It s convenient to pull in without having to get out, especially with a 1 year old. Cailyn guided me in and was so kind. Austin was friendly and quick with changing the oil. All around a great experience! 10/10 recommended this place!

Oil change was very expensive and the checklist had (cleaned floors) as a complimentary service that wasn't done which only makes me question all the other things signed off as completed and if they really were. Y'all are sorry, I paid 113 and change for a full service oil change, which included a list of things that weren't done, you ripped me off and all you reply with is feedback like mine helps your business? No, you doing good business helps your business not screwing people out of their money to do half the work you charged them for. Do better. I would advise people to go anywhere else for an oil change for better service and half the price Valvoline will take great care of you and you get to watch all they do in really time also they look up coupons to apply to your visit up to 50 percent off. Half the cost these jiffy guys who are just out to take advantage and clearly don't care.

I was so impressed by the service that Lavon and Kevin offered yesterday. I brought my car to them with a concern about the oil levels, and they worked with me quickly, gave me honest advice, and helped make sure the car was in good condition. I absolutely recommend this location.

It s really surprising to me that an oil change would be as pleasant an experience as it was today, but the staff at this Jiffy Lube are very professional, kind, and knowledgeable. I used to go to Valvoline or my dealership to get an oil change, but they couldn t compare to the quality of service I got at this Jiffy Lube. They have reasonable pricing for the service they provide, and offer discounts for loyal customers. The waiting room is very nice and comfortable, and the service is fast enough to where you don t feel like you re stuck there. I do like that you don t wait in your car like other places, and that they do things like check your lights and filters as well as top off the windshield washing fluid and vacuum the floors of my car when I come in. My car s synthetic oil change comes out to between $70-90, depending on the discounts they have at the time. Definitely recommend!

The service was good and the employees were all very friendly and helpful. The wait was also not too bad. But there are a few things I m not satisfied with. First, the price was a little high for an oil change. However, my biggest complaint is that my hood wasn t fully closed when I left, so when I started driving down the road it was moving. This could have caused an accident! Thankfully it didn t because I noticed it quickly and was able to stop and close it properly. Make sure your employees are aware of this so this mistake doesn t happen in the future.

The guys at Jiffy Lube were AMAZING! I went here to get my car serviced before a road trip and needed an oil change, tire rotation, and brakes replaced. I loved the fact I got all that done in one shop. There was only one person ahead of me and they were finishing up with his vehicle. Probably took about an hour and a half and that's only because they had to have parts delivered, which got there faster than I expected. It was a bit pricey, but I had multiple things done and the tech who checked me out gave me a decent discount. They went above and beyond. One even brought a chair outside so I could smoke while I waited on my vehicle. The waiting area was clean and cool, had refreshments, phone charger station and a TV for entertainment. Overall, a great experience and would recommend.Services: Tires, Brakes, Oil change

Great and very quick service from Lavon! I m not sure who his associate was but he was also very nice. This is where I get my oil changes and have always been in and out, and the folks working are always helpful and kind.

No appointment, incredibly fast. The staff was really friendly especially when I was clueless about details of my vehicle. What kind of oil do I want? No clue. Did I know there was nitrogen in my tires rather than air and do I want to stick with that? No clue. They took great care of both me and my vehicle. 10/10 would recommend.

Mechanic told a young lady she needed brake pads changed and quoted 450 dollars. Luckily she declined and I offered to change them for her for free since this is an easy job. Once I pulled the calipers off to inspect the brakes it was very clear she did NOT need new brake pads. Clearly and shamefully they tried to up sell a young lady.

They have some Good Samaritans here. I felt like they actually cared about me which is strange to feel when you re just looking for a quick tire patch. I will come here from now on. Everyone was great and Troy was especially kind.

Quick service and everyone was so nice! As someone who doesn t know much about cars, I always worry someone s gonna pull one over on me but everyone here was very transparent and didn t push me to spend on any services I didn t want! With a $20 off coupon, the oil change for my Toyota cost $115. That means without the coupon an oil change at Jiffy Lube costs $135. And despite being the first vehicle pulled into their empty service shop, it took 35 minutes. What happened to the $109 oil change? And why are there no prices listed on their website or in their waiting room? Their service was friendly, but the prices and lack of transparency will keep me from coming back.

Very nice staff, extremely nice waiting area.Stopped in for an oil change, which they did quickly. A tech showed me my air filter (which was literally falling apart it was so old) and suggested I change it, but wasn't pushy about it. Which was a nice change in pace.There was a very sweet blond girl with tattoos doing some things including checking people out. The guy ahead of me for an oil change got a little ornery about costs. She was very polite and well spoken, explaining that she didn't have anything to do with it-- but she could get the tech who did. Despite the offer he still barked at her for a bit before allowing her to go get someone. Which, they worked things out and smoothed it over. But, all did very well at not letting the unnecessary bad-attitude change their attitude.

Update: It was later found that the oil filter was not tightened on one vehicle, which caused a massive oil leak. Luckily we caught it before it was driven. This caused me to double check the other vehicle they worked on, and it had too much oil added. Best car service ever! I went in for an oil change and was out in about 30 minutes. Nikki helped make the check-in and check-out process easy and seamless. Very satisfied and will be back for all of my car service!
