Oddly, I felt compelled to write a review even though I have yet to actually have the device installed. I found the Radio Clinic very efficient and the process of getting the device on site was thorough. A few glitches on my end, but I feel confident when I take my vehicle in it will be handled by the company of Interlock and the company of The Radio Clinic judiciously. Thank you to Larry at Interlock and Andy at The Radio Clinic being patient with me as I seek to abide the laws within Tennessee. They are professionals and that is what you need when this avenue is a must!

Called to get a quote and the lady sounded irritated I was even calling cut me off and was like well it s all regulated by the state but I guess let s take a look when I said I was calling around getting quote. like I don t know those regulations but fine be rude. I didn t even continue the call at that point I just said well you re rude and hung up. I recommend smart lock instead the Lady there was very helpful from the start and not a single ounce of irritation in getting me a quote and information I did not have. But for future reference maybe y all should be attentive and just answer the question I have without the cutting off and saying it will be the same as the last as each place I ve called gave me a quote with different prices. And if the company does want to take action on the very rude individual I called on 8/16 1:36pm

Intoxalock installation on my vehicle was done in a very timely and professional manner. With that being said, I hope I never need them again.
