Andrew was really nice to work with. We found such a good deal on a vehicle that we had been looking for, for a while. The finance guy took great care of us also and got us to a monthly payment we needed. Overall very satisfied with the experience and service!

I was happy enough at first, but at the end of the purchase many issues came out. I had to wait for over an hour and a half to get in and handle the financial paperwork, the interest rate on the loan was not made clear until the absolute last minute (which I will give Haven some credit there that she made sure I was aware before the last couple signatures), even though I mentioned multiple times that I thought it would be the 1.9% APR, the salesmen never informed me that that rate was only for 36 month loans. It was also not made clear that they brought the monthly payment to what I requested by extending the loan to 84 months. of course I missed that detail when reviewing the paperwork at the very end due to how late it was, and the rush that put me in and I discovered it the next day. That is partly my fault and I should have been watching for things like that.I also never saw the itemized breakdown on page two of the contract during the time of signing, and when I was sent home with my paperwork, pages 2 and 4 of the contract were missing from the paperwork I was given. Haven was kind enough to provide me with the copies when I was able to get in touch with her, but even that was a struggle, as I had to call multiple times after the weekend just to get in touch about it.The only positive things I can say is the price car was decent and the salesman I worked with at first was pleasant to work with when I was test driving the car, but I was very dissatisfied with the way things seemed to just be missed or not made clear until it was practically too late to make any changes.

I had a 9:30 appointment for my first service. I arrived at 9:25 and the service rep came out and greeted me. I explained to her what was going on and she politely explained where the waiting area was. I went there and before I knew it, I was ready. I went to get my keys and it was a simple checkout experience. Thank you for a friendly and speedy experience.

I ve never left the service department without an issue. I had an appointment set for Monday for tire rotation and oil change husband came in was advised nobody knew what he was talking about. I called and was told for him to come back that he would have a five minute wait he came back and that was most certainly not the case he sent me a photo of a long line of vehicles ahead. I called again to reschedule for the following day at 7:30 am I brought vehicle in they did do the oil change and tire rotation. I ended up getting back home to realize my drivers side hubcap was missing. I called and of course they are going to say they don t have it and they put it back on.

Cody was amazing. He went out of his way to find us a car in the price range. He looked around and found a car that had just been traded in for us. He was very helpful and completely negated all worry from buying from a dealer!! I will definitely be recommending everyone to this establishment! And will definitely refer them to Cody!

I took my vehicle in for warranty paint repair. We received a loaner vehicle during the repair time but made it plain that we need our vehicle back for a trip to Florida in two weeks and was told it wouldn't be an issue. It wasn't completed in time, the dealership set us up in a rental which was a very nice thing to do. We had to cancel the trip, and didn't use the rental(not the dealers fault) . We got a call the following week that our car was ready, I went to the dealer to pick it up and found that the wheel trim that had been removed and repainted, wasn't aligned properly with the body, was loose and the wheel well liner was hanging down below the trim, not attached properly. We only have 16000 miles on the traverse, we expect better.

Save your time and money. Day 2 after my purchase, I had concerns with the vehicle. Was told I would have to pay the service fees. Had the vehicle in their shop 2 different times. Once was to fix the transmission that was leaking, I was informed it was fixed. Get another oil change and was informed it s leaking again, the assistant manager said they would take care of it and I was quoted for about $1,800 second time I took it in. I never heard back had to keep calling I there, come to find out there s a crack in the transmission that they already replaced , and I was now told it s going to cost over $6k and they will only cover $1k. I was also informed I had a warranty on it by the team when I purchased it. The warranty was only the 6 month warranty. I was never informed that there wasn t a full warranty on this vehicle. I m still waiting in the car fax as I ve requested over 10 times for because come to find out it was in an accident. They gave me a 2nd key and fob but the key is just a generic key, it s not matched to the ignition. Not to mention I wasn t informed until later that the cars airbags were a safety recall and when I asked when they will fix them they told me there is no fixing this recall right now. So they sold me a car with faulty air bags knowing I have several kids.Stay clear at all costs .. not to mention the things the staff members say about the customers was mind blowing. Protect your family and save your money.

Process of buying went smooth. No complaints. No unwanted offers or pressure. I shopped around to custom order a ZR2 Colorado. Several dealerships wouldn t even do it. These guys did it no questions asked and kept me up to date all along the way of the building process.

I had a bad experience with a vehicle I got last year around this time. But after a long year of struggling with the vehicle Ean Valenzuela and the sales manager Jeff did all they could to get me out of it and in to something way more dependable and I couldn't appreciate them more! They done good by me

The Service Advisor, Matthew Giuliani, greeted me as soon as I walked in. I went over my issue and he processed with the work order promptly. I have an extended warranty on my vehicle and he made all the appropriate calls to get the claim processed. He explained what the technician found and how long it d take. He updated me often through the repair.

By far the easiest car buying transaction I ve experienced. Up front about price and costs. No ridiculous thousand dollar fees like I ve dealt with in the past at other dealerships. My car was taken as soon as I got there and I was there just about an hour. I had an oil change done and a repair to my rear wiper. I will gladly drive from Ooltewah to get work done.

Cody Davidson was phenomenal. He responded to my on line request to test drive the vehicle I was excited to find. He had the vehicle parked in the front and was standing with the fob in hand when I arrived. He was compassionate and caring when dealing with me and my 3 year old granddaughter, we felt like part of the family. Cody was supportive and instrumental in exploring purchase options and when the sale was done he made sure my vehicle was clean, filled up, My Chevrolet App was up and running and I was informed of all the vehicle amenities. The problem with my SUV was diagnosed and fixed with no problems. My issue is actually with the customer service I received when I arrived. I walk in carrying a battery and no one said anything. I make it known I wasn't sure what to do. The gentleman sitting to the far right directs me to parts instead of asking me why I was there. I walk to parts and tell the gentleman why I'm there, he says to me I don't know why they told you to come back here. The gentleman walks from behind the counter, takes the battery from me and tells the same gentleman I spoke with when I arrived why I was there. That gentleman then calls the person working on my vehicle and directs me to the waiting area. I waited for my vehicle for almost 3 hours. I initially didn't have a problem waiting but then when the service person comes out to let me know they were almost done, he tells me it took so long because he didn't know I was still in the building waiting. Once I get in my vehicle, I notice someone stole the change out my vehicle. The change was there when the vehicle arrived to the dealership but gone when I picked it up. Very poor customer service.I will not be back unless I have no choice.

My advisor, Jeff, was on top of it. He was able to investigate a couple of issues i've been having, service the truck, and informed me about my warranty coverage. He did a great job getting the truck back to me quickly and keeping me up to date along the way! Thanks guys

Your service writer was the only good thing you have going. I recently bought this 2013 Tahoe from you guys and I told everything worked according and for some reason nobody can find the button for the air seat on the driver side, my salesman told me don t worry it s there and it works , and to this day still have not found it yet. Then on top of that the oil life was like 64% and I was told it had just been serviced before I picked it up. If that was the case it should have been 100% oil life not 64%. Then my day of service I all the sudden needed a new battery replacement and also back brakes. Now if this truck was serviced correctly that should have been caught , then tire pressure sensors were off if the light came on it would say right front and it ended up being the left rear that needed air , which Sevice write wrote that down and the technician still didn t fix it right on top of that they didn t even reset the oil back to 100% like it should have been . I also got to sit there for 3 hours for a oil change and a battery when other customers that was in there had a transmission service and flushed and redone along with other things done and left before me . So let me ask you would you recommend your facility to others ..

had a 1:00 p.m. appointment got there at 12: 50 pm. checked in had to wait over 2 hrs for a simple oil change which is ridiculous!!!! Also when I went to pay it clearly states on the t.v. beside the pay window at the service center $119.00 for an 8 quart oil change was charged $122.00 plus tax and fees which came out to $ 133.00!!!! Needless to say I will not be going back!!!!!

So so grateful for the service team here! We were traveling here for engagement pictures when the service brake system light came on. They were so willing to help and do what they could on such short notice and on a Saturday at that. They fit us in their schedule and got us on the road again with our car running great. Wasn t happy about the total cost of the vehicle. I think that a few things should have been included: Power outlet in the bed(there is a spot for it), fog lights, window tent on driver and passenger windows, black Chevy and Colorado lettering. Those things would have definitely made it worth the price. The salesman Jason was outstanding. He was very helpful and patient. He made every step of the transaction pleasant.
