Dont let the location deter you, come in through E. 28st. Kyle and the crew will take care of you. Cost as same if not cheaper than most name brand truck oil and lube locations and that s including a wash!They made sure my tire pressure was good on all tires, topped off my coolant and did a great job, highly recommend any outside OTR looking for a quick PM!Best part? All this took an hour.

Needed a tire replaced, saw this banner, called, the owner showed up himself, extremely great guy, great service, got me back on the road very quickly. Very affordable price. If anyone needs anything to do with tires and lube and are in the area, give this place a call. I will most definitely be using again in the future. Once again, thank you for being so professional and affordable!!

8/18/23 was the 1st time I was introduced to these guys. They were professional and to the point of helping you out. I went in for a trailer washout and they helped me right away. Also has fresh donuts and cold water on hand. Found me a new Truck and Trailer wash in Chattanooga TN.

1st let me say Chri from OTR is a absolute top notch mechanic came out to the Pilot Truck Stop and got me up and running very professional pleasant to talk to gave me some great advice about my Freight Liner. Fast professional and knowledge the really speaks volumes about the company the owner and their business model. I highly recommend them all work is guaranteed. Saw the billboard on the highway so I decided to give them a try since I was in need of a full PM. I was not disappointed. They performed the PM right as I was watching and i like that. Greased the trailer also. In and out in about 35 minutes. The tech then hosed the engine with air after they were done. First time that has happened. The price is about the same as most places but the time you save makes up for it. Definitely will be back. The owners are cool and it's a relaxed and a professional atmosphere. Looks like a new business but they know what they are doing. Just referred them to my friend who runs this route with 3 trucks.

Great place for Owner Operator. Kyle the owner is hands on and top notch. Highly recommend them for PM, washes, tire, and road side. Quick service with a low price. Got PM and truck wash for less than a basic PM ar petro/ta.

If you re looking for a truck wash within the Chattanooga area or an emergency trailer repair, OTR is the place to find it. I ve had my truck washed here a few times. They have taken great care of my equipment, cleaned it with great detail, and made sure my truck was returned to head turning status while rolling down the road. Yesterday I found myself in need of an emergency trailer repair. I call it an emergency because I was leaking air quite badly, I was loaded, and I don t have the time or other equipment to take this trailer out of service. Anyhow, after calling a few other repair shops in the Chattanooga area and being told that they are currently too busy, on a whim I rolled into the OTR facility unannounced. It was the end of the day and I didn t think I d get it fixed. The OTR staff came out, accessed the situation, located the issue, and repaired my trailer without issue. I know where to go in the Chattanooga area for superior service. Now you know where to go too!

Great service, they were very professional and accommodating. I've used them for lube be service and fuel filters and most recently tires. Definitely someone I can trust to do it right and only do what is needed without a bunch of fluff I don't need.

I had an amazing experience coming here for a trailer washout after being rejected for a load due to trailer odor...They really saved my life with the detailed cleaning techniques they use, and they even went the extra mile for me! I highly suggest coming here for all truck washes and detailing, trailer washouts, and even has great prices on new tires!!!!

Fast, friendly and down to earth people. Did great work, car haulers are no fun to work on and they did a great and fast service. One for the better truck washes I've had in awhile. Definitely recommend
