Today was the first day I d even heard of NuBrakes. My husband was out of town and I didn t have anyone available to drop me off at a brake service repair shop so when I happened upon NuBrakes in my Google search, I was intrigued and surprised by all the five star reviews. I decided to give them a try and I m so glad I did. Michael was friendly, professional and came in a timely manner. After getting a quote on my brakes and rotors earlier in the day, he said I d only need the pads changed and that everything else looked good. So nice to have a business that doesn t try to upsell, but gives you great service on the items you actually need. Thank you so much for a quick, professional job!! I ll definitely be using NuBrakes again and will tell my friends about it as well!!Service: Brake service & repair

NuBrakes is a must for those who work from home during normal business hours. Michael was super friendly, professional, and had my brakes and rotors changed quickly. He kept me informed every step of the way and made sure I was okay with the plan before proceeding. Michael showed up very early and was very personable and professional. Everything was taken care of so quickly and smoothly. The communication was fast and prices were fair. Donald arrived on time, was very pleasant, professional, helpful and knowledgeable. It was so nice to be able to stay home and work on things that I needed to get finished and get my brakes done at the same time. It was a great experience and cost less than taking it to the shop. Amazing !! Having just moved to Ooltewah TN recently, im always looking for recommendations for services since we don't know anyone or businesses. When I needed brakes for my truck, I googled and found all these great reviews for NU brakes.I contacted them yesterday and got an immediate response, set everything up and their technician Michael came by and was Amazing. I asked him since was here if he could check out my wife's car and he did and she also needed pads and rear rotors.I highly recommend Michael and NuBrakes. Great experience, defiantly will use them again. Showed up a little early, which is great, was very informal about all the work needed to be done and explained everything well, only took about 1 hr to do back rotors and pads, and price ended up being exactly what they quoted me in the beginning. Brakes are completely silent now like they should be and it stops on a dime. 10/10 service, so glad I decided to use them.Service: Brakes

I was needing some brake work done, and I was dreading trying to shuffle my vehicle around and not having a vehicle for a day when I ran across an ad for NuBrake, and I am so glad I did. Setting up the appointment was a piece of cake, and the technician, Michael, arrived at my house on a Sunday afternoon. He did what needed to be done in no time, and he was joy to be around. No high pressure upwelling and excellent work. In about 20 minutes he was done, and I was ready to go again. I would definitely recommend!Service: Brake service & repair

Here s why you should never use this company I was told I needed brake pads and rotors on both front tires. I paid for 2 brake pads and 2 rotors plus service. Ronald changed the right side only. And lost the cap to my brake fluid. I ve been calling for over a month now trying to get this resolved. Not only did I have to pay again for the brake pad and rotor on the left side to be replaced, but I haven t been able to get the service department to return my calls. Save yourself some money and stress, don t use nubrakes.
