Obviously everyone brags on the salesman they had that got them a good deal, but when I say Jake Cushman went above and beyond for us, I mean it he did. I ve never been able to recommend a salesman s more than I have him. Completely down to earth, keeps it 100% real with you, and really isn t the kind of guy that s going to push you into something you can t afford. He s going to take the time to make sure he figures out your budget and keeps you where you want to be even if that means telling you he isn t going to be able to get you the car you want (luckily that wasn t the case for me lol)1000/10 for Mtn View Nissan and Jake. Truly a no hassle, quick, and easy dealer to work with. I was in and out within 3 hours and I am now the proud owner of a 2022 Nissan Kicks SR

I had a really great experience at my most recent visit to this Chattanooga Nissan! Jacob was really wonderful and patient in addressing all of my concerns. The technician who sent me videos while working on my vehicle had a really great demeanor and I loved how he explained things simply for me, I did not catch his name though. They even squeezed in doing a brake job for me at the end of the day. Thank you!

My salesman s called to check on how things were going. I told him great and appreciated the call. He said is there anything else that I can do for you? I said yes, I would love to get an oil change and tire rotation. Without any hesitation he put me on hold and went to the auto shop to ask if they could fit me in. They said yes and for me to ask for Bruce. I headed that way and Bruce took great care of me and my car. I really appreciate this type of service level. Keep up the great work

Ryan,Great customer service. Charisma( charm that can inspire devotion to others. A leader to others that look up to you and feel comfortable calling you Pops or Dad. (with respect). I thought you had 5 or 10 kids working at Nissan just playing . A team player, naming other co-workers who I can reach out to if I need or have anymore questions about my car. And yes I love my Nissan Maxima 2023 !

Bought a slightly used vehicle from them in June. I should ve looked at it better before buying it. It was just traded in and not carefully inspected. I called immediately about the first issues I discovered where my back passenger window was broken, l later found it had a piece of wood inside holding it up. It also has broken glass coming out of the door. My CD player won t work and a button on the steering wheel doesn t work. I was told by my salesperson, James, it was under warranty and could be fixed elsewhere, this turned out not to be true. I called them after I found out it wasn t covered and spoke to James, who was on lunch and said he d call me back to help out. I never got that phone call. I had to purchase my own warranty. On the way home today, my transmission has gone out. This has been a huge headache so far. I hope I can get the service department to call me back and help me get this fixed. I m just upset that the car wasn t better inspected and I m paying $450 a month for a now broken down car.Update- I opened the hood and that s broken too, where it won t stay open. I opened a panel and found old rodent droppings and a little piece of wood. I wish I were making this up.

I could have been happy with my experience, but after I was cheated out of $800 it changed everything. I had a deal set for an out the door price. And joe the sales manager agreed with me on the price, I even ask him directly on the phone this is the final price he said yes except for taxes and I said that s fine and understandable. When we did the paperwork it had extra charges on it but I did not even think to check, because Georgia tax was added on the price, but after I got home I got to think about it and knew I had been ripped off. I spoke with the salesman and he spoke with Joe about this problem and they said there was nothing they could do about it. I have purchased three vehicles from Mountain Dew Nissan and two from Mountain View Ford never again will I get my business.

UPDATE: (I realized I was confusing some experiences with another dealership with this one) The service reps are usually really nice. My issue is with the service technicians. Tagging my oil changes at 5k when the maintenance package and SAE oil allows for 7.5k, causing me to run out of oil changes early. Not checking or refilling ANY other fluids when brought in for maintenance. I've also realized they've never rotated my tires as they should have. Now my fronts are well worn and the backs are new-looking.

I cannot recommend this dealership enough. They are absolutely wonderful and really show they care about the person. Will is awesome!!!! He went out of his way to make sure I understood everything and what could happen. I gave him my price and he fought to make it happen. We will definitely make this our dealership for future purchases. Always ask for Will!!!

Austin Watson was very professional, helpful and friendly in our initial conversation, and he referred us to Derek Honeycutt in sales. Derek was fantastic---easy to work with, very knowledgeable both in terms of helping us learn more about vehicles and our affordability. He made an anxious and nerve-wracking process enjoyable, and we are more than pleased with the outcome... our first new car ever! Two big thumbs up to Derek and Austin at Mtn View Nissan.

Kaylee and her manager worked with me on the phone and they had everything ready when I arrived at the dealership. I have to say that this dealership is the best I have ever dealt with. I declined an alignment to being done on my vehicle and somewhere along the line there was some miscommunication. I stated that I only wanted the oil change and the tire rotation that I had scheduled for. I never signed anything saying I approved the alignment, and when then when I told them a second time that I didn't have time that day and that I did not want to have the alignment done, I was told that my car was already on the machine and there was nothing that could be done. This not only caused me to be at the dealership for longer, but also caused me to be out an extra $200 that I was not prepared to pay that day. I mentioned again that the service should not have been performed to the clerk and was told basically "oh well". I have been a long time customer with Nissan and especially Mountain View Nissan - this particular service didn't set well with me. I feel completely taken advantage of and I at this point do not wish to really ever even return, not for services and especially not to purchase any other vehicles. This is not the first time I have been taken advantage of at this dealership, but it will most certainly be the last time.

We went in for service on our Pathfinder not looking to buy another vehicle. When we did see something we liked, the salesman, the manager and the finance person all worked together to help us be able to drive home with our new Pathfinder.

A short caused my engine light to come on. For that you had to replace both tail light assemblies. That seems way excessive for a minor electrical problem. There should be an easier less expensive way to make that repair. I spent a lot more money than I thought I would.

Management staff really don t care about anyone besides themselves, most of the salesmen lie and put slander on your name if you buy from them. Heard them talk behind my back cause I caught them in a lie. Would never recommend going here.

I totaled my Murano at the beginning of this year and immediately thought 2023 would be another year of doom. Now, car prices are concerning, but Bruce got me right together with a newer Murano, and all the bells and whistles I craved for, all within my budget. The process was haggle free and Bruce was very sincere in ensuring he presented options that fit what I was looking for. Please see Bruce if you need a car! His sales style is unmatched and his many awards prove it!

Had my car brought in for white smoke and some slight engine shaking.They tried quoting me 20k for engine replacement, they also claimed it had original oil filters even though ive had the car for 4 years and have had oil changes before. But the error codes showrd it was all cylinder and spark plug issues.Took it home, replaced the spark plugs and it's working just fine.I feel like they were just trying to scam me out of 20k and didn't do a proper diagnoses. Waste $110 on diagnostic charges.Will never come back again and probably trade in the vehicle somewhere else when I upgrade.

At the time of a routine oil change, Mtn. View said I needed to have a transmission flush, coolant flush, and brake fluid flush. They quoted me over $900 for the three services.I felt this price was a little high and after I made only one call to another shop the price was nearly 2/3 less than Mtn View wanted to charge!I am getting the services completed at a reputable shop for literally $327 total when Mtn View wanted more than $900.I ve always known that dealerships were more expensive with their services. But this is absolutely ridiculous and simply is a scam! I m not sure I will ever do business in any way with this dealership again.

After inspections the wanted $8.000 to fix what they said was wrong with truck. Most was way over priced for work to fix. Felt like it was a scare tactic to trade it. Most people would have been worried but I am old school and work on my vehicle.
