Just wanted to say that Mod Wash in Chattanooga, TN (Lookout Valley) is one of the best places to get your car washed. The entire staff there is super friendly and helpful, especially Kayleigh. She answered any and all questions that I had, and was super helpful when I needed it. They even have a Mod Mat Wash (a machine that does the cleaning for you) which absolutely takes the hassle out of cleaning those pesky car mats. I did give this location a 5-Star review because of the hard work and dedication that these crew members put in. Although I do have to admit, I m not a huge fan of people touching my credit card, except for myself, but it seems as though you can t go anywhere without car washes doing that anymore. Keep up the hard work Mod Wash, this location is doing a wonderful job.

Jonah and Elijah are awesome! Thank you guys so much! I would also like to thank Moses for being great, too. Nothing gets my car clean like a ModWash! Definitely get the membership, totally worth every penny.

Very knowledgeable, kind, caring, and helpful employees today. Nice manager named Tyler. They give free air fresheners, and if you join monthly you get a drink bottle n coosie. Car came out very clean. Everything is nice and new. They also have rags with glass cleaner and free vacuums with a wash to get the inside clean too. Great location close to the interstate, Walmart, black creek, and the river gorge! Love the upside down elephant sculpture they have at most locations. Very pretty view of lookout Mtn from it. Definitely recommend.

Elijah was very helpful and courteous! I absolutely love Mod Wash. They have everything there you need to clean your car including pre wash for bugs, glass cleaner, rags, huge sink and brushes, etc. Well worth my monthly subscription.Service: Auto detailingService: Auto detailing

Took my wife s car here to get cleaned up before a trip we had planned. Mason and Brandon on the staff were very nice and helpful! Overall a great experience and the car is spotless

The wash isn't great. I drove down a gravel driveway and picked up a small amount of mud. The wash wouldn't take it off. I could wipe it off with my hand after I went through the wash. It did a terrible job on my wheels. Vacuum was good. The wash isn't worth anywhere near what they charge. Other local washes are better and considerably less expensive.

The staff is always great and very friendly. The license plate recognition system always seems to struggle to read my plate which usually means I need human intervention even though I'm a member. The constant need to decline an air freshener is an inconvenience. I feel like the car wash experience isn't as good as I get elsewhere.

Went downhill fast, I've been a member for 7 months and the gate has recognized my tag 1 time, every time I have to wait for an employee to come and make sure I'm legit to let me in which I never minded people are always nice and get a good car wash. Today was bad, took a long time to get in even tho I was the only one there. I noticed going through it didn't seem soapy like normal, when I got out to clean inside noticed truck was still dirty. Towels to clean windows were wet and vacuum barely picked up. These pics are after car wash and I pay for the premium wash.

I love that this car wash has made it to Tiftonia. It s a great place to clean up your car and keep it clean. They provide you with everything you need to dry and detail after the vehicle after it s washed. The experience is even better with all the great employees who are always trying to help you out and make sure everything is moving along. I d like to thank Kayleigh especially. Went to the wash today with my daughter . She was so excited to see everyone with there smiles and waves. They told my about the Special Promotion going on.Tyler, Hoyle, Elijah were awesome.Very helpful, Property was super clean.Loved how the vacuums and the Matt machine worked. This will definitely be a family affair on Weekends.Kaia s says you guys rock.

They are so friendly here and will bend over backwards to help. I locked my keys in the car while it was running and the young lady that s a Taylor Swift look-alike helped me fish them out.

Stopped through for a car wash today due to a bird that was pooping on our car. They let me go through a couple times until my car was fully clean and were so helpful and kind. Two younger guys were working and they were both really polite! We will definitely be back.

Overall I really like this place and get my car washed there often (we have a membership ). The wash itself does a great job. however they still have some flaws and kinks they're trying to work out with it being a new business. My last experience overall was not a good one. The gates were not opening for anyone. I waited almost 10minutes for the lady to notice my car out there and then she walks out to tell me she has no badge and neither does the other guy to bypass the gate so i can go through and wash my car. When I asked her if there was a supervisor or a manager inside that could bypass it, she said she was the manager and walked away. If you have no badge to bypass the gates when they aren't raising by themselves then why are you even open? They should've put the cones out and closed for the day. She told the truck next to me the same thing. Needles to say it was fun trying to back out of the one way lanes to leave. The kiosks needs to be set up where if the cameras don't recognize your tag # you can punch in a phone number and then it matches your car or something. Because reading license plate tags doesn't work good at all. It's always a hit or miss if my tag is going to read or not and lots of times they have to bypass me in. If they will fix this system they will be a 5 star in my opinion.

Mod Wash is a great car wash with many locations throughout Chattanooga and the surrounding counties. It s many locations are very convenient for the public. You never have to go out of your way to find a Mod Wash and you re in and out before you know it. This makes getting a monthly membership a must. Friendly people who are always happy to assist you are there with a smile. Come see Elijah at the location in Lookout Valley to see an exemplary employee at his best. He is a good role model for young people of what a good and hardworking young man should be like.Services: Vacuuming, Auto interior vacuuming

Great, new car wash in lookout valley. The automatic portion does a much better job than most. Vacuums are very powerful, also they have cleaning solution and microfiber towels for your self detailing use. Staff are always extremely friendly and helpful. Great place, the only place in Chattanooga I go to wash my cars now!

by far the best car wash/do it yourself detailing!!! Hayden is the best!! Super professional and knowledgeable about what he does. ..Absolutely LOVE the little air hoses, the BEST to clean out what the FREE (yep free) vacume can't reach!!! Keep pushing the bar here!!!

Awesome car wash! Didn t quite get all the bugs off so I pulled back up to the gate. Hoyle sent me over to the bug prep station. He made sure I got a great wash.

People are always really nice and helpful. If you need help with anything they are there for you with a smile on their face. Car gets clean and if it s not to your liking you can go again.
