Pretty much horrible all round but it's cheaper than most but that's not an excuse. Check in employee was moody, it was so obvious she hates her job or she just didn't like that we arrived at 9pm. The elevator could definitely use service, the ice machine was disgusting, the carpets dirty, mold all over the bathroom ceiling, the pool had mold and hair balls all over, broken tiles, dirty, windows were dirty. The bed was the only thing that was nice and clean or at least it looked clean but based on the rest of the facility, I'm not so sure it was. Just know if ya stay....keep expectations low.

good Lord this place is full of red flags. carpets were dirty, bathroom is the first thing you see when you walk in the room, water damage on the ceiling and all over the walls, water stains down the walls, sloppy wall patch jobs, and worst of all, we had roaches in our room. we didn't even get the chance to set our stuff down before we walked right back out and demanded a refund. too bad the desk attendant couldn't do the refund and said his manager would be in at 11 the next morning. everyone pissed and tired, just go somewhere else.

Location great being right off the highway, night staff was very friendly, the negative though is the room it s self. Every outlet sparked when I plugged something into it besides the outlets in the alarm clock. Some outlets wouldn t even hold the plug in. Very outdated room furnishings. Room was dirty with holes in the wall and torn sheets, the shower was lukewarm at best with no water pressure. The bathroom looked clean at first glance but after taking a closer look it was apparent that cleaning is not the first priority. My room door did not lock. The lobby bathroom was marked out of order but when questioned the morning staff said it was fine. No soap and no paper towel. The OJ in the morning was brown, although the rest of the breakfast was decent. No bed bugs but that didn t stop me from itching all night long. Hind sight being twenty twenty we should have spent the extra cash and stayed somewhere else

Completely nasty experience!!!Lady checking us in didn t speak much English so very difficult to have conversation with her. Too tired from traveling to go to another hotel but we sure wish we did. We paid for room online in the lobby because she insisted!! Worst room we ve ever had in our 37 years of traveling. Completely disappointed It was a 2 bedroom suite. It was so nasty and dark and dirty. Lamps looked like antiques, TVs were old and very small. Finally asked to switch rooms. She did - had a maintenance guy at front desk. He apologized. It wasn t any better.First room - 221Lights didn t work in either roomKnobs missing for lights on wallHeat didn t workRemote missing backEntire room dark and dirty2nd room -321Not all lights worked plus light bulbs missing on othersHeat took a long time to come onTop drawer not in alignment- didn t unpack anywaySheets had holes in themBedspreads filthy dirtyRugs on floor filthy dirtyTile missing by tub in bathroomHad to search for one garbage canHallways had huge paint blotches all over the place.

This place was horrible! I originally booked with Fairfield across the way but I somehow confused my dates. They were completely full except a king suite I needed at least 2 beds. So I refused and went to where I thought would be next best. Boy was I Absolutely wrong!! If I had read the reviews before booking I would ve taken the king suite. The exterior of this place for sure is a cover up to what is actually in the building!! Completely disgusted if I didn t have little ones with me for sure would ve went elsewhere. Everyone was tired and irritable. So we sucked it up rested up and left FIRST thing! These comments/reviews are spot on! The place is falling apart and needs a reno ASAP!! They had the nerve to ask for a credit card for damages!!!! Super insulting considering the condition of this place!! Honestly they couldn t PAY ME to stay there EVER again! Front desk was very much why are you here attitude not very friendly. The older lady actually started helping me asked for my drivers license then handed them to the gentleman next to her, started pointing to the screen said something to him that I could not understand, then he started assisting with my check in.

My friend paid cash when checked out and they still charge credit card. I called 6 times to speak to the manager and he never called back. I explain to the employee the situation but no one can assist. So my friend pay double for the room. Even when checked out i had to search the employee on duty everywhere. I cannot believe an hotel chain like quality inn would not take care of a situation like this. So careful people, don't pay cash because they will also charge your credit card!

Location was great. 1st room key they gave us didn't work, they then switched us to another room, it was clean but had issues. Had to unplug the fridge because of how loud it ran. Walls were really thin, the neighbors came in about 1 in the morning and we could hear their every move. That was ok because my wife and I repaid them around 6 in the morning if you know what I mean, lol. All in all, for the money, it was ok

It was midnight when I decided to stop. I still had 9 hours of travel to go and my eyes were crossing. I saw the Quality Inn And thought it looked suitable. I went in, was told it would be $129 for the night after taxes, fees, etc. That was a bit more than I felt like paying but figured it was the best I would find, boy was I wrong. I checked in, got my son and luggage from the vehicle and went through the lobby. When we turned the corner to go down the hall it looked like a crack house. The carpet was nasty and ended on both sides about two inches from the wall. It was frayed all the way down the hall, on every floor. Ceiling tiles were missing and there were holes in the walls. I questioned how often the place gets cleaned. The room itself seemed ok but I wasn't convinced it was clean. Were the sheets actually changed? Was anything wiped down with disinfectant? The next morning, we went to breakfast. The dining room was dirty and there wasn't any staff minding the tables or food area. The walls were filthy by the tables. The front desk help was not engaging either. Do yourself a favor and stay somewhere else.

This is one of the nastiest places I have ever stayed. I ve taken several pictures of just how awful this place is. There are wet paper wads on the ceiling, the place is falling apart, you couldn t even see the bottom of the pool, windows are disgusting, ceiling tiles are missing and others are horribly water stained, no vending machines as advertised. It s definitely not worth the $265 I spent for one night and I would like a refund. I also kindly asked the lady at the front desk where the vending machines were and she said there weren t any and if I wanted something I should go to Walmart. Just awful all around.

Lady the behind the counter was just there.I had a hard time hearing her, and she was making me say things louder than I needed to around other customers that don't need to hear things. She acted like she did not want to help me get my benefits to Wyndham and she looked it up finally after I asked to use my phone number. She acted lost.Would not give me any benefits besides perk points which I knew that I should get more than perk points. I went to another hotel right down the road and got my Wyndham points and got my room discounted like I should have!!!"Days Inn Took Care Of Me"I did not stay there service was not really there and didn't want to give me my perk price, I stay with them all the time when I travel. Not this one!!!!The one in Hilsville Virginia Did, They were awesome and took care of me, and I didn't have to ask!!

Old features, only update was the sink. Furniture scuffed and loose trim pieces.carpet torn and unraveling, no "bed make up" , " we only do that every 2 days". The TV had only shopping channels and infomercials. No cable or local TV. This was a good location for our events however we would have never stayed if we had an option.

Grossest rooms and hotel I've stayed in ever. Holes in the walls. Holes in the ceiling. Mold everywhere. The threadbare carpet in the rooms and halls were full of stains and mold. The room my kids were in was uninhabitable unless I left the window open all day and all night with the a/c running to try and dissipate the mold smell. When we first entered the room my son started coughing and said he couldn't breathe well. Also most of the faucets and toilets were broken or not working well. Enjoy listening to drips, running water, or flushing all night. Enjoy the shower trickling while most of the water comes out the tub faucet. The owner of this hotel franchise should be ashamed and embarrassed. The staff were very nice and did their best. Would never stay here or at another "quality" inn again. I don't want you to think I'm picky or complaining, this place is gross, it's not homely or just run down, it's gross and border line not safe. Do not stay here.

We had been traveling since 330 that morning. When we got there it was before check in time, but I guess Max sensed my exhaustion and we were able to check in a little early. I asked about food delivery and was immediately given flyers for local places that deliver. He was very professional, caring, and made check in so easy and quick. The company has a great asset with him. Room was amazing and clean as well. I will be recommending this place to people no matter where I'm at.Rooms: Very clean, quiet, and so comfy.Nearby activities: Convenient store, Walmart, food, adult beverages, and parking is within almost walking distance.

Stayed here November 2022. Very clean, nice people at front desk, clean room, comfortable bed. No sign of holes in walls, peeling paint, cob webs, threadbare carpet or mold that others have been complaing about. Nice breakfast in morning. Seems to have been remodeled. Would stay again.Rooms: Clean, quiet, comfortable bed.

Excellent location.. 5 stars.but the staff is unwelcoming and 0 points in customer service.Once inside the room, we found the bed was hard as a rock and dirty, stained and with hairs under the sheets, we informed the front desk and they changed our room, "it was worse" the new one had the tile floor dirty, the carpet stained and sticky, the walls with coffee residue "at least we thought so to be able to accept it" the ceiling full of humidity and mold stains, the carpet did not reach the baseboards and you could see the dirt and grime trapped, and then around 4pm we saw an employee folding the sheets and towels on top of the breakfast tables. In general, everything is unpleasant. We do not recommend it.Rooms: Once inside the room, we found the bed dirty, stained and with hairs under the sheets, we informed the front desk and they changed our room, "it was worse" the new one had the tile floor dirty, the carpet stained and sticky, the walls with coffee residue "at least we thought so to be able to accept it" the ceiling full of humidity and mold stains, the carpet did not reach the baseboards and you could see the dirt and grime trapped, and then around 4pm we saw an employee folding the sheets and towels on top of the breakfast tables. In general, everything is unpleasant. We do not recommend it.

My husband and I just recently stayed there for the Labor Day weekend. The room s tidiness and Customer Service weren t an issue. The issue was that the walls are so thin that you can literally hear everything going on in the room beside yours. All 3 nights my husband and I stayed here, we were woken up by the people beside us talking, children crying, and alarm sounding. Also, for some reason, the water in the shower was VERY hot. No matter what way we turned the knob, hot water came out. Room and bathroom were cleaned, just very small.

More negative then positive about this hotel! Our room smelt so strong of cleaning supplies we almost left! After a long trip the kids wanted to swim, but the pool was full of particles of I don t know what!! Brought it to the hotel desks attention and they said they would let the manager know when they saw them next . They didn t have an extra pillow or sheets for the pull out couch which was disgusting anyway we didn t even use it. Needs updated hallway by our room was falling apart. We had to hit the road early and breakfast wasn t being served at 6am so I can t leave a review on that. Definitely wouldn t recommend this hotel to anyone.

Booked this room for end of a 10 hour drive, only to find out the pool is closed for maintenance when we arrive. Great way for kiddo to burn some energy after being in car all day. Front desk was rude at check in and when I asked about the pool, she just replied you want to cancel? At 930 on a Saturday of memorial day weekend... sure... not to mention the price, for a mediocre room, at best, with double beds, not queens... smh

Kinda nasty... We are choice gold members and have stayed at many choice hotels for work and travel.I usually give positive reviews but this one was definitely not the best.ProsLocation to lookout mountain is excellent! The beds were changed and comfortable that was nice. The Continental breakfast was great and was served until 10am which is later than most 9 a.m. breakfast. Although we didn't check out the pool it does stay open until 11p.m.Cons... There was urine splattered in the bathroom on the seat and next to the toilet. See pics... Lots of areas of peeling paint and damage to wallsThere were crumbs all over the center table amd all behind and around the center table between the beds. I don't know how that was missed The floors were definitely not mopped, swept, or vacuumed! It felt gross walking on them. The hallways smelled of marijuana and cigarette smoke. Which I know is out of their control.

Don't let the marketing pictures fool you, this place is a dump! The rooms are in an advanced state of decay. Please refer to the attached pictures for reference. Is that black mold in one of the bathroom photos? The room also smelled musty and there were stains all over the carpet. The "free" breakfast food was so nasty that we had to eat somewhere else. If you want to enjoy your stay in Chattanooga, avoid this place like the Plague!

The room was clean and comfortable. The area was good. My issues was the attitude of both staff that I encountered. Of course they gave the mandatory niceties but beyond that was a look of disgusting like how dare someone ask a question. The breakfast was a joke. Cold coffee and hot milk.Rooms: The room was very comfortable for the price.

Was cheap and fairly clean. Took a star because I had all 5 kids around waiting for the pool to open and went down too find out we couldn't swim because they waited untill the pool opened to put chemicals in it and it was freezing in there. Simple solution turn the heat up and add chemicals before opening it.
