I had a very pleasant experience working with Josh. The maintenance took longer than expected, so I drove a loaner car home to Sewanee and Mark delivered my car to Sewanee the next morning. I will definitely return.

How you treat people matters & Lexus of Chattanooga made me feel like family. World class service (thank you Ryan Kennedy!), professional, efficient, quick to respond to concerns... they make you feel like you matter... like family!!It s the middle of a pandemic and we re all trying to find ways to not go stir crazy in our homes. We rented a cabin at the top of a mountain in north Georgia to find some peace in this crazy time. Drove from Houston TX to Chatsworth GA. Got settled in, had a 9 foot pile of wood delivered, & just relaxed. 10 days into our peaceful serenity and we needed to run a few errands, so I booked a winery visit enjoy and stock up. :) Got all dolled up, hopped in my car & noticed my entire dashboard was lit up like a Christmas tree. I called and emailed my favorite service rep Jacob back home at Westside Lexus who encouraged me to go to a local dealer.Closest dealer... Chattanooga TN. Ugh! I call Lexus of Chattanooga frantically hoping they can help me ASAP, a stranger with no appointment, to only be made to feel like she actually heard my frantic concerns. Jennifer made me feel important & found a way to squeeze me in without an appointment. Just ask for Ryan Kennedy when you arrive, he ll take great care of you .Chattanooga (Choo-Choo) here I come down the windy mountain with non-stop bings & system malfunction alerts, over an hour later I make it safely to the dealer.At the dealership I notice everyone s actually keeping a social distance, wearing masks (not this mouth only cover or chin cover stuff) & taking all appropriate precautions!A warm greeting & Ryan who jumps into action, got us into a loaner so we could make it to the winery & try to enjoy our evening while they take a look at my car. Ryan made me feel like family & that my plans were important. What a GREAT level of service, I was quickly in and out!!A few days later I hop into the loaner & it s dash is lit up like a Christmas tree!! However this time the car wouldn t accelerate & shook & jerked as I tried to get up the driveway. Called Ryan who again jumped into action! Clearly he was doing everything in his power to make it easy for me, he thought through everything so that I didn t have to find a way to drive all the way back to Chattanooga. He arranged a tow & delivery of my new loaner. The tow truck arrived that evening and the Service Manager, Randy (& Chris, thanks for being the chase car) delivered the new loaner! Now THAT is World Class Service!! Quick walk around the brand new 2021 RX350 loaner (btw what a great way to plant a sales/upgrade seed, although I know that wasn t the intention) & I was ready for my weekend!Turns out, in 10 days of my car being parked chipmunks built a two-story house in my engine (escaping the cold) & ate through the soy wraps around & my wires causing all the electrical & systems to malfunction. Crazy!!FYI... My research shows that pine-sol, traps, opening your hood (to cool off quicker), & owls help detour rodents.

The staff is fantastic. Ralph Patty did a super job and was very thorough. Gary in finance works hard to get the best deal for me he was super. The whole staff did everything possible to make me happy. I would highly recommend Lexus of Chattanooga

Customer service was top shelf. They actually called back after I left message. Really pulled out all the stops to help my logistical issues. FANTASTIC staff.

I had lost my key fob and needed to have a new one programmed. The service salesman Eric and the service technician tried to tell me that Rick's lock and key had put my car into a "sleep mode", that no keys would work on my car, and I had to get my car computers replaced ($3k +). Ended up taking it to Lexus of Knoxville and they programmed me a key no problem. Terrible experience.
