They were on it! Called on a Saturday morning looking for motor home tires and they had them in stock. We tried calling 7 places before calling PCT and nobody else had them. They were ready for us when we arrived, put the new tires on and we were back on the road! Thank you George and crew for taking care of us!

We was using our own personal semi. We had a wheel bearing go out on the side of the interstate. My husband *who is also a diesel mechanic* was unable to fix it because of our lack of resources. We called PTCOA at 4:30-5 am. They picked up and someone within an hour or so to help us. The man was very nice and respectful. Yes the man had his son assisting him. Which is no issue to us. We believe in passing trades down.If you re in the area and in a bind this is the company to call.Thank you again for helping us get back on our way.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! PLEASE READ GOOGLE REVIEWS! We had a truck towed to their facility with a blown turbo. After replacing the Turbo, the motor blew up in their shop. From reading the reviews, it sounds like this could be typical for this shop. They then held our trailer with food product on it hostage until we made payment. He received payment from me and then conned the owner of the truck to pay him as well. This also something that he has tried with other companies (read the reviews.) STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!

In & out! We called, randomly; for some repairs and they began working when we pulled in. Fair pricing, fair parts, and really nice people.Thank you George!!Service: Brakes

Our truck broke down at 1:00AM on I-75 South mile marker 353. The driver suspected the alternator went bad. I called around, but everyone was busy or did not want to mess with it in the 20 degree weather. I got a hold of George from PTC. Explained things to him and he said to wait till the morning, because we won't be able to get the parts til the morning. He told me he will charge the road service fee plus 2 hours of labor. He mentioned they do not mark up parts. Early AM George came out and made sure its the alternator. Went to the Freightliner dealer and got the parts. Came back, fixed the truck and we were on the way. George tried to up charge for the parts. I understand he had to go get them, but the amount he wanted was high. At the end he made the numbers right on the bill, therefore I feel like this is worth 5 stars.

Notice the 5 star reviews are all signed by other companies but from PTC? You really think JB Hunt's user name would pay homage to their favorite OTR vendor? They embody the literal meaning of "this place is a joke".Called PTC for a service call because our power steering was out on a tractor. At a certain point, to us, it looked like the vendor kept installing different parts that had nothing to do with the power steering (fuel lines, fuel pump, air compressor...) so we asked them to give us an idea of where we were at cost wise. Vendor told us they had spent north of $3,000 at this point with zero approval. The next day they tell us its done and sent us a $7800 invoice and wouldn't budge a bit on their pricing. Apparently, they took us questioning their pricing as approval or something, I guess? Keep an eye out, they WILL take advantage of you if you do not set guidelines right away. This is not an honest vendor. Time will tell on their craftsmanship as they held the truck hostage until we paid them for the work that they felt we wanted done. One star because zero isn't an option.

Not professional, had young kids "working" on the truck. Simple radiator swap in a cascadia, should have taken at most 4-5hrs, took over 10hrs to complete. The Owner of the company left for several hours while the "kids" were supposed to continue to work on the unit, which did not happen. Also the work was supposed to completed "in the shop", it was not. it was done in a dirt lot next to the shop. Very dissatisfied with the "professionalism" from this company. They tried to charge $1615.49 for this job, in the end we still ended up paying $1350.00 for a job that should have only been about $700 plus coolant and shop supplies. We just got the truck back to our shop, reviewd the work they did and found that they CUT the hood supports on our truck, in order to remove the radiator,, rather that simply removing the 3 bolts holding the center suport in place. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY

People they are scammers and will insist on EFS OR any cash payment . Be careful and i cant tell how happy im that i gave him a credit card not a Comcheck . After he said the truck is fixed the driver said the check engine lights are here and George told us just drive they will disappear.After half mile the truck stooped. We call him and he said he is coming but he disappeared. We lost all day long and i will call the police to report him but after all i feel happy i didn't pay cash . Stay Away people

called this place out because i was broke down they charge me 635.50 paid by comm check they pulled off and i did not make it out of parking lot and truck was dead called them and they said on the way back 4 hours and 25 calls later i had to call a real mechanic to get my truck running.do not get screwed like me

Horrible business!!!!!!! Did not have a clue what they were doing. Ran all sorts of test on my truck but the right one just to keep the time running, charged me $500 for labor for an $11 fix that only took my mechanic 5 mins to find. I do not recommend SCAM SCAM

Be careful everybody from dos companyThey work for me then I paid them over phone I read card number for them they charged me then after few days they took money from my account I asked for George why they do that he said sorry we're going to give you credits back but never give me credits back a gein they took money second time from my account I spoke with my banking and I'm waiting to go CourtSo be careful guys don't read cards number for this company
