absolutely great people there. didnt try and push upsells and never had an issue with answering any question i had. i delt with manny per a friends referrel and i couldnt be happier with the experience. they off more than just wheels and tires im scheduling a lift his weeek..go see em

Thank you thank you thank you is all I can say! John was very professional. He took his time to walk around showing me which rims would fit my vehicle. Explaining in detail his vision on how it would look once I pulled off the lot. BIG Thank you to everyone at RNR for making my baby look magnificent and completing it in a timely manner. Most excellent team work. Definitely recommend.

The service was amazing. Manny, the gentleman that took care of us was very well spoken, polite, knowledgeable and so friendly. I highly recommend this company for anyone needing wheels and tires for their vehicle. The financing was so easy thanks to Manny. The paperwork was fast and everything was explained by a young man named Nate, thoroughly. The price for my wheels and tires wasn't overly expensive and the payments are very budget friendly. Manny recommended the Goodyear all terrain tires and the wheels I had been looking for. The tires are so quiet and the ride is very smooth. I was pleasantly surprised. The whole experience was exceptional. Thank you RNR, Manny and Nate for the great experience.

The entire staff here is great!!! Service is exceptional!!! My wife's special order wheels arrived in just a few days. I would definitely recommend to family and friends. I will also go back for any of my tire or tire and wheel combo needs. Thank you to Manny and the rest of the staff for making my wife's Christmas fabulous!

Awesome business. They are busy but very thorough. Went in for an alignment only & came out with an alignment (for free) & 4 new tires for $29 a week. Couldn't have better customer service. Manny & John are wonderful!

Stopped here after my car's low tire alarm went off. I assumed it was due to a puncture and asked them to check it out. It turned out to be a small issue with the valve stem. They repaired it and filled my tire back with nitrogen. All that and they charged me nothing. Manny was very nice and helpful. I will be returning

I got excellent and the process was smooth. The only drawback I had was that I was told they had REPLACED the TPMS but the warning light indicator for the same has not turned off since they put the tires on.

Thanks to a Groupon deal we found this place for an alignment. Professional, had an immediate opening, and easy to find. Plus for my husband was the cool and comfy chairs in the waiting area.

I went in to get a price on tires and I left with four brand new tires on a reasonable monthly plan that fits my budget they offer free alignment and the employees are fast and friendly. They explained everything to me step by step. Thanks guys I'm definitely going to let other people know about you.

RNR replaced my BMW blown-out tire and did a great job. The price was fair enough that I went ahead and replaced two more. Manny was professional and friendly and saw to it all very quickly. I recommend.

I traveled almost 500 miles to bring a friend to this beautiful town. Heading back home my tire stem broke and had a flat tire and then went to put on the spare and it was flat also. I called RNR Chattanooga and they were so helpful and friendly and they told me to bring the tire to them. Long story short they were a blessing to me and fixed my two tires I am so thankful for them to have helped me . I would definitely recommend them for tire service to everyone. They were also very professional. Thanks guys.

This is the 3rd time i have used RNR. Great group of.people and doesnt break you. Very nice products. Always ask for Manny. He is awesome. They always make.my vehicles look street worthy.

I purchased a Groupon for tire alignment at RNR, made an appointment, and went in to get it done. Even with my appointment it still took four hours. Afterwards I went and bought two brand new tires to replace the ones worn out by the alignment as it was before. But 26 days later my friend points out that my new tires were also worn unevenly and already worn down to the belt. So I went back to RNR for another alignment. This time it only took three hours but when I left I could immediately tell my truck was still driving badly. After speaking with my mechanic I went back to RNR to ask for the receipt with the adjustment numbers listed on it, which they conveniently forgot to give me both times. They beat around the bush awhile before telling me they couldn't align tires that were bad. Never once did anyone say anything like that before, they just wasted my time to the sum total of 7 hours, risked my own personal safety and my family's by pretending they did work on my vehicle, TWICE. And even though I had just bought two new tires less than a month before, now I needed FOUR new tires. Seeing as how untrustworthy RNR is I went to Goodyear for my third alignment of the month and even as a walk-in I was out of there in a half hour. So save yourself a lot of time and money and headache and go anywhere other than this place

I was told about these guys from my best friend's husband and dealing with other ppl I was sceptical at first ,due to bad past experiences, but when I got there John was very helpful and friendly.. All the guys were very professional and nice. They communicated everything very well (even when my car decided to not start for them afterwards and i felt so bad) they were helpful and understanding about it.. I would definitely recommend them to all my friends and family..

Manny and the guys at RNR Tire Express are great to work with, and as an Owner of Ace Auto Repair they are professional and explain everything to the customer. I don't do Tires and Wheels at my business so any tire or wheel issue comes to my shop I always refer to RNR Tire Express for them as they will take care of the customer. Great Job!!!!!!

This place is like family my name is Jeremiah case and I m leaving one of the best reviews this place could get all I gotta say is that this place treats me so well you may sit there for an 45 minutes or more due to customers but that s if you want your vehicle done right and correctly I love this place and they have done my truck right and me right I m thankful to have a shop that ll do the things I ask they are very friendly and very good people you couldn t ask for a better shop I love y all guys and thank y all so much for helping me with my vehicle YALL ARE THE BEST!!!!

A HUGE thank you to Manny and the team at RNR Tires in Chattanooga. My son and I were traveling from Illinois to Florida and popped a tire on the highway. We were able to get off the highway but unable to get my spare on. Manny was able to get me help to switch to my spare to get to the shop and got me a new tire and back on the road quickly. They made a very stressful situation less stressful!

Insanely expensive! Paying x10 what you would to straight up buy the tires. Good if you are broke and want to make expensive payments for a few years on 'tires'. I've been paying these people 66 bucks for what seems like forever. For the exact same 4 tires, I would have paid 450 to buy straight up. They charged me 1600 for the same tires bc I looked it up and did my homework after the purchase. I will never go back and I suggest that you don't get yourself into that hole. Trust me it's incredibly frustrating. If you miss a payment or two for any reasons, they will leave your car on blocks. It's insane. I'm not trying to mess with anyone's business. But when you charge someone $1600 for $450 tires who is barely getting by. Yeah that's pretty insane to me. I did not know what I was getting into when I went to them. Hopefully if you read this, it helps you make a better decision then I did.

Was offered wheels (only ones in stock) they were off color of my car I accepted then they didn't fit with out a special order piece, so I said let's just order from magazine since I have to wait anyway. They canceled my order and told me they could not order special price for any other wheel it's a shame they expected me to buy the wheel they had and only that . At a final price tag of 5k yes 5k I should be more the. Accommodated and they simply ignored me and even shunned my future efforts to get a set of wheels and tires 5 k and they can't even begin to provide customer service I will now be in touch with corporate and tell them if how horrible their reps were to me cause I didn't just take what they have or no service offered at all they seemed to not have a y clue how to help after that thoughknow that they couldn't get a wheel that would work for my car only after they tried to force a set on me and tehy coukd order stuff for thst one ti fit but
