I contacted them on Monday morning regarding some Kohler KDI parts that I really needed in a bad way. I did not hear back from them until the following day (Tuesday). At that time they needed some more clarification on what parts that I needed. So I sent pictures of the actual parts needed along with a description. Today is now Thursday and I have yet to even hear back from them. Meanwhile I have now contacted another Kohler KDI dealer out of town that was extremely helpful and parts will be to me tomorrow. A good dealer makes all of the difference.*** Update ***I am sorry but there was no call to me on Wednesday at all. I have a screenshot of my call history I will try to upload. The last call was on Tuesday at 9:03 AM. I had the parts ordered and shipped from another Kohler KDI dealer within a matter of 2 hours from initial call on Wednesday. They are expected to arrive today per UPS tracking information.

Mike with Southeast Diesel was extremely professional and knowledgeable about my diesel truck. Even when he didn't have a part in for my truck he was able to order the part and get is sent over in a matter of hours. I learned more about my truck talking to Mike then I ever new about diesel trucks. All the employees at Southeast Diesel were extremely knowledgeable and friendly. I would definitely recommend anyone that needs any kind of work done on there vehicles go by and see them!

Wanted to get on here and show these guys some support because have helped me out twice now where other vendors gave me nothing but trouble and bad attitude. I just put in a second order with them. First time, Kayla helped me out in a big pickle and their techs were able to give my tech a little support on an unfamiliar Perkins engine. This time Earl helped us out with great service and attitude on a crazy parts order we've been trying to figure out for months. I'd suggest this company and their people over and over. Especially for Perkins engines. Thank yall!

Had my truck for two weeks. Paid 140.00 for nothing pretty much. Mike would never call back, but he is a nice guy. Told him i needed transmission codes. He gave me engine codes witch I already had and told him that up front.

I've known Mike for a few years, and absolutely appreciate his expertise and the attention to detail his team brings to the table.If you're driving a 6mo truck with a warranty, sure, you'd want to take it to a dealer. If the tech screws something up, they'll just drop a new engine in for you.But for those of us without that luxury, I'd honestly trust SED to take care of me better than the dealerships. There are YEARS of experience here. Plus, you know you've got a good mechanic when they tell you you're asking for work you DON'T need... How many places do you think would do that?Tell Mike that Lee sent you.

Excellent customer service... and quality workmanship. Cody and Jake did an excellent job of getting my issue resolved even though i was 2,000 miles away. They even got my starter warranty resolved with O'reilly Auto Parts. Definitely would use them again if needed.

Once again, Mike and the team at Southeast Diesel have proven to be the only place I'll ever take my truck.A fast, knowledgeable, and reliable team brings me back every time I have anything needing to be done to my truck. I wish I had found SE Diesel earlier into owning my truck.Not only have the folks at SE Diesel been incredible to work with, but they are also great at helping customers for a great price. They call me before any work they do to the truck and tell me the EXACT price I'll be paying out the door when I come to pick it up--- and it's ALWAYS less than any shop I've used in the past.Thank you, again! These guys were super friendly but I was extremely disappointed with the actual service. They had my vehicle for almost a month to diagnose a transmission issue. They refilled my transmission fluid, which didn t fix the issue, and quoted me $5700 for a new transmission.I did my own research and found out it might be a simple part inside the transmission and they quoted me over $600 to do the repair but said it probably wouldn t fix the problem.All in all, I ended up paying them $340 and nothing was fixed.I took my vehicle to another mechanic and they had the repair done for $400 and had it less than 24 hours.

Outstanding service. Dropped a bosch injector pump off and had it back in 2 days looking like a brand new pump. Very knowledgeable and just all around pleasant people to talk to. Will be doing business again. Thanks.

Highly recommend them. Used them for all my injection pump and injector rebuilds. Very honest and knowledge and not afraid to help you to keep the business coming. Great service and done in timely matter they know equipment down costs money.

Went in a month ago they took all information on my Dnyasys apu had 200 hrs before my warranty was up. They were going 2 submit the claim 2 Dynasys then call me 2 back in for repair. Called them 2 ask what was going on Mike tells me go back where you bought it . The people who bought from us come first. We ll get it when we can. Now I have no warranty and I m out in the cold. And obviously they don t care about customers and I wouldn t recommend them 2 anyone. Thank you for letting my warranty run out Southeast Diesel if I was made aware of this I could have had somebody else fix it while I still had a warranty instead of letting mine run out.

If you have a diesel this the premier shop in the area. The products and services they provide are top notch. They are awesome to work with and are incredibly knowledgeable with all types of Diesel engines from heavy equipment to pick up trucks. I have been using them for service on my Dodge Ram 2500 and my experience has been exceptional.

Mike Holtzhower and the gang at Southeast Diesel were very courteous, knowledgeable and respectful of my lack of diesel knowledge/prowess. I brought them my 2005 Ford Excursion 6.0L (2WD model), the only Diesel engine vehicle I've ever owned - they performed some serious work to listen and test out the well-known EGR issues. They saved me well over three or four hundred dollars - which the dealership suggested I spend - by simply explaining the importance and purpose of fuel additives. As a diesel engine airhead, I felt extremely welcome in their shop; I cannot say the same for other shops in the area who are full of pro's that know but won't stoop to your level. I will continue to support these guys as this sort of customer service in a family-oriented organization hardly exists any longer. Thanks guys!

Great employees that provide quality workmanship and customer service.I recommend Southeast Diesel to anyone needing parts or service for diesel vehicles. The management team goes out of their way to make sure their customers are completely satisfied! You can't beat Southeast Diesel when it comes to quality service.

I was passing thru Chattanooga as I smelled a fuel leak. I stopped by Southeast Diesel. Dave discovered it was a hose on the back side of my injection pump. They had the exact OEM hose and I was on my way. I will trust them with my future injection pump rebuilds. Thank you Mike and Team!

Needed some parts and information to do some repairs on my power stroke. These guys went out of their way to be sure that I had the right parts, and that I had the right diagnosis on my problems. They could have sold me a bunch of stuff I didn't need but they didn't rip me off and told me what I really needed. I would recomend these guys to everyone and I will be back to take care of any other issues I have with my truck.

American Air hvac has always used Southeast Diesel for servicing my trucks and we have even purchased vehicles from them. Its family owned and operated just like American Air hvac and very up front about it's fair policies, prices and availabilities.

stay far away from this place they will change everything but the problem and still tell you that its fix and also they drained my battery theirs only one place that fix big trucks and thats lee smith NOT!!!! this place
