Sent my 19 year old college kid here to get his tire plugged. After going there twice to be able to be fit in because they "don't take appointments" he got his tire plugged but also needed his oil changed. Being a college kid, he has a class schedule he has to follow and has no way to just leave his car there. The lady on the phone told my husband if he was there at 7:30 this morning, he would be able to get his oil changed before his test at 11. He gets there at 7:25 and the guy there tells him they can't get to it until 12:30!!!!! He was SO rude to my husband on the phone. If it is first come first serve, and you can't get to someone that is there before it opens until 12:30 maybe you need to start considering making appointments!!! No customer service at this place at all!!! We did exactly what we were told to do to make sure he would be able to stay and wait and they did not make this happen. And then the guy on the phone wants to chuckle and laugh when my husband tells him he is going to call the manager!! These people are not understanding, not nice, and have no customer service skills. They laughed when we said we were going to write a bad review. Do not go here and do not send your college kid here especially to get anything done. They do not take appointments but clearly need to if they have that many people left over from the day before! They don't make appointments because that would be too easy for the customer and they do not care about the customer!

I had my struts replaced and when I picked up the vehicle the ABS and traction control lights were on and wouldn t go off, I called them. They said it was probably a cable that they forgot to plug in but then when I took it in they charged me for a speed sensor replacement, I just don t know how that related to the lights. Wouldn t recommend for anything other than tires.

Amazing quality and service. I never feel taken advantage of based on being a small female w little car knowledge. They treat me with respect and help me with all my car troubles/needs! 10/10 recommend!!

I had a screw in my tire and they were very busy and quickly got me in my tire fixed and back on the in about 15-20 minutes friendly and kinda staff .

Took my vehicle in for a front end alignment and car sat for 2 days. Then they called and said they needed to replace parts on rear of vehicle before they would align front. They wanted $1,300 more. Complete scam. I took my vehicle to another shop the next day and was in and out for $120. Very disappointing.

needed my a/c compressor and serpentine belt replaced. When my car was returned to me they had left an a/c low pressure line loose and charged me for the belt replacement that was NOT done. When I received my car back for the second time all the plastic clips on the radiator cover were broken. The service writer said that they did not break the clips, when I pointed out all the plastic debris from the broken clips in the engine bay they offered to replace all 13 broken clips. When I left the shop 30 seconds later my tire pressure light goes off and my front right tire is going flat I fix the flat myself as I am done with this place. Moral of the story is they are just a tire shop DO NOT get any repairs done here.I can only imagine the people who don t have much car knowledge getting taken advantage of.

So the only thing it was there for was to change out the tires they did and ever since it s been awful the day. The day I picked it up the guy told me the door handle was getting stiff and when I tried to use it the dang thing didn t even work so I had to fix that then the passenger tail light was busted and now the dang wheel has fell off and when I called he said he would email me so I could email them some pictures of the incident and now they still haven t reached out and won t answer the phone. I wouldn t recommend them to change the windshield washer fluid. Do yourself a favor and find another shop so your not in the situation I m in. Only reason I put a 1 star is because there isn t a 0.

These folks are by far the best auto shop in town. My introduction to them went like this. I took a coworker to pick up his truck there a few years ago. He called me and told me that Bo had said from the screeching noise my truck was making. If I didn't take care of the wheel bearing, the wheel would come off. This had happened twice before, and it was making those sounds when I took it to my former mechanic. They did nothing. I went back to Quality, and my coworker was still there . I left my truck and told Bo to fix it. He asked how long it had been since the previous work had been performed. I told him 4 months. He said they should still be under warranty. I told him to fix it anyway because I had had the oil changed a week before, and the other shop didn't say a word. We have used Quality ever since!

Absolutely pleasant experience. My car was at another shop for over a month waiting on parts . I brought it over to Quality Tire Pros and they had it back to me within days, communicating every step of the way. They addressed the problem at hand, and gave me an honest outlook for other maintenance issues that I inquired about without trying to scare me into buying anything right away.

I have had three very positive experiences with Quality Tire. They were extremely kind to me when my tires got slashed not one, but two times in the span of 1.5 months and honored a warranty that save me a significant amount of money. Today I had questions and the service provider came out to my car to check it out while being transparent that he felt there wasn't much they could do for me at this time. It saved me time, money and gave me the reassurance I was looking for. Highly recommend.

I've had to update my review as I've had a few unpleasant recent experiences. One I went in for a tire repair. They couldn't fix it because the damage was the "side wall". I checked and a screw was 1.5 inches away from the side. I fixed it myself.Last week I asked for a tire rotation and balance. All day it sat and then they called and said the rear was beyond the wear bars and the front was near. I double checked that night. While the rear was close, it certainly was not beyond the wear bars. They'll need to be changed in 3 to 5k miles, but they'll work until then. They were booked and the car would sit again all day. I rotated them myself.They are still a very friendly staff but I don't need to be sold tires by exaggeration. Clearly they do good business but unfortunately they have lost mine. Tires are yours to judge my review.

Very bad experience. The staff were short and non-personable. After having issues with another automobile mechanic for my Kia last January/February, I was recommended this place by someone at Autozone. I went in knowing that my vehicle was diagnosed with faulty ignition coils, and told the front desk about the report. They wanted to charge me the highest rate for a diagnostic check I've ever been given from a mechanic. I still went forward so that I could have my vehicle back after so many unsolved issues with it, but I wish I hadn't. As requested by Quality Tire Pros, I left my vehicle there for a day so that they could look at it when they had the time. I came back in the next day to hear that it was confirmed that the ignition coils were bad and had been replaced. I paid my extremely high bill despite my feelings about it. It had been less than a week before my car had the same issues, and I decided to go elsewhere as I couldn't afford another large bill from this place. To my dismay, the next place diagnosed my vehicle and noticed that the Ignition Coils were still bad. So Quality Tire didn't actually replace the ignition coils (or put in bad ones), but still charged me for new parts? I couldn't possibly recommend this place to anyone who is trying to make sure they get their vehicle back in working condition and that they paid a fair price.

I've found my tire pros. Chris took my call and provided me with a fair quote, hundreds less than what I was previously quoted at another shop, within less than a minute. My specifically requested tire was ordered and delivered in less than 3 buisness days. I was given a courtesy call the morning my tires arrived. No appointment or deposit required. No hidden fees at Checkout after installation. I'm driving away happily with my 4 new tires. Thanks, Chris and QTP.

10 stars should be available for businesses like this! We were stranded on a friday @5pm passing through. We have a weird size but they got us going by 9am the next day. Absolute vacation savers! Thank you guys

Great service here.We take our Shuttles for work here and they're amazing.My hubby's company also uses Quality tire pros for their Company Truck's for years now and he's got no complaints either.

Absolutely amazing customer service! We were here from out of town and unfortunately had a nail in our tire. We called a few places before here and were told they couldn t help us today. Quality Tire Pros told us to come in in and they would take care of us. Everyone we spoke to when we arrived were so pleasant and helpful. The turnaround to fix our tire was extremely fast. Highly recommend this place!!

Update 1/16/23: Since I'd gotten a response via my review I decided to give them a 2nd/3rd chance. The kid managed to kill another tire - which they fixed with the all fees mentioned up front. All staff was friendly and professional. I then dropped off a RAM 1500 for some repairs and they did a great job at a reasonable price in a very short amount of time. Well done.Previous post for reference: For a shop that has always been so great in the past I'm saddened to see things shifting in the wrong direction. I bought a new tire about two months back that my son managed to kill yesterday. I put a spare on his car so he could go to school today and tossed the ruined tire in back of the truck to bring by their shop. It was the normal interaction today a few quick questions and let me know everything would be taken care of without a fee. They call me within a few hours and let me know the tire was ready. I let them know my son will be on the way shortly. He arrives and asks what the charge will be and how long. They say there is no charge and give a time estimate he apparently thought was too long as he could put it on quicker himself. He asks for the tire so he can be on his way. They then tell him that he cannot have the tire and that they must put it on. They then swap out the spare and charge him $30 for mounting and balancing. $30 is less than a rounding error for most of us adults but obviously not something a teen wants to be charged especially after being told there would be no charge. I call them and ask what they are charging him for. They ramble on about charging $15 to put the tire on the rim and $15 to balance a tire. I can see the need for them to want to at least make something on the transaction but have paid them thousands for various repairs in the last year alone and am aware that anyone can get basic mounting and balancing done for free just about anywhere. There is no need to nickel and dime anyone nor charge something when it was initially to be done without a charge. Their overall demeanor via phone was not especially friendly and they seemed put-off by the fact I would dare even ask why they are charging any fees, meanwhile missing the point entirely that it is the principle of the matter and not a negligible fee that was at issue.tldr: charge what is stated up front and don't nickel and dime kids to make money.

As usual, Quality Tire Pros not only came to my rescue but went above and beyond. I was running a few last minute errands before a flight out of Chattanooga Airport when the signal light in the car would not go off. I knew that I couldn't leave the car at the airport with this light on, as it would just drain the battery and I would be stuck there.I ran over to Quality Tire Pros, frantic, frazzled, stressed and probably not the most pleasant person. I told them about my flight and I didn't have much time just an hour and a half. They took it into the bay immediately, replaced the light and said no charge.No charge? After dealing with a frantic, frazzled, stressed and not very pleasant person? No Charge? After literally bumping me to the front of the line to be helpful? No Charge? Though I still used their bulb and time?Yes, no charge. Because that is what Quality Tire does. They are just the most honest individuals and they are the most efficient and kind. I don't know how the got to be all 3, though I imagine the manager who is amazing knows how to pick the right employees.But thank you again Quality Tire!You saved the day for me again. I had no idea what I was going to do when the light came on in the car and I had only an hour and a half before leaving for the airport. I definitely made the right decision to come to you. I am so grateful that you helped save my day.
