Wonderful experience! I was out of town on work and needed an oil change while in the Chattanooga area. I stopped in and man was I impressed with the service that was offered. I was in and out in less than an hour and my service advisor Christopher was super nice and knowledgeable. It almost makes me wish I lived here because I just fell in love with Chattanooga and a car dealer of all places made it even better. Thanks for the great service!

Today I had my oil changed and bought a set of tires at Nissan East Chattanooga. The service was great! Our service writer was very professional and helpful . He presented us cost /performance comparison for the tires. He was very knowledgeable and simply presented the information. He let us choose the tires without being a pushy salesman. Will go back again.

Nissan East is the best!!! Everyone there makes the car buying experience as smooth and stress free as possible.. From the time you arrive to you leave you are family. We would know think this was number 8 for us. Never a bad experience at Nissan East. Big shout out to Mike Goza he is more like family now not a salesperson.. Jason Beasley in finance also is great. Everything is always smooth from start to finish.. GO TO NISSAN EAST..You will be treated great. The best. Again big shout out to everyone especially Mike..

This was one of my best experiences at Nissan of Chattanooga. I wisely made an appointment and was in and out in a jiffy. My service rep was superior. I wish I had noticed his name on his ID, as I would like to compliment him and applaud his superior customer service. He responded expertly to my requests. As a result, I have the highest regard for him and the superior service that he offered.

Dropped off. Received updates by text. Was able to speak to human about estimate. They were decent on what we had done and didn't push on the "recommended items." Very nice and we used a coupon. Overall pretty good event.

Mike Goza was my salesperson and Cameron Davis was my finance manager. They were both very easy to work with which contributed to me having a positive experience at Nissan East. Mike was very personable, knowledgeable and listened to my needs. He helped me stay within my price range and made himself available after the purchase was completed. I definitely trust go back to him for all my Nissan needs.

Staff was very competent, friendly and quick. WHile they offered items/replacements etc that were not necessary , there was no sales push, just the mention and then moved on. I have another Nissan dealership closer to my home, but my past and present experiences here are unbeatable.

They greeted you like family, listened to what issues I was having with the Frontier with upmost of patience . Since it being a fleet vehicle, they made all repairs within the guide lines of what the company allowed and they even repaired the issue that previous repair shops could not even figure out what was wrong with it as well.The system they use to give you continuous updates on a text platform as the work is being performed is unmatchable.When it was all done, they even washed the truck,,,My go to for repairs and maintenance

I had a great experience at Nissan Chattanooga East. I wasn't bombarded by sales people when I stepped out of my car I was given time to shop for myself. Then Zane, my sales person, was great with answering questions and providing information during the test drive. And worked with me on the final price. It's been a little over a week and I love my new to me Pathfinder. I had to take a short trip in it already and it drove out very nicely. Roomy and comfortable. Thank you. Highly recommend Zane and Nissan Chattanooga East.

Everyone in ther service department was very professional and courteous. Jeremy explained what was going on with my car in a very clear fashion. I usually find having work done on my car to be pretty stressful but I felt very comfortable with these folks and confident they were doing their best work.

Excellent service done right. I came in to get a ballpark quote on a large number of services my car needed. When I brought the car back to get the work done, they wrote up the official quote and got started.One of the items on the original estimate came in higher on the official work order. I mentioned it, knowing that the original was ballpark. Even so, they immediately adjusted the final price to match the original estimate. It s rare to find good old fashioned honest service like that any more. I highly recommend Nissan of Chattanooga East!Btw - I shopped their initial estimate around and found it to be right in line with other, non-dealer auto repair shops. So if you re going to pay the same, why not go for oem!

We were on the market for a new SUV and had it narrowed down to two different options. We went to Nissan of Chattanooga East prepared to buy a new car or move on to the next dealer depending on the offer we got. We inspected the car we wanted and took it for a test drive to confirm our choice. Mike Goza was easy to work with and helpful in evaluating the pros and cons of the car. Mike negotiated with us to a price that was in our budget. He is a great sales rep, love the car, and got a great deal!

Jordan was fantastic! I was quoted a very high estimate for a part on my Nissan Titan and that was the only option I was given by one of the service reps. I couldn't justify the cost so I started to look elsewhere for a lower estimate. Jordan stepped in and completely changed my experience. He gave me another option we had discussed and with his help we got the cost down considerably and as usual, I used your service center to do business with and I am more than pleased. There is a reason Jordan is the service manager, he has the lost characteristic of great customer service. I have been in sales and management my whole career and I pride myself on my rapport and customer experience and Jordan delivered both to me. He will be the only person I deal with going forward because he actually cares about keeping your customers' repeat business.Service: Electrical repair

I was very grateful that a representative called to check and make sure i was satisfied with my purchase of a 2023 Nissan Sentra and i said yes but one of my keys was not working and they promptly told me to bring it over and programmed it for me and while I waited I was offered snacks and beverages..Outstanding Service!

To start, we are a lifelong Toyota family. No exceptions. We don't even consider other makes.Recently, my son turned 16 and we managed to find him a $5,000 pathfinder. Obviously it came with some needs and issues so we took it to Nissan of Chattanooga.This service center is BEYOND courteous, helpful, and my wife NEVER felt like she was being lied to or manipulated or overcharged.And here's something that I don't think many service centers realizes means so much:The courtesy car wash.Yes, it is a small thing, YES I can get my car washed anywhere, but Toyota used to do this. It made us feel appreciated. It makes NO SENSE but somehow, the car wash made us feel like all the money we spend on routine maintenance was WORTH IT!Toyota stopped doing it, and stopped having small snacks in their waiting room, and it just doesn't feel the same anymore.As crazy as this sounds, the bloody car wash makes us now start to consider a Nissan as our next family car!My wife was also very impressed with the service center employees who talked her through each issue and even used words like "You can probably wait on this one" instead of taking advantage of her by making her think ever repair was urgent.

I am not a critical person, I believe I am fair. Nissan of Chattanooga East has been very good to my family. Great customer service, extremely helpful, timely service, and priced fair considering that everything is more expensive now.

The service here is impeccable! I had an extended warranty that was literally 90 miles from going out. The gage cluster was dimming in my dash and needed replaced. The part alone was $1800. We did hit a few small bumps in the road (due to the warranty company not Nissan) but this dealership got me into a rental on a Monday and my part ordered that afternoon, and I was notified that my car was ready Thursday afternoon. Everything was covered except a small deductible. This repair would have cost me over $2,000. They went above and beyond to contact my extended warranty company too. The guys working here are polite, funny, and all their services are above standard. I bought a car from them about 7 years ago and I had such a great experience then. I didn't buy my Armada from them, but they treated me like a valued customer anyways. If I ever need to buy another Nissan in the future, they will get my business!!! Thank you for washing my SUV, Jeremy!!! Oh and they will shuttle you to the mall or other close by places if you are waiting on a service. How amazing are they?! Super amazing!!! I'd give them 10 stars if I could!!!

Appt for oil change and tire rotation on 2023 Rogue. When I arrived I was greeted by the friendly service staff. I was early but they took me right in. Sent me a text to follow the progress of service. They also did a full check on my car. My car was finished in an hour. Great service and they even washed my car for me!

I feel like the work on the vehicle was quality. Looking for a Nissan app like Ford has to help keep up with maintenance. Biggest complaint is that after almost $1000 in work, the service vehicle alert still comes on in the car, and there is no mileage reminder sticker on the windshield for next service. None of this could get questioned because I only had 30 min to get to the dealership between the call that the vehicle service was done and closing time. I made an appointment for service well in advance. Also received conflicting information about a windshield replacement.

Courteous friendly staff. The only issue I really had was the price of parts for the repair. That may not be the dealership's issue. It may just be the issue of nissan themselves. Which I understand that convertible tops can be expensive. But when you're talking over twenty thousand dollars to fix one that is just unreal. But I say again, I cannot hold the dealership responsible. They were very forthcoming and letting me know what the repair would cost. I just think the parts were just totally out of line.

Nice waiting area. The service department is in constant communication about the status of the vehicle service process. They even provide videos of, for example, the wear on the tire tread and brake pads on my vehicle. Excellent customer service!!!
