My dad and I have been using Jasper Engines and Transmissions for approximately twenty years. We rarely have any issue from their products. If we do have a problem, customer service is always top notch! They either pay us to fix issue or they send us another product. The price of their products reflect the quality and the warranty. Their warranty is 3years/100,000 miles.Service: Transmission

Had trouble from first transmission . Now having trouble with second . Haven t been able to call for a week due to a technical issue with the phones ???? Please tell me how a business of this size can even go more than a few hours without phones being back up ? Let alone a day or now a WEEK? Completely transmission rebuild. $5,000. On gently used vehicle. Torque converter failed in 8000 miles. No warranty replacement. Jasper will not stand behind their work.

Jasper has helped us service our customers for over 30 years with engines,transmissions,differentials . Customer service has always been outstanding as well

They have you pay 8k for a new 5.3 engine to use oil every 1k miles
