Called around to get shocks on my 81 El Camino, most shops turned me down, they said they didn't work on anything that age. I mean come on it is just shocks. Anyway, took my truck to them, I was gonna have one of my coworkers pick me up but they said they would be done before a ride could get there. Sure enough they were done in about 15 minutes. They looked over my vehicle for me and gave me some recommendations. Great business and great mechanics.

Traveler on side of road with an over heated engine and leaking antifreeze in my jeep wrangler. LolCalled this place they referred a great tow company who came to me asap.Squeezed me in for service. Had problem diagnosed, looked over the rest of my vehicle, repaired and out the door to continue my road trip to WA.Manager was so kind and patient. Whole staff went out of there way over and above expectations. Really nice to meet great people in business that honesty care about the service they provide.Wish this mechanic was in my home state! Recently moved to the area and was looking for exhaust service on my old beater car. Called Maxi to see how long it would take to get it in. He told me to run it by after work. Less than 2 hours later, it was ready to go.Very reasonable priced and fast service. I will be talking all my stuff there from now on.I (and my neighbors) are so glad I found them!

I've been here twice now and I am so amazed by the customer service here! So extremely nice! I wish every place was like this. The service was incredibly priced! They leave you with the feeling that they care about you and your vehicle! This Maxi's will be the first place I call for future repairs. By far the most honest and well priced mechanic shop I have EVER been to. Patrick is the manager and has always taken great care of my cars and honest with what is necessary and not. I moved to Chattanooga a few years ago and was quoted by multiple places for some work and not only was Maxi the best price, but turned out I didn't need some of the work the others told me I did. Mechanics are notorious for adding more work than needed but the honesty here won my business for as long as I live here. I won't take my cars anywhere else. I've recommended this place to countless people and they all have had the same experience.

I was having wiring issues with my A/C and the temperature was in the 90 s all week.Patrick was great, respectful and found the issue and it was fixed within a couple of hours. I ll definitely be back for future services.

I asked the employee for help he was too concerned with his cell phone to even look up or care what a joke place wonder why there s cars stacked up outside the place no one cares enough to to work on them don t go here. Truly the worst place.

Called to see how much to put a serpentine belt on a 2010 Dodge Avenger Sxt,... $109. I just put it on, busted my knuckle, but only took me around 8 minutes. I use to be a mechanic, but my health isn't the greatest anymore, but honestly, $109 to put on a belt is a little much in my own opinion.

I went in to get my car inspected before a road trip, as another shop had told me I had a blown head gasket (which was later proven false by the great guys at Maxi). I also went in having problems with my car not running any hot air. They were transparent and honest through the whole process and had a very short wait time. Jason helped me understand everything they were doing and flushed my heater core for a great price and replaced the radiator cap. Great dudes, would recommend to anyone and everyone needing car work done.Services: General repairs & maintenance, Air conditioning

Hey Patrick & Stephen are the best! I drove up a little after 8am on Saturday and they got right to my car. Patrick was so professional and down to earth. Stephen did a great job and worked quickly. Parts delivery was super fast! They fixed the issue, no unnecessary work. I was comfortable with the price. Lots of customers standing around swear by their work. I would recommend!Service: Brakes

These guys were the best and very professional! Me and my family were out of town when my front wheel bearing started to go bad. These guys got me right in the shop and fixed me right up within 2 hours. Couldn t ask for a better experience. If I lived closer I would use them all the time! I went here after our car stopped near here on a 4 hour trip from GA to TN. I went early in the morning and the guys looked really busy but were able to do a check of the car. The listened to the issue and why they eventually had to send me to the dealership, I appreciate them understanding my situation and taking the time to see if they could locate the issue.

After my alternator went out on the highway, I was referred to Maxi by the O Reilly manager. Upon arrival Patrick was extremely upfront and honest. He went above and beyond expectations in getting my car tested and repaired immediately. Patrick and his team made sure that my auto was repaired properly, all work done came with warranty, and I couldn t be any happier. I was back on the road and didn t have another problem with my car! Best prices in the area and excellent, cheerful, FAST service. The battery and alternator in my 2007 Ford Focus died while I was traveling between Alabama and North Carolina. I sat at a coffee shop and did extensive research on the best price for a mechanic all up and down the highway between Ooltewah and Chattanooga. I must have called 15 places. Patrick at Maxi gave me the best price, by a long shot. Furthermore, he and his team squeezed me in at the end of the day on a Friday so that I could get on the road. I was blown away by the excellent pricing and superior service. If you're looking for a fairly-priced, high quality mechanic in this area, this is it.

Excellent place! My car wouldn't start yesterday and I had the vehicle towed to this location. They couldn't seem to replicate the issue and the car started just fine, but when I went to pick it up I asked if there was any charge for the troubleshooting and they said not to worry about it. The time they spent on it was free of charge -- great guys! Easy to work with!

I came here in a bit of a situation. My radiator hose broke apart as I was driving down the interstate. First, I took my car to Firestone and found they were charging ridiculous prices to fix this issue. I then brought my car here and Steven was extremely helpful and got my car in and out In a great amount of time and came in about $100 cheaper than Firestone. Would definitely recommend for anybody in a situation like I was!

I would say the best auto service in Chattanooga. They really do make sure you get what you deserve and they give lots of information on the state of your car. The price is reasonable and it's worth the time coming here. I love the environment! Highly recommend
