I never rate places, but this is the absolute best mechanic shop I have ever been to. Very informative, great price, awesome work. Lenny, the service manager was fantastic, I will not go to another shop moving forward. Dropped off over night, they had my car ready the next morning. I will recommend this place to all my friends and family.Had CV Axle replacedTransmission flushCoolant flushSpark plugs replaced.

Amazing work and very helpful. Lenny is a great guy who will help you out. Couldn't have asked for more. I had issues with broken CV axles and he explained it to me and helped me with my warranty policy. Would give 6/5 stars if I could.

My preferred place for auto maintenance!!! Locally owned and have only had excellent interactions with the owner who works his tail off and has standards for his staff to provide exceptional car maintenance. Super positive experience AND you get a free air freshener with your service. :)

My daughter's car had been serviced by Midas in Huntsville, AL before she moved to Chatanooga. The car vibrated and shook violently. So she let it sit in Chattanooga as she worked online. I started calling mechanics. I called Lenny. He talked to me for 30 minutes and explained what could possibly be wrong. He proudly stated that this was a "Woman Friendly" business. He was true to his word. Her car was repaired within 24 hours and we understood what the issues were.He was honest and fair. Hello and good morning to you all all I have to say is that this is the very Best place to take your car ,Mr Lew is a very karing person especially about you getting your car fixed correctly and will not over charge youMR .Lew is a person we all would wish there was more people like him he shows he really kares by giving you a ride home while they check the car over completely and will call you go over everything with you and is very willing to work with you on there prices,I went to him with my white Honda I had been to these other people in ga and they told me stuff was wrong with my car for as all the oil leaks ..Mr Lew checked it over and I found out I didn't need nothin but 1 part and he worked with Mr on the price because for 1 they women's day on Tuesday to give u a discount but I just think this is the Best Honest place to take your car to and to.recieve

I only had an oil change done but it was the best price in town and they got two of our cars in and out. Apparently they focus on oil changes between 8:00 and 10:00 in the morning and it's pretty fast.

!!!!DO NOT GO TO THIS SHOP!!!!Please do not go for a check engine light. They will charge more money without doing actual check even not opening the front engine bonnet. With their experience they will try to do some trial and error that might resolves the issues. For regular oil service good.

Took my wife's car in on a Saturday for an issue. Happy to be seen on a Saturday but $900 dollars later it still makes the same noise. Not sure these guys have a clue what they are doing. Now we are in another state with no plans to return. Would have been better to wait to have it looked at elsewhere. Do your research is the message here.UPDATE: 10-4-2023 I meant to post this earlier but it has been a busy month. We took my wife's care to a mechanic in South Carolina and as it turns out the issue was a wheel bearing. So the service from Precision Tune was not only the wrong diagnosis but also no where near where the issue was actually located. We basically donated 900 dollars to the shop.DO NOT GO TO THIS SHOP!!!!

Charged me more, and used my parts, charged me for them. Said they saved me money on labor that was their fault, when all needed to happen was to put a buld in without using 2 hours of labor

Extremely helpful and kind a true women s car shop! I was not spoken to as unknowledgeable, but was rather welcomed and helped with kindness.Also, had to bring my car back for gasket repair a couple months after the oil change and was met with satisfactory service once again!Definitely recommend Precision Tune Auto Care for you car needs!Service: Oil change

Had a Groupon just charged me an additional $10. ** Then when I go back in December when my vehicle is due. They over charged me for services. Will never go back again

They fixed an oil leak and charged $392. The oil cap burst when we were about 15 miles down the road. When we stopped all of the oil drained out. We had to call a tow truck to take it back. Precision Tune Auto did not cover the tow truck or the 2nd repair even though it was an issue they caused. Beware. First time we took our car we spent 3k Just a day or two later the battery died. Bought a new battery from them then my ignition quit working. Had it repaired by Honda. This time the last time- my alternator died took it to them again, a few days later now my car won t turn over or start. They ve messed up the wiring when installing the alternator. They just aren t experienced enough or handle cars with care.Strike 3 they re out.Watch for an increase of things breaking after you take your car to these guys.Services: Auto battery replacement, Steering & suspension repair, General repairs & maintenance, Auto brake repair, Wheel alignment, Auto maintenance

CHEAP PARTS. I got brand new brakes and rotors a year and a half ago for around $400. I do not drive often, there is no logical reason for me to need new ones already. My brakes were acting sketchy so I decided to have my car towed to a shop. I had plenty of brake fluid so I know that wasn't the problem. When the tow driver got there, he was putting it onto the truck and the brake pad FELL OFF. If I would have driven one more time, it would have fallen off during driving. Luckily I have AAA so i took it to a place affiliated with them where I will get a discount and a warranty. I was told not to trust Precision because they have cheap parts and will take advantage of you. Exactly what happened. Do not go here for anything more than an oil change, I wouldn't even go for that. Now I am having to pay $425 not even a year and a half later for the exact same parts AND a new caliber because the parts were so cheap they wouldn't last. I do remember the staff being friendly but that makes it even worse knowing they're letting you pay for crappy parts. Save your money and go somewhere you can trust.

I've been to this shop a handful of times over the past few years and had great service every time. This past visit solidified them as my go-to auto shop, I took my sprinter van in to extract a stripped bolt, they gave fast and quality service for that, and spotted a brake leak which they fixed as well all at a decent price. I've never once thought Lenny wasn't fair or honest, thanks

Everyone told me not to use them. Should ve listened. Put illegal tires on my car so when I had to have one fixed, they all had to be replaced. The lug nuts were also almost stripped due to this shop tightening them way too tight. The owner told me it s fine it works and chose to withhold the legality information from me. They constantly say they ve been in business for 80 years so they re better than everyone else. I don t want fine products for $1000

Lenny was great! Awesome customer service, speedy mechanics and clean waiting area. Really nice people and very affordable. Honest mechanics here! I'll definitely be back to have my car serviced here. They take great care of their customers and treat everyone equally.

Updating post from 3 years ago:So this company is one of those bait and switch companies by far on Groupon. Don't buy the Groupon and don't come here.Why? First you can get an oil change with no special discounts or codes needed at Walmart for the same price or cheaper than their "special deal" Groupon oil change with zero hidden fees. Also beware! You'll end up spending more money here! Watch what they do to just about every customer. Groupon for $xx.xx (you think wow great price, great deal!) Nope, then when you check out they tell you you needed "a little more oil" than the Groupon covered, plus your filter was magically special and costs more too. Read other reviews. They are scammers!Second, this is a scam company! I experienced this personally. They tell you there are problems that are not there or are a complete lie! They told me that during my oil change (which cost me another $43 magically ON TOP of the special deal Groupon I already paid for, of course) that they found an antifreeze leak! Go figure right? I check my fluids regularly (maybe I'm weird but I really do) and my antifreeze fluid never moved a millimeter. No joke. So I'm super skeptical because I know the fluid level has never moved after the car has been "off" for 30 minutes or more. I didn't say anything, I played stupid and was like oh no, I'll come back one day! (They still had my car, I didn't want them to do anything to it). Just to make sure that THEY didn't do something to my car. I took it to my dealership since it was under warranty. They said everything was fine. Again, I monitored my fluids after the fact, never budged a millimeter. Lies, more lies!I would really hate to know of whom they have really taken advantage of. I would love to see these guys busted with a fake old lady customer in an undercover way. That wouldn't be hard to do based on the other reviews here. They need to get caught. Never again. Beware, this shop will overcharge unsuspecting customers. I went in for air conditioning repair. They charged $340 for R134A refrigerant and $33 to replace the Schrader valve. At Autozone, the refrigerant costs between $30 and $50 depending on the brand and the Schrader valve cost about $7. This is price gouging at it's worst in charging $373 for parts that should only cost $37.On top of this, they tried upselling a a brake job for $800. There was nothing wrong with my brakes. The average price for brake pad replacement is between $200 and $300.These guys are everything you hate about taking your car to the mechanic. They are super friendly to your face while stinking it in your a$$ with overcharging. I used a Groupon 49.99 for a synthetic oil change. I was told I would be responsible for tax and any additional oil after the 5 qts. I went on a Monday at 10 til 5 was told they close at 5:30 I needed to come so I did on Thursday. Upon checking out I was charged for my FILTER, SHOP FEE, and oil plus taxes coming to 35.57. They will lie to you and told I was given a great deal . If they are dishonest about small things. I definitely wouldn t want them doing anything else. I had planned on returning and using them for future oil changes but this was it for me.Service: Oil change

Lenny, the manager, is very transparent with what should be done to the car and gives options to fit most budgets. He even told me that a pricey job could wait for a bit. Waiting room and customer restroom is clean. There's a big window into the shop (also clean and organized) so you can see how your vehicle is progressing. Will continue to take my car here for service.

This was my first time coming to Precision Tune Auto Care. They had a better professional reputation online reviews and listed on the BBB as A+. I needed the Rack and Pinion Assembly (Power Steering Rack) installed on my Ford Focus. I told Precision Tune Auto Care, I have the part for the car. I asked for a price to install the part which included Labor, Wheel Alignment, and Computer Module reset. They had no problem to install my part on the car. They worked with you and try to get your vehicle fixed on the schedule you agreed upon. Lenny and the Precision Tune Auto Care team did a great job! I would recommend them to anyone with car problems. The big plus, they are open later in the day and open on Saturday that made it easy to drop off my car.Services: Steering & suspension repair, Wheel alignment
