Tommy, the manager at Sam s Club Tire and Battery is a stand-up guy. I hadn t been treated well by a former employee in the Tire and Battery Center with a warranty issue. I was thinking about ending my club membership with Sam s Club and not coming back. Though it took some time, Tommy helped with the issue and gave me a different impression of Sam s Club. I appreciate his good customer service.

Left my car and my phone number. They did not call, so I called them.They said they had called several times and left voicemails. There were no calls or voicemails on my phone. Then, I went there and had to buy a tire which they installed after trying to sell me two tires. Got ready to leave and had low pressure indicator. They had to put air in the tires. I get to my destination and find that my hood was not completely latched. WOW!

Careful / tires are sometimes Sam s/WalMart spec & not the same as specialty tire stores.Not always though, do you homework when buying.Prices always good.Be ready to spend a half day for rotation.

Waiting on a tire rotation and balance.... So far it's been close to 2 hours. We were told max 40 minutes. Not sure what the hold up is. It's like if I don't stand at the window and watch, they disappear and stop working on things. Smh.

Spend the extra few bucks & support your locally owned tire store.Tires for the most part is spec for Sams Club and won t last as long.When you go back for routine rotation expect to spend half the day.

Don't buy tires here! The service is awful. They take forever to help customers and they don't offer a good treatment. Their service is mediocre. They don't honor the life time warranty on the tires you buy. Even Walmart is doing a better job.

Update your hours on Google, please. It is a terrible service experience to arrive at 7am, which are the hours posted on Google, and be told that the Tire Center opens at 10am with the rest of the store.

Got 4 new tires and did not have to wait. In and out in less than an hour.

2.5 hours on tire rotation and still waiting. Seems the guy forgot...management is useless here
