I was towed in by Doug Yates towing on 10/29/2023. This location is beyond exemplary for a service center. The staff is impeccable, accommodating, friendly and well informed. This location has wonderful amenities on-site. Driver lounge with charging station, microwave, fridge, complimentary water, free washer, dryer, 3 flat screens, 4 vending machines (2) in driver lounge, (2) by service bays. The staff was completely well versed in the necessary repairs and although my company opted for a different route, I had the best experience ever here. It was Halloween so there was a cookout I was invited to and everyone was nice to my disabled son. Food truck comes at 10a and lastly this a 10 location that is pinnacle of their community...

I spent over $4500.00 to have injector issues fixed on my cat engine and they sent it home to me running ok. But then I check the coolant and low and behold they didn't even replace the antifreeze. My truck came back to me with water in the system and no freeze or boilover protection. Not to mention they did a "diagnostic" and replaced parts that they said did not solve the problem. Then they did more diagnotics and wanted to replace the ecm, at a cost of an additional $9000.00, to "see" if that worked. After all that and finally replacing a bad injector and harness I got it back without replacing the ecm. The truck is still running ok with the same old ecm. Do yourself a favor and pick any other shop around to work on your trucks. Lee Smith is horrible!!!

Needed a part for one of my company vehicles and Bradley in the parts department found the part and got me taken care of. This dealer always has a great service department as well with quick turnaround time and always keeps me up to date. Highly recommend this place.

My truck motor died. It was towed away at Lee Smith. Tate Smith and the service team were really pleasant. The bill was high and I could not find the warranty. They offered to help me find a buyer. However, they did not find one. Still they help me until the end to facilitate the truck out to the new buyer. Printed documents for him. Tate went beyond the line of duty to help me. Thank you so much. I strongly recommend the service department. The salesperson was also very helpful. Five stars all the way.

It was a great experience. The service writers are helpful, courteous, and give estimates with honest answers about how long work will take. They have a really nice driver's lounge with amenities including showers and laundry, the furniture is super comfortable as well. Every person I interacted with was very nice. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend anyone who needs service to utilize this dealership. I've had to go to quite a few repair shops over the years, and this was by far the best experience I've ever had! Thank you!

I have heard they are expensive and slow. Everything having to do with real Trucks is expensive ($1800 fan clutch, etc) so I don t think that s an issue. As far as service, everyone has been more than helpful, friendly, responsive and pleasant to work with down there. Their online parts ordering is great and they also wprk with you through email. Boyd was my most recent contact and excellent as always.

Guys at the parts counter were great. Went outside to install the oil line on the truck the was leaking, we did accidentally block a employee parking lot (our bad). Until a man came out taking pictures and videoing us asking what we were doing he said they didn't have insurance for us to install the part in the parking lot, and that we were blocking the employee parking, then asked what we were going to do with the oil that was going to get washed off. I said we'll find another place to go then as the employee stood their and videod us pulling out. In a pretty bad part of town as well. He could have nicely pointed out we were blocking a drive and they didn't want us to do it there instead of coming out looking for a fight. If I could leave 0 stars I would. We won't be back.

Can not say enough good about this location. From beginning to end they were more than helpful. Constant excellent communication at every step of our truck repair. Zach Marks the service manager went above and beyond to help us. the repair was due to bad service from another International location, Lee-Smith fixed it right and did it quickly.

We saw a box truck on their lot that we were interested in buying so we stopped and inquired about it. It was raining that day. The sales person said that they needed to fix a few things. He said that it wouldn't take long. Would we wait until these things were fixed before we took it for a test drive. He said it's raining anyway. We said yes we will wait for him to let us know when it will be ready. We waited a few days and never heard back from him, so I called and he said it was still in the shop. That he would let us know when it was finished. We waited for a few days and we received an email from him saying that they had an Isuzu would be interested in an Isuzu instead. of the one that we wanted. I didn't reply to the email.I wait a day or so thinking he would let us know that the truck was ready, so I called him and his said that another company bought the truck before they finished fixing it. Had we had known that we would have bought it like it was. I would have appreciated a call from him before he sold it. We feel that he sold it out from under us. We don't believe that is the way to do business. Although we were disappointed, I more angry than anything. I don't think we will ever do business with them.

Week of 6 June 2022. Experience two unrelated issues with my DP RV. The first issue resulted in being towed to a nearby campgound on a Sunday; and the second a DEF Head issue identified by the mobile service technician who responded to fix the coolant hose break. The Chassis manufacturer independently confirmed the DEF Head issue. Working with two members of the Lee Smith team was truly a pleasure. Mary who cooridnated the mobile service technician was very responsive in reaching back to me on both issues and both she and Ben (mobile service technician both times) were both very courteous, conscientious and professional. Great service from Lee Smith.

We were not happy with Lee Smith and took a truck back after repairs. I will say that the new manager Zach Marks definitely went above and beyond to try and keep our business. As a business owner, I was happy with the effort and overall content with him trying to keep us as customers. I put 4 stars because of all the efforts and apparent shift in priority as Lee Smith has started making customers a priority. This has not always been the case. We have dealt with them many times over our 21 years in the trucking business. 4 out of 5 stars is great because the only way 5 out of 5 would have been given is if the truck would have been fixed for free . I think the new manager is a great benefit to the company. Lee smith appears to be heading in the right direction as far as customer relations are concerned.

Michael Olden is a credit to this company. After watching a very informative YouTube video about a Truck with a side door, I called to see if they could help me with mine. He went out of his way to share some creative ideas on installing a door on a 16 Isuzu truck, even though there was nothing in it for him. I appreciate your kindness and generosity Mike. All representatives should be as gracious as you. I wish you and Lee-Smith the very best.

I just bought at truck from Lee Smith. The salesman Rodney was great and his partner Jim. They really went out of their way to make me feel comfortable and I am satisfied with the vehicle. The truck is good running truck so far and they gave me a warranty. I am happy with my purchase and if you need a truck call Rodney Stephens. The even helped me with my accommodations when I visited Chattanooga. Good people and good service!!!!!!

I have an international lonestar in last year I have had to replace egr cooler and the dpf system currently currently have it in there shop for a water pump both times was told parts were on back order and they couldn t get them and I had to locate and get parts for them which was a matter of just using the phone and calling another dealer price is always way higher then what they quote you and they always say something is broke and want to fix that when it wasn t broke or wasn t brought to them for that definitely need to stop trying to be loyal to a local dealer and I need to find a new mechanic shop and parts dealer

Pulled in with blown airbag suspension. They worked hard to get the number for our hard to find part. Dropped trailer in their secured lot and I felt great to know everything was secured.Got me the number for rental car place. They all went out of their way to accommodate us to include the puppies.These people are wonderful. Even explained that if they couldn't get the right part they were looking for one or two that would work too get us back on the road to make our load delivery.

Me and my husband, Randell Hankins, have always had wonderful service at Lee-Smith inc. They usually have the parts we need, if not it is usually just a days wait. Fast Friendly Service. Usually can beat anybody's prices!!

I had a flashing check engine light on my V-10 Ford E350. I arrived at 10:31 Friday morning and was on the road by that afternoon. This company is extremely well managed, efficient, communicative, and above all, friendly. Mike the customer technical advisor was a wealth of knowledge, and he loved to engage his customers. Nathan demonstrated his skill with the diagnosis within 1 hour, and repaired in less than 2 hours. Not to mention, quiet but friendly.I can assure you that when I'm passing thru Chattanooga, I will make an appointment for my truck servive

They do not communicate with the drivers and my company has a very difficult time getting information from them. Is a large shop but mechanics here don't seem very intelligent.The motel they they recommend don't have any amenities within walking distance. The taxi service is very expensive, I would recommend using Uber as it cost a fraction of the price, $4.12 for me, to be exact.Overall, not very satisfied with this company.

Overpriced used trucks and they do not return calls concerning their overpriced warranty. I will never buy from them again. I advise anyone considering a used truck to get the true Black Book appraisal before negotiating with them.

New 2015 f750 with 300 miles on it that has drive shaft issues to be fixed under warranty. Lee Smith had our truck over a month, then call to say it's ready. When asked what they did to it they said "nothing, can't find anything wrong." Well... the drive shaft has a wobble, I've seen it with my own eyes. This makes 3 times in a row we had 3 different trucks at Lee Smith and when we finally got them back they weren't fixed or had new problems, such as valve cover bolts stripped. I wouldn't use this shop if you can avoid it.

.Ok got an update today for everyone who has read this review, I spoke with the service manager on Friday 5-22 and the issues have been resolved. There was some paper work that got misplaced but is now spot on. Took my truck back to find that there was some files that had gotten corrupted in the module and it is now fixed. Hats off to the tech that got this handled and my A/C and wipers working. The service I got this afternoon was above and beyond, they will have my business in the future. Great work on part of the management for being able to handle the issues and not lose your cool. I have no problems returning with my truck THANKS ALOT GUYS!!

Very knowledgeable mechanics, but aggravating service desk people. And be aware that they charge $179/hr for labor, and add 3%to your invoice if you pay with a card.

To say they over charge would be a under statement. Their parts and labor prices are outrageous. They double the hours than what it actually took to repair. They told me it took 6.5 hours to replace a fuel pump that is mounted out side the tank on the frame. All they had to do is unplug to hoses and a harnes. They double the price of parts. They tried to charge me $1600 for a $750 gas tank. They also they also charge me additional $1,200 after I was told it wouldn't cost any extra to replace the gas instead of cleaning it, if I provide the gas tank. How does it cost more to replace a gas tank, than cleaning the gas tank, when I provide the gas tank??? They said it was becaues they had to pull it back in the shop... $1200 to move a truck 50ft. These people would put the greediest lawyer to shame when it comes to overcharging.
