I would have given them 5 stars if not for my most recent interaction. I just picked up my car at this facility and I was told by the rental car company to leave my car there. The gentleman behind the counter was perfectly nice but the lady with the long gray hair was absolutely awful to me. I was doing as I was told and the lady starts yelling at me and cussing saying that they will not hold the keys and I tried to explain that this is what I was told to do. She said she did not care and that she will go park the damn car somewhere else herself. I begged the gentleman just to let me pay and let me get out of there. (He was quietly tending to me in a professional manner as I m getting yelled at) As I am getting my card swiped to pay this repair shop $900.00 I m getting shouted at. I told the lady that this was absolutely horrible customer service and I would not be back and she told me that that was fine with her if I didn t come back even though I was a complete bystander and a paying customer who did nothing to her. She attempted an apology and then shouted at me saying she apologized so basically I needed to get over it. I feel bad for the guy who works in the office with her and it s sad because they did great work on my car. That lady had me hyperventilating when I left.

Peachtree Auto Painting & Collision once again exceeds my expectations. My driver's side fender on my 2010 F-150 looks brand new. They do amazing work for a fair price. We have used them three times so far and will continue to should the need arise. I would definitely recommend them to a friend or anyone needing quality Auto Painting & Collision work.JCService: Body & Trim

November 11, 2022, my daughter was in an accident in Chattanooga and we live in Georgia. My insurance company did not make this an easy process. After weeks of trying to get my insurance company to assess the damages and have it towed to Peachtree Auto, they got it to them mid December and Peachtree Auto was amazing and made the process so easy. I had to find a body shop in Chattanooga to fix her car, after several calls and getting the same answer ( they're behind and it'll be mid Feb before they could even look at her car ) So I kept calling every body shop I Googled that was in Chattanooga and finally I called this body shop and a guy named Bobby answered and said they could get to it in January. So I stopped looking around and chose Peachtree Auto. They kept me up-to-date on the status of her car, if I called they were so nice and helped me with every question I had, and the results were great! They called me January 30th and we headed up there that day to get her car. My daughter was so happy when she seen that her car looked so good. I definitely recommend Peachtree Auto Painting & Collision!! Ask for Ron or Bobby, you will not be disappointed!!! The pics aren't in correct order. Peachtree took care of fixing the clear coat problem with my truck. They were timely, professional, and stayed within the budget for the estimate that was provided. Great staff, including adorable Turbo, the Jack Russell terrier. These guys took care of my car much quicker than I anticipated. The work was beautiful. Looks as good as new.

So thankful I went to Peachtree to get a dent in my car fixed. Not only did they quote me a very reasonable price they completed the repair very quickly. Scott is so friendly, as well as the rest of their staff. 10/10 would recommend!

Recommended by a friend so I went there to have a sum rocker panel stripes installed. The price was very reasonable and they took care of it quickly. My friend who restores classic Mustangs gets a lot of his painting done there and I've seen some of the cars and they look terrific.

Scott and his crew do great work. Most importantly, they're honest. They told me what repairs were necessary and what I could go without, and wouldn't let me pay for their time when I decided some repairs weren't worth it. They have a customer for life.

I went here to get an estimate ahead of time. Scott came out and looked at my car said it would be a couple of hours and 80 bucks. Which I was happy with it was half the price of previous estimate elsewhere. He seemed to not care very much and I understand it wasn't a lot of money but they had an opportunity to gain a customer. I went in this mourning and was their first customer in for the day and it's a body shop I understand they have work left over for days. But I asked if it could be done by 3 which is 7 hours of time. He hadn't even added me into his estimate book and said I should come back a different day. I am not someone who has alot of extra time as my wife works and have 2 kids. So I had made time gave them considerably more time than he asked for and he didn't want to gain a customer. I was going to have a bumper painted here to that I have ordered now I'll be going elsewhere for any body work I need.

Our company had a technician traveling through Chattanooga where he was involved in an accident. We had our work truck towed to Peachtree and after finding out the vehicle was totaled, Cathy and Daryl worked with us to set up a time to pick up the work tools and personal property still in the vehicle outside of their business hours. This is an exceptional service they are providing for us that goes above and beyond our expectations and helps us out tremendously. We are entirely grateful and happy to have used Peachtree Auto as they are extremely kind and helpful. Thank you, Melissa.

Bobby, Scott and all the guys at Peachtree did a wonderful job on my wife s 2014 Nissan Murano. Had some front end damage after an accident that my wife was in. They were courteous, nice, and extremely helpful throughout the whole process. Thank you guys!Great work!

The owner was very kind. However, they charged me $729 dollars for a paint job on a hood and on a side fender piece (two pieces from a Toyota Camry, dark gray paint). The hood came with a small bump, a small dent in the front and a small 90� bend on the left corner (that goes closest to the windshield). The owner fixed all those discrepancies for free. The hood and the fender finished product look amazing.

This place is great, great body and paint work and matching. Just go and let the work speak for itself. It s hard to find a good auto body painter, but I feel confidently that these guys are one (if not the only one) of the best in the area after I ve visited them with 2 different accidents to my vehicle, And they performed above expectations both timesServices: Steering & suspension repair, Painting, Body & Trim

Had to install a new black primed wrap-around bumper and fender on a car. Dropped off with Peachtree, and two days later both were painted, blended with the existing 7-year-old paint, and even new matching pinstripe on both sides. When done, the paint looked great and not like at all like a repair job, and all at a very reasonable price.I'd definitely do business with them again.
