I hit a deer in the right front quarter panel and headlight area and they did an excellent job of repairing it. Noticed that they vacuumed and wiped down the front dash, console and pretty sure they cleaned the windows, I really appreciated that. Would definitely recommend.

I got estimates for two unrelated repairs, the work was scheduled a few weeks out, and I'd planned to pay out-of-pocket. When I arrived, Nathan said it would take about 3 weeks, which he didn't tell me at the estimate, nor did Tammy when I scheduled the work. This was only the second time in my life I've had to get a car repaired and the first time getting body work. I didn't know to ask about what I didn't know, so that's partially on me, but also on them for not explaining how everything works and making sure their customer has appropriate expectations.Because I would have to get a rental, I decided to file an insurance claim instead, since a rental would push my out of pocket costs past my deductible. However, I had two different repairs and only filed a claim for one since the other would have been a separate claim way less than the deductible. I explicitly told Nathan I still wanted both repairs done but that he would only hear from insurance about one of them.When I went to pick up my car an entire month later, only the insurance-covered repair was done. Rather than apologize and acknowledge he made a mistake, Nathan insisted that I told him to wait on the other repair, which was completely false, as it was the repair I was most excited about being fixed and I made it a specific point to tell him I wanted both repairs done because I knew the insurance thing might be confusing. Besides, I was originally going to pay all of it out-of-pocket and ended up paying less because I went partially through insurance, so there's no reason I would put off one repair.Instead of providing good customer service to someone clearly confused and disappointed by the error after waiting so long to get my car back, Nathan simply kept repeating that he "had no documentation saying the other work was to be done" - except that he absolutely did: the estimate and the work listed on the schedule. The only thing that changed was how the work would be paid for, so there's no excuse for not doing it. A phone call was enough to confirm the work the first time, so a phone call should have been enough to re-confirm the same work. If he needed me to submit documentation about the payment change and confirmation of work to be done, he should have told me to submit something in writing.Nathan simply made a huge mistake and not only failed to own up to it, but blamed me. Additionally, neither of the other two people in the room bothered to step in to make amends. If anyone had, I may have worked with them to get the other repair done, because we are all human and mistakes happen. Instead, I'll be going elsewhere and hope I get better customer service, because that's what creates loyalty and good reviews.But perhaps they don't need repeat customers or referrals, so perhaps they have no incentive to create a good experience. It's too bad, because the work itself is beautiful and they even detailed the inside of my car, which I wasn't expecting. So huge kudos to the labor team. I wish I could say the same for the admin team, and I hope they treat the labor team better than they treated me.I would recommend anyone looking for a body shop look elsewhere or at least go in knowing that you may not get very good service and to be excessively on top of making sure they do exactly what you asked for.

Perfect. Best body shop we have ever had the pleasure of dealing with. Our vehicle was repaired in great time and looks brand new! They were very good at communicating the progress and letting us know when it would be ready. All the staff were the friendliest we've ever dealt with. We would recommend them to any and all!

My driver s side door and panel behind the door needed to be replaced. The workmanship was superior! The entire staff is friendly and attentive. They worked extra hard so that I could get my car two days ahead of time. The car was thoroughly cleaned before I picked it up, which was a real treat. I really appreciate all of the detail and care that went into repairing my car. I would recommend this business to anyone.Service: Auto body & trim replacement

I had an incredible experience dealing with Padgett's Red Bank Body Shop. The damaged Camry looks good as new. Great experience with this body shop. First, they got my Hyundai in about three weeks earlier than other shops had estimated. There was good communication from Joey regarding the progress being made, and the work was excellent. First let me start by saying I LOVE my car and it is my world behind my daughter. With that being said when I was hit in the rear by someone I was extremely upset and feared the car would never be right again (pearl white tri coat paint) but boy was I completely wrong!! Knowing how particular I am about my car my buddy who is in the same car club suggested Red Bank Auto Body and swore they were the ones Fiona needed to be taken to. Rick the owner impressed me right off the bat! He took the time to walk around the car and write up an estimate all while taking personal responsibility in making sure my car was in the right hands and would be perfect once I receive her back. He couldn t have been more right!! She looks better than she did pre accident! Like a BRAND NEW car!! They have earned my business for life and never would I consider anywhere else to go!! If you are reading this review because you re still on the fence about going with them TRUST ME and do yourself a favor by stopping right now and booking appointment with the guys (and Tammy) to have them make your car new again!!! Tell them Keven with the pearl white 350z sent you and they can tell you all about my love for my car and how much of a challenge it was taking on my my expectations for my car. My new car with less than 4000 miles on it was an inch away from being totaled and they saved it! Professional and accomodating from beginning to end. I teared up when I got my car back and saw the miracle they had performed!Used them again recently for front fender damage. Tammy up front is great, remembers your name and car, and whichever guy you get who is working on your car calls with updates and is always great. You cannot go wrong with Padgett s!!! They also have a convenient relationship with Enterprise so rental car shuffling is easy.BEST BODY SHOP I VE USED IN 23 YEARS! They are so great to work with that they help take the sting/stress out of the body shop aspect of car accident BS.

Fantastic.Went from a crinkle jetta to a perfect jetta! Color match was absolutely perfect. Customer service was beyond excellent.If ever I'm in an auto body pinch, padgett's is the place!

Had a wonderful experience with Padgett's (fixing front/side panel and fender damage from getting too close and personal with a concrete corner). Ed gave me my original estimate and handled my case. The cost came in right at estimate, and I was relief to find a place that felt honest and reliable throughout the process! I've recommended Padgett's many times already to others needing body work.

Such a pleasure to have an auto body shop actually provide great customer service. Our Jeep was well taken care of and the work was great, but we so appreciated the fact that they actually kept us in the loop. Highly recommend!

Compared to the last body shop I used, this place is awesome! The last shop I used did an OK job, but these guys did an EXCELLENT job. I swear the paint is smoother than the OEM paint, the body panels fit perfectly, even under the hood, everything looks totally factory fresh. As an added bonus, they even cleaned the entired car, inside and out, and they finished the job in a timely manor. They even dealt with my insurance company for me!I would definitely use these guys again and I highly recommend them.

They fixed up my Scion after a fender bender and the paint looked incidental, if not better, then the factory quality. Kept me up-to-date with periodic phone calls. Quality work. Would recommend.

2012 VW CC vandalized. Windshield destroyed, hunt dented and scuffed up as was the drivers side front panel. Called Vikki and she got me connected to the tow company, who picked up my car in under an hour. Got it back today and it was beautiful! Paul is awesome!!! They even did an amazing job on the drivers side front rim. Would highly recommend!

After my car got rear ended I had to find a quote from someone who could fix the damage. That s when I chose Redbank Auto Body. Everything seeemed to be set in stone and ready to go until the insurance company I was dealing with acted like they weren t going to fix the damages their client did to my car. That being said I called Redbank Auto Body to see what they were saying. That s when they told me not to worry they were up to bat for us and would take care of it. They went above and beyond to make sure I got what I needed and for that I am greatful!

They allowed my car to be towed without my authorization so I wasn t able to pick up my belongings. When I called to inquire they would not take responsibility and showed no sympathy that I had to leave school to drive two hours away to retrieve my personal effects.
