Never again. Took my car in for a repair. Marshall Mize charged me a $20 credit card fee with no forewarning. I saw this discrepancy on my bank statement the same day and went in to write a check to save the fee. The crooks said they d refund it so I could write a check but my bank statements indicate that they kept the credit card fee originally charged.

Super helpful, we had a gas tank lid was not closed the engine light was on. They found other issues. They did an oil change and found that the group that did my oil change, didn't chance my oil. They saved my car and were very kind . I will be going back also they rotated my tires. Who does that in these days and times thank you guys.

We received a recall notice from Ford for our truck. We tried to call several times, with no answer. We left a message for them to call ... They didn't. Stoping, in person, we was able to schedule appt.a backorder for parts needed ended the process with a promise to call us when parts come in. In the end, they never answered the phone, or answered messages left.

Very nice gentleman came to my rescure my remote to my car the battery was to unfortunately they didn't have my battery size in but the young man direct me to another place that would have my battery told me where it was located witch was right down the street , simple I went the man took care of me and I was on my way to finish out my day. Excellent Customer Service Thank You

When you stop in for a visit ask for Jamie Raines. He is always very helpful...honest..and upfront with any assistance I have ever needed. I bought my first vehicle there when I was 18 and I wouldn't go anywhere else. Thanks Jamie!

Had an appointment for a simple issue. Came in early and was told to wait a 10 minutes. 30 minutes later I checked and my vehicle was sitting in the parking lot with hazard lights on. Service tech had "no idea why". I asked for status and was told to wait. I took vehicle and left. Poor communication and no real customer service!
