Bryan Duke and his crew did a amazing job setting me up on a 6 Rough Country lift. The process was fairly fast. There was a couple of issues not due to S&S performance but with Rough country, Bryan jumped in to correct the issues, coming out of his own pocket to correct things that needed to be done to make it safe, and give it that stunning look. The Ride quality was tops for sure! The truck rode better than factory (believe that or not) I got the best lift for the money. There was one issue with wheel size after the lift. Rough Country supposedly did not have in there notes at the time that a 18 or bigger wheel would be needed, this came as a surprise to myself and Mr.Duke (Bryan) so Bryan said that he would purchase the wheels he had I. The shop from another person at his cost if I agreed to buy tires for them (another 1000+ dollars) so I agreed. Bryan purchased the wheel spacers/adapters to make the wheels fit. Once the wheels was on I was off for some driving. 4000 miles later the wheel about fell off while driving due to some error made when installing the spacers/adapters (we are all human) as soon as Bryan realized this he inspected the issue, sat and talk to me about it, and we came to agreement that we would get new wheels, fix the issue with the original studs (that was a little longer than the spacer and wouldn t let the wheel sit flush) and get me back on the road. Bryan and his crew jumped in and corrected everything and even let me keep the old wheels. They made sure that everything was on the up and up and that me and my passengers was safe! Thanks to the hard work, honesty, and little hassle from S&S performance I have a truck I can enjoy, and be proud of. Thank you Bryan Duke for going above and beyond to make my truck my dream. If anything changes I will update but I don t think I will have too.

Decent people. Sometimes there is confusion on what's quoted vs what's done. Been going for the past 3 years and only had one incident. I believe it was paperwork mistake. But they are professional about it. Still my go to place.

This is by far the worst shop in Chattanooga for transmission or any other service a vehicle requires. 3 of my sons have had work done on their personal vehicles and every single time had to take it to another mechanic to fix S&S s repair. My youngest has spent over $10,000 yes ten thousand and we have the paperwork to prove it. You will see more to this story in court!!S&S is being sued. They called the police after I left instead of while I was there in person to show my side but they know now why and the police agreed with me. Im a 55yr old man with end stage cancer. I m really scary obviously.

My first experience with S & S. The service manager was attentive and communicative. We had an issue it was quickly diagnosed and resolved here. You knew what to expect no ugly surprise like working with dealers.

Overcharged for plugs and wires, they broke my door handle, and David has no customer service skills. They had no business taking the inside of my door apart thus breaking my door handle. The work order was for plugs and wires. My car is a classic they finally found a door handle in the wrong color!! Months later I still have a broken handle I'm mad at them everytime I get out of my car. They were referred to me, terrible experience.

We could not speak more highly of the service and friendliness of Brian and his team. We were stranded while on vacation and they got us in quickly to diagnose the issue. As well as helpful recommendations on the other local businesses to help us make it back home. I highly recommend this repair shop. I discovered S&S Auto last year & was using the Hixson location. I recently bought an EV and was bummed to find out that they don't work on them so I was thrilled to here the Riverside location could do an oil change for my BMW i3. Not a lot of auto places work on electric vehicles. A little long on the wait time but it was their first time doing this type of vehicle. They seemed to pay close attention to what they were doing. I'll use them again. Excellent customer service!

We were traveling through. Our mini van developed issues. They got us in first thing in the morning. Diagnosed and fixed the problem. On the road by noon. Very friendly staff. Pricing was very fair. Shout out to Caleb!

We had to take our van in for a wheel bearing and these guys went above and beyond and at one point had about 7 technicians working to get the repair done because we had somewhere we had to be. I have never seen an auto repair shop jump to action as they did on short notice. Quality work!!!! These guys care about their customers!! Definitely recommend using this shop!!!!Service: Steering & suspension repair

UPDATE: After the issues stated below were recognized, David and the mechanics went beyond to right their wrongs. Most auto shops dont even take the time to do that on any level. Not only did someone come back that night and move my car into the garage to avoid damage and theft, they also fixed my window issue free of charge to make up for the lost time, frustration, and let down.That is customer service I can trust and they definitely changed my view of my experience. This is why they have 5 stars, accountability. Most mechanics and dealers lack accountability for mistakes. They went the extra mile and I will definitely continue to use them for my automotive needs. I really appreciate the concern showed after mistakes were realized. Thank you!Spent $1386, paid my bill at 2pm go to pick my car up after hours, and the window is left partially down and no keys.I dont have a spare key. My window regulator is messed up, but if you re not going to cover it or even lock the car, ypu could have left my keys in the vehicle so I could have got it. I asked you to leave them outside the vehicle due me assuming the windows would be up and doors locked.I dont even see the parts they left in my car, im hoping they are in the trunk. I feel like i dont matter.

Was told I d get a call back on more than one occasion and never did I appreciate the friendly staff but the lack of follow through has been a bit of an issue I m sure they are busy just don t make empty promises of calls I ll never receive other than that I have had great experience with the staff
