I am actually behind on my Google reviews for NTB. I went in January 2024 and received wonderful service and care for my car which had just gone off the road in the recent ice/snow storm. I go up north quite frequently to be with my family. I told the person at NTB about two upcoming trips (one in February and the other in March). The mechanic looked at my brakes and he said that I would be good for the trip in February, but that my brakes were of concern for my trip in March. After my trip in February, I took my car in on 2/24 for new brakes. I had been quoted a price and was told that it would take about 2 hours to get the brakes replaced. I was told that it might be cheaper if the front brakes were rotated instead of changed. Because of my heavy travel schedule, I asked that the front brakes be replaced as well. After 2 hours, I went to see how the work was coming on my car. Come to find out, the wrong brakes were installed, and they had to back track to find the correct brakes. After another hour's worth of time my car was fixed. Then I was told the price, and it was double what I was quoted originally. I asked why it was so high and I was told that the price quoted earlier was only for one end of the car and that the total price included both rear and front tires. I had NO idea how the original price was figured, and the billing was not explained to me beforehand. I didn't say anything at the time because I was an hour late for work.

We are from out of town with a school group and had a flat tire. We went to one establishment that didn t have time for us and sent us to NTB. From the time I called, they were the nicest, most professional people. When we arrived they promptly waited on us and we couldn t have asked for better service! I would give them 10 stars if I could. I highly recommend them. Thank you NTB!

I can not express enough how great my service was at this location and how friendly the staff there is. Jeff was very informative and took the time to explain in detail what I needed done and why. Also the store was clean and very welcoming. I will be a returning customer from now on and will be recommending them to all my friends and family.

Highly recommend. Neil was kind, informative, intelligent and helpful. They found 4 pieces of metal in two different tires and were able to save one tire. I hope this never happens again, but it if does, I m going straight back to Neil.

I m at NTB right now. I need my tire fixed. Black Man at the counter seamed very rude to me. Ok. I m 69 years old and that s ok. But as soon as the much younger woman walked to the counter. He turned all giggles and forgetful. I don t know if they already knew each other or not. But , I expect good service and to be treated respectfully. I had to remind him of my car. Oh by the way, I m a black woman.

I just called and stopped by 15 min. before close on a Sunday because I was having issues filling up two of my tires. The gentleman who helped me was super kind, quick, and accommodating!

Neil and Paul were the absolute best at helping get my car fixed correctly, and listening to me. I had went to two other places that said they could change the battery in my car. You cannot just change the battery in the car I have, it needs to be scanned and so on for clarity. Long story short, the other two places couldn't help me, second place said they wouldn't work on it. Neil and Paul did not bat an eye at helping me get the battery replaced and properly. I felt complete confidence with the work that was done by technicians while I waited. They also got me in immediately. Knowing it will be done with knowledge and precision is what everyone wants when they take their vehicle in for repair. I will be a repeat customer from now on.

"Stopped by NTB for some new tires and had the pleasure of being assisted by Neil. Even the mavis call center got everything wrong he was there and made everything right. Not only was he knowledgeable and efficient, but he also kept the atmosphere light with his fantastic sense of humor. He provided regular updates on the progress, making the wait time fly by. It's not every day you come across someone who can blend professionalism with a genuinely fun demeanor. Neil's customer service is top-notch, and he's a great asset to the NTB team. Highly recommend!"

Got a oil change by the tech named Steven.Great price and fast. Topped of my liquid levels, checked my air filters and belts too. Even spotted a dent in my sub frame and showed me a picture of it.

I came in very close to closing needing a new battery in my VW Touareg. It s a pain to change as the battery is under the seat. The team was so great and accommodated me know that it was going to make them have to stay late. I m so thankful for how they went above and beyond to fix my car. What a blessing. Highly recommend them.

We highly recommend NTB on Brainerd Road. The manager was outstanding to work with and very professional. He was able to work us in on short notice and we were back on the road with 4 new tires and a front end alignment within a few hours. 5+***

This is my favorite NTB location to go to! They have been honest with me and have helped me and when they find something wrong they go ahead and give me a quote with options and don't pressure me to decide right there and then. Neil has been helping me the last few times I have been in and love his fun personality! Definitely check them out they are also the only place that charges me a reasonable price for my oil change that comes with tire rotation and they check your fluids.

They were extremely helpful and courteous! Paul let me know what was going on with my car, and gave me an estimate. They were able to get me right in, and got the job done the first time! I highly recommend this Ntb to anyone needing any type of tire/alignment/oil change maintenance or repairs on their vehicle.

They got me in the next morning and had the work completed by that evening. They worked with me on what issues were the most important to fix within my budget and were honest with what was immediately necessary and what could wait a little longer. They did great work and the repairs have held up exactly as they should.The prices were comparable to the other two places I called but they didn t charge a diagnostic fee and the other two places I called did.Excellent customer service! Neal was straightforward and honest, he answered all of my specific questions, he handled my visit from beginning to end so continuity of care was great, and he s really fun. It was not an expected maintenance or repair for me and was a bit stressful but Neal, at least, had me smiling while I was stressed.

Came in to have a flat tire fixed. Felt like I was an inconvenience even though it was just shortly after opening. Already 2 cars ahead of me and told 45 min wait. Decided to wait. Knew that there were 2 places in the thread where I had metal in the tire. Was later told it couldn't be patched because at least one of the punctures was in the wall which isn't true. Had to get whole new tire. Slow as molasses. NEVER AGAIN! Only came here cause is it was the closest that was open at 8am.

4 hours for an oil change?! I wish I could give them negative stars. I had an appointment for a simple oil change. I asked the guy how long it was going to be. He said oh it will only be a few minutes. Yeah right. It took over an hour for them to even pull my car back to their bays. Then it just sat there. The guy said oh you're next to me 3 times. I had an appointment I had to cancel because they took so long. The guy that bought a full set of tires left before me. The guy that was supposed to be at the desk wasn't. When he did pop in and out he was not friendly at all. He was just all where's your car, gimme the keys and pay here. That was it. I will NEVER go back here again EVER. I highly suggest if you want services from them you either pack a lunch and plan on camping out half the day or drop off your car and come back. There was a woman that said she was getting her tires replaced. She dropped off her car right when they opened and she said it wasn't done at her lunch time. This place is ridiculously SLOW!!

First Review: 5 Stars because of Mike (manager) is AWESOME!! He and the guys took care of me when Walmart turned me away! And in less time than expected...EDITED REVIEW as of today.. Sunday, August 20, 2017: I changed my rating to 1 star because I DO NOT APPRECIATE BEING LIED TO!! Cody Grant has officially caused me to NEVER return to your business! I came back in this morning because the exact same tire was losing air.. Cody gave me some BS explanation and I asked if he could at least look at the tire to see if it's the patch or new puncture. He drove it back to the garage.. was back there for less than 5 mins and drove it back out. He then comes in a tells me it's because of the tread or something to the sort was showing and it was near the patch or on it.. AND THEN TRIED TO SELL ME A NEW TIRE.... Had they actually taken the tire off and looked inside the tire.. he would have found a crappy patch work and NOTHING wrong with the tread. I took it to Collegedale Exxon by a referral of a friend and they put the CORRECT plug in the tire and my tire is holding air just fine. I have posted the pics I took in my timeline. I AM NOT PLEASED AT ALL!! Please feel free to thank Cody Grant for the loss of any future business from me and I will be VERY sure to share my experience and the work that was done to my tire!Photos with the black tar looking substance is NTBPhotos with the CLEAN and CORRECT plug and the outside plug is from Collegedale Exxon....HUGE DIFFERENCE!!

Aubrey Carroll and the rest of the NTB crew are great. They're friendly and professional and do their best to reunite you with your vehicle as soon as possible. There was a nail lodged in my tire and it was making a flapping sound as I drove. My heart sank because I thought I was in for a pricey repair, but my husband reminded me that the tire was under warranty. We called the shop, and they were able to fit us in that afternoon and finished the work before closing time.After a careful inspection, the team found out the nail didn't go all the way through my tire, so a patch wasn't necessary. However, I did need air, so they topped off all my tires. They really took care of me and insured I could safely get back on the road. My husband and I have done business with them before for both our cars and we're always satisfied with their excellent work and kind customer service.-Norma E.
