I told the guy when I was in the office signing papers that I only wanted to pay 250 a month but he said the car is worth more so he charged me $23 extra a month. now I am paying for repairs to this car; shown in this photo are corroded coils , the mechanic told me that the person who put in the spark plugs did not lubricate them first. I just paid off for 3 new tire I only had this car since December 19th 2019. Now I am getting the hose repaired code po171

This place is a joke. Stay away. Got nothing repaired on a car I purchased from their dealership next door. And got a $130 charge for hooking it up the the analyzer. The dealership (who sent me there) would not pay that charge or pay to get anything fixed. See my review of the dealership, it will explain.Service: Body & TrimService: Body & Trim

Josh and the young lady behind the desk are absolutely amazing!! They printed off coloring sheets for my twins to color on! They changed the tv for them to watch Paw Patrol! They also offered them a snack and gave them rubber duckies to play with! I recommend them to everyone!!!! Thank you guys again soooo very much!

Despite having a bumper to bumper warranty and having spoken to them on the phone multiple times no one thought to mention that there was a supposed $100 deductible for them to even LOOK at my car. My car that I have had less than 3 months and did I mention the bumper to bumper to bumper warranty. I eventually spoke with the manager and it turned out that the guy in the shop had essentially lied to me and I wasn't the first person to complain about him.

DO NOT COME HERE! PLEASE READ!These people are so unprofessional. We came to this place referred by Mountain View At 153(6061 International Dr Chattanooga, TN 37421). When we got there the first time, we told one of the workers we have a $100 deductible through our insurance. We made sure to tell him that if our insurance doesn't cover the service we don't want it fixed. 3 days later we get no phone call so we called the same a He said "I have been calling you for the past couple of days, non of the numbers you gave me were in service. We went ahead and fixed the car for you, I figured you needed it fixed." My husband told him ok thank you and hunge up. He then called the manager who was on vacation in Florida and left a voice mail. The manager called back was very polite and agreed to let us pay the deductible only. As we came to pick up the car the same guy we talked to the first time was being incredible rude. He pushed his chair across the desk area after he got the paperwork together he went outside to get the car. He then stared at my husband and spit on the floor. As I get into our car the Whole glove department was taken apart. I walk into the building and told the same worker, "Hey! Our whole glove department is in pieces. You guys need to fix it." The worker came out and told me to calm down. I was in shock I left. Another mechanic came out side and told us that No body told him that he needed to put it back together. After he fixted it we left. As I drove it the next day I noticed the steering wheel was rugh and and did not stear like it used to. I told my husband and he also noticed a very big difference. He called the manager again! My husband explained the issue, the manager immediately went in defense mode and said we didn't touch it as they got to talking he said bring it in and we will look at it. My husband told the manager as they were done "I am very busy working, I'm not sure when I will be off to bring it in" the manger said thats fine to bring it in when we can. We called the manager back today (07/07/2020). My husband talked to the same manager that told us we can bring it in whenever we can. We told him we are able to come in today and the manager told my husband that we would have to paid another deductible and that they can not fix the damages on the steering wheel because its a used car and they don't know what happened to it. He was rude and did Not stick to his word. Let me remind you he told us it was fine to come in when we have time. During covod 19 its been very hard to keep up with bills, hints why my husband works so much. Thank you.

I made an appointment I used the address on the website turns out it was the wrong address I called to let them know they tell me they cant see me because I m going to be late and they said they can t see me because they don t have my tire size . I am so mad I don t even live in Chattanooga I live 40 minutes away i ask if I can come in for tomorrow because i am running on a spare tire they tell me no and the only available one is in 4 days I am so disappointed and sad at this point. I am paying for the warranty for nothing and terrible customer service,

I wouldn't call these people mechanic's took my wife's car in for front axels and a oil leak,they fixed axel but said didn't see a oil leak when I pick up car there was a oil puddle underneath and on bottom of engine.I had to fix it my self.

Just bought the car and had issues the next day. Took it in two times. Was told it was fixed both times, never was. Very dissatisfied and disappointed has cost me so much money and time on top of just buying the car from the dealership
