Came to get an oil change and new wiper blades and everyone was very nice an attentive. Oil change took 30 minutes and they were not pushy with adding additional services, but informed me about my rear break pads. We also had a difficult time finding the right wiper blades for my vehicle but they were determined to get the correct ones installed and did everything to help. Couldn't ask for better service. Thanks y'all!

I called and scheduled to have all 4 tires replaced. Unfortunately, the call center ordered the wrong tires and gave me a quote $200 cheaper than it should have been. When I came in for my appointment, Vinnie was so kind and apologetic and let me know that the call center had messed up. Vinnie got me taken care of and had me come in the next day for my new tires. He was so personable, friendly, and positive. Austin didn't directly help me out, but his presence was greatly appreciated, as he too was so positive and friendly. Either of these guys will get you taken care of and make sure your experience at NTB is fantastic. I can tell they really care about what they do and taking care of their customers, they act as if this is their own business.

Vinny is an amazing guy. I am from Atlanta and I had a flat tire the day before. Next morning I went to NTB. All I need to say.Vinny is an absolute amazing man. He made sure I was given the best customer service. He went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable and proud of the work he had done.

I had originally called and scheduled an appointment at NTB tires in East Ridge, TN, with Neil, the store manager. I scheduled an appointment and gave him all of my information a week in advance with him promising that he would have my tires there in time. I arrived to my appointment and was sitting there for an hour when they came and told me they didn't have the correct tires. Two new employees tried to help and make things right because Neil had messed up. Neil had left and when he returned, the other workers told him that because they didn't have the parts, they were going to give me better tires plus a discount. He very reluctantly went along with what they said and promised that he would have the better tires at my new appointment 3 days later plus give me a discount. I arrived for the 2nd time just to have Neil come in 10 minutes later saying that he had the wrong size tires! He not only had the wrong size but did not have the higher quality brand he had promised when he'd messed up the first time. He then lied and told me the truck would come that day with the tires I needed between 10-2.I called the East Ridge NTB tire place back an hour later and spoke with Austin who happened to be covering for Neil's store that day. I asked if the truck that Neil had said was coming had arrived. He said there was no truck coming at all that day with tires!! After being lied to multiple times, Neil lost my complete trust and I was finished with him! I knew I would never go back to that place again!Austin profusely apologized and I told him I wanted to come have my vehicle serviced at his location. Austin was beyond amazing to work with, very kind, professional, and came through on everything that he promised in a timely fashion all while giving great customer service! I will go to NTB tires on 7788 East Brainerd Rd where Austin works for all future needs with my vehicle.

Austin was great. He was kind, attentive and efficient. He told me it was your policy not to charge to patch a hole in my tire. That s incredible. I ll pass this on to everybody. Thank you.

Vinny and his guys were incredible! I had an unexpected nail in my tire on my way to work and they had me fixed up and I was outta there in less than an hour. Super friendly and helpful. I ll definitely be back. Thanks guys!

Mike, as always has a clean and well ran shop. I only come here. Their honesty is unmatched. I came in today for an alignment and he showed me it was fine on the report and didn't charge me. Great customer service.

Was traveling and had 2 blow outs and the tow truck brought me here to get them replaced.. it's an Awesome place to get work done.The service manager's name is vinnie and is top notch. Very Friendly and helpful.Was able to squeeze me in so quickly to get me back on the road.. I would highly recommend NTB. Ask for my new friend vinnie!!!

This place is an absolute joke!! They will rip you off, if you re a female, I wouldn t step foot in either location!!! I am currently a different shop, bc NTB, Mike, and the guy at the brainerd rd location lied to me about what they needed to fix!! I emptied my 401k, for these guys to get!!! They didn t fix my car, they charged me 3 times the amount!! And this shop doesn t seem to think NTB even put a new part on!!! They are a scam!!! They are scum!!! There are HONEST mechanics out there, but NTB is NOT one of them!!! They charged me 620$, on a 290$ job!!! DO NOT GO HERE!!!!!!!UPDATE: Every time I call your customer service line somebody picks up and hangs up you people don t wanna help anybody all you want is our money if you notice all your reviews, the good ones are talking about how they fix the flat tire. If that s all they can do, then y all should rename yourself. This place is a joke.

Were very nice and explained things to me well. Came in for my car making helicopter like noises and it ended up being loose tires. They checked everything else over just to be sure. Then sent me on my way free of charge, since it was a simple fix. It was very appreciated.

Horrible service. I had my tires shipped to the shop and had a 12noon apt. It is 5:28pm and my vehicle is still on the lift. I was told my tires are stiff ( I would imagine that tires are their speciality)and also that one person had an emergency. However, it s crazy that there was someone that just picked up her car and said she came in for an oil change and she was given a call if she wanted to change her pads yet they are having difficulties managing the work load on them but still call on more work? First, they should take care of the people they have waiting in the lobby and extend their service to replace break pads for a different day. Unfortunately, my husband will not be able to make it to his chiropractic appoinment due to the excessive wait time. It is 5:33 and still no one working on my truck it just has the tires off and on the lift. First and last time I will be here. I politely asked when I came in to see if they were able to perform and oil change but I repent. I would have never imagined this would take so long. I would imagine they would be nicer about it as well. I was told this would take about and hr 30 min or so (give or take). Unfortunately, on a Friday afternoon we are still here since noon. Last update: it is 5:37 and still no luck my vehicle is just on the lift! My suggestion, take your business elsewhere or be prepared to wait hours before getting your vehicle back. And donot have any appointments booked in between! 6:42pm finally out!

They were just wonderful. I was away from home and in need of a tire. After searching tire shops in the area for the size tire I needed, we located one here. Everyone was just so nice, and so skilled. I highly recommend them !

I never give ratings on a business because I know things happen. However, I felt the need to do so in this particular instance. I purchased a set of Michelin Defender tires for my vehicle on May 20th. Today's date is May 24th. I went to a doctor for a check up, came outside amd my back tire was on flat.I purchased road hazard with these tires and went to this location and the guy treated me as if I did something to the tire. He than tells me he can't get to the tire until later today ,if they could get to it period. I felt like he was trying to discourage me to come back another day are take my truck somewhere else. When I first walked into the building i told him about my tire he said must have a nail are something in the tire without inspecting it. I asked him how did he know a nail was in the tire without inspecting it. He replied I see it everyday. I was bothered by him acting like I was up sh-- creek because I had a flat on brand new tires. After me being upset he said we can fix it. I than changed my mind because at this point I didn't trust them. Keep in mind this is just my experience, your experience may be better. I will never return to this business again and I'm getting rid of the account i was approved for.1. Always show empathy and sympathy for a customer.2. Customer really don't want to here about the problems of the business.3. Don't act as if you are doing a favor for a paying customer.

This is not a good place, my son took his vehicle in to get new rims placed and tires that fit his rims and they put on tires that didn t fit his vehicle. Do not recommend this place at all, terrible service.

I got online to look for wheel alignment deals, and came across NTB coupon. I scheduled my appointment and got in the same afternoon, within three hours of them closing, and despite a technical glitch putting appt time in earlier than what I realized, Vinny worked me in and was absolutely wonderful ! He helped me out so very much , was super friendly and knowledgeable. I highly recommend this place, if you need any sort of service to your vehicle! Conveniently located by the grocery store also-knock our mother chore!

If you value your money. Do not take your car to this place. I ve had 2 personal experiences with this shop that rubbed me the wrong way. A couple of weeks ago. We took our Car here to get an alignment and we were told that the jam nuts on the tie rods were frozen and that it would be another $617 for them to be able to fix it, by replacing the inner tie rods. I told them no. I ll come get the car. When I picked it up I asked another worker, so jam nuts are frozen and won t budge? . With a smirk on his face he said yea, they re just not breaking loose. Took it to another business and they had no issue whatsoever aligning the car. My other experience, I was there and they called this lady on the phone, who brought her car in for a service that had nothing to do with brakes. They were telling her she needed new rotors and pads all the way around and that it would only run her $2500.

Purchased my tires online but chose this shop for the install. Good clean shop and the guys do good work quickly. Just wished Covid was over so their coffee machine was operational.

They are helpful. The chairs are comfy in the lobby. They always let you know an approximate time estimate for the service. It usually takes an hour for oil change and tire rotation with alignment check.

Mike, Took control and fixed everything. Including the alignment that I had question about from another store. I do appreciate everything that he has done and I will tell everyone I know to come to NTB in East Brainerd for All there Car Cares. Thanks Again Jacquelyn Moore 2023

Very nice and helpful. Service seems quick. I left my vehicle and didn't wait but they went over and above my expectations. I'm happy and definitely will be back. They did an alignment, scanned my TPMS system, and installed a new tpm in my spare tire.

Needed an installation for my battery quickly and they got me in immediately. Super friendly staff and affordable. I was in and out in 30 minutes. Definitely recommend!

If you get a free rotation with oil change they do not balance your tires. You have to ask, which means you have to know that you need that. A lot of people like myself are unaware. So, I ve had issues that I just found out were to due to not being balanced. Seems like a tire store would inform you. I could have just paid the extra $20 or kept my tires balanced as they were prior to this free service. I ll go elsewhere from now on because it seems shady. Probably messed up my tire and this is a way to make you need new tires.
