repair to my Honda Odyssey van that came in was less than I was expecting to pay. One of the nicest things was that they picked me up from my house when it was done. Since we only have one car, that really helped make things go smoothly.

As a business owner, when a truck goes down it immediately costs me money. East Ridge Transmission understands this. I've have had two trucks sent here and both times they get them assessed and fixed extremely quick and provide top notch service. The office staff is amazing too and they do everything possible to work with you and your schedule!

When our transmission went out on our Jeep Wrangler, Casey and the Speedy's group were professional, prompt and got us back up and running within a week. Casey stuck it through working with our warranty company to get confirmation and payment. We highly recommend Speedy's for your transmission needs and would not hesitate to use them again. You guys are awesome!!!

The best experience I have had with a commercial auto repair. I left my van during Christmas holidays to be picked up the following Monday. They had it ready. I was updated with a precise evaluation of the problems during the week they had the van.The transmission is now in great shape as well as additional work performed. I was even given a follow up call to make sure everything was working well. I will definitely use East Ridge Transmission again.

My 2009 Lincoln Navigator rear suspension kept lowering while driving. I was trying to get ahead of the problem and took it in to get fixed before suspension light came on. 16 days and $1200 later nothing had changed. Informed Stephan, only to be told to bring it back in. After keeping truck over night. I was told it was checked and did fine. No problems. On the way to work after getting truck back, had same problem. Phoned Stephan while on side of road. Told to bring back yet again. They say the third time is the charm. I hope so. My check suspension light is on now.Service: Steering & suspension repair

East Ridge Transmission staff were very professional. I'm very pleased with my experience here. My mechanic that has been working on my vehicle since 2008 is now working there. His name is Chris and he is an excellent mechanic. I've had nothing but excellent experiences with Chris. He knows his stuff and is completely honest. Thank you East Ridge Transmission.

When my regular service guy read the diagnostics on my ailing car, he immediately said, "Take this to East Ridge Transmission to get it done right the first time." He could have done the work himself and kept the money, but knew that I'd be happiest with the best. East Ridge had the necessary transmission part in stock, fixed the car overnight, and charged a fair price. The problem reoccurred withing a year, but I'd given the car to my son living up north. Had the car been in town, I'm sure the good folks at East Ridge would have fixed it for free or very little cost. I trust them and like the facility a lot!

East Ridge Transmission is a high quality shop!! I have always had exceptional service and completely trust Don Britton. I have found this shop to be reliable and honest!! We have been taking our cars here for about 16 years and have never had a problem with their service or warranties. We highly recommended them to others!!
