The good news,, professional staff, nice people, comfortable waiting room. The bad news, it seems like they overbook, takes multiple weeks to get an appointment, forget about waiting, multiple hours if you do, best to drop it off if you can and give them your car for the day. Pricing is high, but it s factory trained tech s, you get what you pay for.

Such a pleasant experience. Stopped in for an oil change and got to visit with our salesperson, Dustin. Such a great guy!In the service dept, it was Dusty who took great care of our car. Everything went smoothly and didn't take very long at all.Thank you Kia!

The folks in the Kia of Chattanooga service department were extremely friendly, professional, and courteous. The work was done quickly and the waiting room was comfortable. One of the best experiences I've had in a dealer's service department.

had my car detailed and it seemed like they just drove the car through the lot and brought it back. had greasy handprints all over my interior on the roof and the side panels that didn't even vacuum it

They never answer their phones. They never return your calls. They don't listen when you're explaining things. They don't answer questions. They charge a premium rate.

Quality work. Hard to get service appointments, and they run behind most of the time. Routine service maintenance takes longer than estimated.
