Never used this place before, called looking for a tired and they said they had it. Let them know I was on my way to get it. After driving all the way to the shop to pick it up they SOLD IT after me communicating that I was on my way to get it. They need to work on communication. Horrible experience

Stopped into Rivas with a tire issue on a rental car. They were extremely helpful, with fast service and a very honest and reasonable rate. Highly recommend!

Friendly employees, cheap prices for new & used tires, also very quick service!We bought a used tire today & it is in great condition, only took 10 mins & we were on our way. Parking lot is very small so you do have to be very careful when backing out, that's the only negative thing I have to say.We will be back!

We were on our way to Florida, when we got a screw in our tire. The closest place to go was Rivas. We pulled in, the gentlemen in the bay dropped everything to fix our tire. 20 minutes and $20 later, we were back on the road. I highly recommend them.

The couple that operate Rivas Tires are very nice. They are always helpful. I have used them twice for tires for my wife's car and for my pickup. Prices are reasonable and service is quick.

One of the few places that actually had my size tires. I had two replaced brand new and balanced, I was in and out in 15 minutes with professional service. Would use again and reccommend.

I had a flat tire and I stopped here to get it fixed. The staff was very friendly. I got it changed quickly. Got a discount for using cash. I will be using them again in the future.

Bought a new tire with warranty here in March, today it went flat, took it down there to see what good the warranty would do me, they said they never sold that brand of tire. So, the warranty is no good at all when they lie and tell you they never sold you the tire in the first place. Beware.

I called and asked if they d be able to swap two tires onto two new wheels, they said they could do it that day and to bring it by. Less than an hour later, I was done!

I had my tire plugged yesterday, but they didn't even take the nail out. Luckily it was a slow leak, and I was able to drive it to another tire shop for repair.

This dude wouldnt even answer a simple question over the phone! Was very rude alsoI would never recommend this place to anyone in my life!Wouldn't even tell me if they had my tire size!

They did not replace the oil in my car I'm lucky my car didn't blow up I left with no oil in my car and spent an extra 15$ on oil
