Had an appt for a certain day to have diagnostics run. Even have a promised date and time printed on the paperwork. They didn't get to my truck for 5 days. Wasnt told about extra fees on top of diagnostic fee that i was quoted multiple times. Called on the second and third day to tell them do not do diagnostics that i was comeing for my truck but they could only leave a message for service advisor. Called again first thing Monday and was told it was now to late they miraculously just got it on the rack. Do yourself a favor and take you vehicle somewhere else.

My 2023 Platinum F-150 Hybrid is an awesome driving experience. It's so good to know that Mtn. View Ford is very well equipped to handle the Technology this vehicle comes with. When severe cold hit and several features began to falter, failure looked imminent. I knew my warranty would cover everything, but I was still VERY concerned because everything is so computer dependent complicated these days. Knowing my trucks problem(s) might not be a quick fix, they put me in a nice loaner and assigned the service order to a 'Master Ford Technician'. I was kept informed at every step by my 'Service Advisor' Sam that communicated with me with each of the processes keeping me a part of the process while I went about my business. When all the control modules were checked and readings analyzed, they decided on a deep discharge and recharge of the battery and found it was simply a bad cell in the starting battery causing all the control modules to fail. They put a new battery in and everything tested great. Didn't even lose any of my personal preference presets in memory. I discovered I really love it when the 'Walk Up" feature works. It's like the truck is saying "Hi Ian, good to see you". When that happened again after being down (in battery save mode) for a couple weeks it really made me smile. Special thanks to MV Ford's Service Mgr Todd as well. He sat down with me when it was all said and done and helped me understand the issue and the entire process of how the issue history pinponted what was going on and the truck was actually saving power to allow for critical functions only....Like Starting !!! Smart Truck serviced by Smart People! At 62yrs old, I know how important it is to have competent trustworthy service people who are expertly trained standing behind their product. I'm certain I'll be recommending Mtn View Ford even more after this experience.

Jason Thornton (professional service advisor), management and the technical support team all went above and beyond to insure the warranty service activities that were required to properly repair our vehicle was not only performed correctly, but also in a timely manner. Bought my new Ford Maverick from here . Everything was great until after now they treat me like straight s***t. Everyone is completely incompetent except Joe Centers. In February my 2017 Ford Focus broke down.We had it towed to Mtn. View Ford because we trust the service we have always received from them.When our car arrived there Jason, our service advisor immediately went to work to find the problem. He kept us informed during the whole process.We found that my oil pump stopped working and my engine was ruined. We weren't sure what to do since the car already had 79000 miles on it.Jason worked with us to find the best option.We have enjoyed our Focus so we decided to have a new engine put in.Mtn. View got our car back on the road in less time than expected while doing a great job.Thank you Jason and Mtn. View Ford for a great experience!!

I had a recall on my Lincoln MKX, and I had it serviced at the same time. They picked up my automobile and left a Lincoln for me to drive while my car was with them. My car came back with a car wash and all work done. I am truly happy with Mtn. The service department is awful. My car was there for a week, and no one even touched it. And when you try to get someone to call you back but what s going on no one will. Will not be back.
