Whom ever our sales person consulted on our trade value made a very low ball offer ($5000 under any other dealership). When presented with a counter offer very little effort was put in to making a deal. All others dealerships were around $32-$33k before negotiations and the top from Long was $28k. Sales person Jeff was amazing and wish we could have made the purchase for his sake. We ended up going with a Lexus as they treated us as if we mattered and in the end got a better value. Thanks for that at least.

Josh in the service department is absolutely awesome! Even though I had the terrible luck of needing two new tires and a new windshield in a month, each time he had me in and out quickly. If you are looking for quick, excellent service give Josh a call!

Jason made the new car buying experience so much easier and more enjoyable than I had anticipated. I didn t feel pushed or rushed at all. Recently, I had to go to a different car dealership and pick up some paperwork for my dad. HUGE difference in the atmosphere and the attitude of the salesmen there. One was particularly rude to me. That didn t go over well.The Long dealership has perfected its customer service keep up the good work! Thank you for being so personable and helpful. I absolutely LOVE my new Santa Fe!!Long of Chattanooga is definitely the exception to the rule!

This dealership is one of the friendliest and most amazing dealer I've ever been. The entire team, including the service department, internet manager, finance, and Edgar Rivera, my salesperson, went above and beyond to ensure to get me the brand new SUV that I wanted. I'm really happy with the service I'm receiving.Edgar was extremely knowledgeable and took the time to explain everything I needed to know about my new vehicle. Just to get a car from them, it's worth driving 4 hours. Mercedes- Benz at Long of Chattanooga comes highly recommended by me to anyone looking for a new or used vehicle. You will be well taken of. Edgar is the BEST!

My wife dropped off her 2022 GLC 300 for the 20k mile service. After standard service and inspection she received a link sent to her phone to confirm and approve charges for new tires, tire balancing, and alignment accompanied by the first attached image. Notice in the image there is no VIN or photo of the license plate listed. The second attached image shows the check boxes for each of the tire conditions as green (assumed to mean good).When calling we questioned how tires with only 20k miles on them already needed to be replaced. We also noticed the missing VIN and license plate and the person in the service department directed us to reload the page with the charges. We reloaded the page as directed and the check boxes changed from Green to Red, even though the page was reloaded right before we called. The service department was directed not to change the tires and perform the associated services.When picking the car up we received the third attached image which has the cars VIN and license plate and shows completely different tire tread measurements. We'll take the car to another tire retailer to confirm they need to be replaced. On paper this looks like an attempt to be deceitful and has eroded trust in their service department

I had a great (service) experience at Mercedes-Benz at Long of Chattanooga on January 12th. I was on a trip from Knoxville to Atlanta to see my sick mother when my car went into "limp mode". Dan Hawkins was very professional and helpful. He quickly diagnosed the problem and tested my car so that I could continue my journey. I was very grateful for his quick and efficient service, which allowed me to reach my mother before it was too late.I recommend Dan at Mercedes-Benz at Long of Chattanooga to anyone needing MB car service in the area.

I brought my car in for a repair and had Hannah Wilson as my service rep. I couldn t be happier. She was more than accommodating and made sure all of my needs were met. She got me on the schedule the day I called! We have a few dealerships to choose from, but we ll always have Long as our dealership.

Upgraded my mom mobile with the help of Bryce yesterday. Highly recommend he deserves an extra star. Bryce took time to help me find the perfect car. I went in looking for a Honda CRV. I did not love the one they had, but Bryce talked me into test driving a GMC Terrain. I fell in love with it! Bryce listened to all the amenities I wanted and found the car that fit my family perfectly. Will definitely be going back to him for my next car.

Cedric was amazing to work with. He had the vehicles ready when we arrived for a test drive and was very knowledgeable about the details of the model differences. We wound up buying a new GLE after taking a drive in it. He was very helpful in getting us financed and even introduced us to our service representative. I ve recently purchased a 2022 GLE 350 from Long of Chattanooga. Typically, purchases such as this are grueling for me. Fortunately this was not the case. Edgar, Bryce, and Duke were a joy to work with providing good communication and extensive knowledge of the vehicle. The experience was painless and I cannot express my appreciation enough. I can honestly say the sales team does everything they can to earn and retain your business. I would not hesitate recommending Long of Chattanooga to my family and friends. I will definitely be a repeat customer.

I had a horrible experience at this location I purchase a vehicle here and every service done on my vehicle has been done at same location before and after I paid it OFF ! Well I had an oil change in July that led an oil leak later discovered the technician that worked on my vehicle had over tightened the oil plug which caused oil to leak, however, I started having issue with my truck losing oil and kept reporting my issue to dealership spoke to Keith donley service manager of Hyundai who informed me to add oil and monitor it for a few days mind you I just had an oil change ok so his suggestion was to run the vehicle til motor star knocking the bring it in like wow so we said no to that! So he recommended to bring it in and he will take care of it he said but in order for Hyundai to cover a new engine we have to submit something is wrong , so we brought the vehicle to them got a call from Keith donley service manager he said they will be replacing the engine now this happened in august 2023! Come November 26,2023 my vehicle with new engine stalled on my family and I in the middle of the interstate at 9 o clock strained call Keith donley with my concerns and it was like pissing in the wind we discovered that a ground wasn t properly secured but it left us in a bad situation cause we brought a new vehicle when we shouldn t have. After explaining my situation to Keith Donley he felt the need to tell me the technician that worked on our vehicle got fired in September like that was suppose to make me feel better but just imagine how many others got screwed over like this sad to say their technician service really sucks and I felt like they really don t care and don t value their customers concerns. My suggestion if you lied to the extent to change a engine what else have you lied about Good luck folks be careful!!!

I had messaged Ethan on Facebook Marketplace about a CLA 250. It is a beautiful car. He immediately messaged me back and set up a time for me to come test drive the car. I came in and he was outside preparing the car for me. He was extremely kind and helpful! He even helped me set up the Bluetooth and all of that for the car! I walked out owning the car for the price I wanted to walk out with! He was extremely helpful and happy to help me! It was a huge plus he was a Veteran and so am I! The conversations were amazing and the helpfulness was beyond expectations! Thank you again for your help Ethan!

We recently were in the market for a car after ours was totaled. We found two vehicles at Mercedes Benz of Chattanooga on a Sunday. Sev was the sales rep that assisted us. He was great. Very informative, polite, and not the least bit pushy. The dealership treated us like we were buying a 135K vehicle and were not. I have never had a better car buying experience than that one. Hats off to the Sev, Jason Williams, and the dealership for having such great customer service.

In late September/early October 2023, we purchased a used honda CRV from the Hyundia dealership and have not received our license plate 6 weeks later. I called the office that should be handling the paperwork in early November and was told that they were working on the issue. Today, November 15, I called again but no one answered the phone, then called the General Manager--on hold for 4 minutes and was told he was not avaliable. My temp tag expires November 21 and nobody but the receptionest answers the phone

We have a focus on professionalism and customer service. I can tell you unequivocally that Mercedes-Benz at Long of Chattanooga exemplifies this. From Duke, and Maddie handling the Sales, James setting up the MBUX system, and Chad covering the financials, this dealership will take care of you. We drove 2 hours to get to this dealership and purchase our 2022 GLE 350, and will gladly drive 2 hours again for our next purchase.

We had a great experience at Long of Chattanooga today. Our salesman Joey was very nice and helped us make a deal. He took good care of us. We also met Don the used car manager. He was also very nice and made us feel welcomed. Chad in the finance department went through all the paperwork and helped us get out quickly. We ll definitely be back in the future.
