Colby and Justin were both awesome to work with! They were very professional, knowledgeable and upfront with everything. They went above and beyond my expectations and put an unbelievable deal together on a used CX-5 for me. I have been to dozens of dealers and have worked with many salespeople and sales managers over the years and can honestly say this was one of the most pleasant car buying experiences I have ever had! I highly recommend working with Colby on your next car purchase.

Had a wonderful experience with Dion and Gary! We had to bring our young children with us but thankfully Dion and Gary were super helpful, understanding and accommodating. We traded in a vehicle and purchased a used car, all sided of our experience were excellent. Best car buying/selling experience to date! Highly recommended Integrity Mazda especially Dion and Gary!!

I want to share what an amazing car buying experience I had.I saw a car on the website and called to inquire. Mikkael Reynolds Jr. answered and ended up being my salesperson. Wonderful personality and very knowledgeable and organized. I also dealt with Chris Sitterding and Gary Newman. All of these guys were so kind and pleasant to do business with. I went to purchase a vehicle and left feeling like I had made new friends. I love my CX 50 and I appreciate all of these guys who worked with me to make it happen. Thanks guys!! Definitely recommend Integrity Mazda.

Our sales rep Rodney and the finance manager Gary was great. Needed an upgrade due to recently having a baby and needing more space. Rodney listened to our needs and found the exact car we were looking for while working with our hectic schedule.Gary made the final signing process easy and enjoyable. He had my wife and I laughing the entire time.The sales Manager (I believe his name was Justin) is also very nice.Highly recommend this dealership due to the fairness of their prices and for making the buying experience enjoyable. I didn t feel pressured or like I was being deceived like I have felt at previous dealerships. This is how cars should be sold - customer service, transparency, and kindness. Thank you all for the new CX-50!

Where to begin! My experience here was almost as incredible as the car that I got! Rodney was the most patient and helpful car salesman I ve ever had the pleasure of working with. After searching for MONTHS for a new or decent low-mileage cargo van to add to my company fleet, I finally found what I was looking for at Integrity Mazda of all places. The sales process with Colby was top-notch, professional, and he listened to my needs and didn't try to sell me on something I didn't need or want. Gary was extremely helpful with the finance aspect of it; and lucky for me, his extensive knowledge and experience was able to help me get the best rate for my loan. In all- Chris, Gary and Colby make for one heck of team and I would recommend them if you are looking to buy or sell a vehicle!

I knew more specs about the car than the seller, I was ask 5k above retail. I was not offered Mazda loyalty discount nor 0.9 apr offer. Financing guy tried to sell me everything possible useless options. Standard ripoff car sellers here and manager had a fake Rolex. I went to different dealer in Cleveland and process was easier. Mazdas are great cars, just do your homework before coming to this thieves.

I went to test drive a car and learn about my financing options after finding out that my old car was totaled. I stated that I had not received my total loss payment yet and was not ready to make a final decision but wanted to see what my options were. They advised me to put $1000 down that day and provided professional advice that I would only receive about $1500 for my totaled Acura. The finance guy acted like I was an idiot and mansplained to me about the whole process (an old school tactic to degrade me and hope I d buy a car? No thanks). I left feeling pretty discouraged, but then received a total loss payout about five times what they predicted and found a great Mazda at EchoPark without all of the dealer fees they were trying to add in on top of their disappointing sales tactics.

Oh! My! GOSH! I cannot speak highly enough of the team at Integrity Mazda. They were personable, yet professional. Great conversationalists! They went above and beyond and made darn sure I left in the car I fell in love with! A 2022 Mazda CX-30! They made everything so smooth and and stress free. I recommend anyone to go there, you won't be disappointed!

I want to express my gratitude to Chris Sitterding, Gary Newman, and Matthew Rice in particular for their efforts in resolving a problem I encountered a few months ago when I bought a car there at Integrity. It is not necessary to delve into specific details because the most important thing is that they resolved the issue to my complete satisfaction with kindness and professionalism.Also, I would like to thank Colby Ellsworth for introducing me to Integrity Mazda through an advertisement he placed on Facebook Marketplace. Had I not seen the advertisement, I might not have learned about what a fantastic car Mazda produces. I am really happy with my Mazda 6!Linda Barnes

Totally awesome. I normally walk over to Wafflehouse and grab breakfast. It was pouring down rain, so the service manager drove me over there. Also this location is undergoing major construction so no waiting area, and itvwas pouring down rain. So he let me sit in one of the new Mazdas with the engine running so I could utilize the heated seat, and the heater. They also text me a video to show me whatvall they were doing to my car.

This was our second time buying a car from Integrity Mazda. If you hate the haggling and high stress process of car shopping, then Integrity Mazda is for you.The entire experience was pleasant and free from high pressure tactics. The manager, Chris, works closely with the sales team to understand the client's needs and is extremely well versed on inventory and incoming deliveries. Our sales team member, Colby, was knowledgeable about each car we looked at and gave honest feedback on key differences. The finance manager, Gary, made the entire process seamless. If you are looking at a subcompact or crossover SUV, the Mazda CX-30 is at the top of the Kelly Blue Book and Auto Trader lists and I highly recommend.

To the Owners, Managers, Big Wigs, and to whomever it may concern at Integrity MazdaThere aren't enough words to express the deep and sincere gratitude I have for the service I received at your establishment. See I am a salesman whom specializes in dog houses. I entered your establishment to see if there were any customers to be found. You see I believe every dog deserves a place to rest his fluffy head, or her fluffy head. I don't discriminate.Anyways I was greeted in a timely fashion by a gent named Ben, He was a Hatfield and I've always sided with the McCoys but he was a very kind and helped me find the way to the restroom. The location is under construction so the Mazda sales was a little hard to find. But once I got in I was greeted by Chris. Friendly and knowledgeable. Dion assisted me in test driving the vehicle I wanted and is working to get me a great deal

Let me start off by saying this was the worst experience I ve ever had with getting something done with my car. I came to the service center to see about getting my radio updated along with a few other things that were going to be paid by carmax (long story). The man had an issue with me from the second i walked in for some odd reason. I m a young mother and had my daughter with me which he clearly did not like. He first off ASKED ME MY AGE. So believably unprofessional and rude for that matter which he had no business asking me. Let s just say he did not do one thing he was supposed to do. My mother then called him after I left because she seen how distraught I was about this interaction and he then went on to tell her that she come in here with that baby on her hip, I didn t know if she had funds to pay for the car repairs or if she had good parents that could help her . EXCUSE ME. Long story short if you have children and are a young mom this man will not want to do business with you cause I guess young moms are broke in his eyes. I want this issue resolved which I know nothing will ever be done but I want this man s job. Then we will see who will be able to afford to get their car fixed. Honestly worst experience in my life WILL NEVER COME BACK HERE NOR RECOMMEND IT TO ANYONE.(To the response from the owner below)I completely understand some how there was miscommunication with caramax and I with the Mazda dealership but speaking to me the way I was spoke to about my child there is no way no where an excuse so thank you for proving my point once again that this is the crapiest deal ship that fact there was no apology nor trying to help with figuring out a solution to make a customer happy. what happen to customers always right lol. MIGHT I ADD I went to the Mazda in Marietta and they were the NICEST people ever. I had complete respect and no issue with my daughter being there lol nor did they tell me I didn t look like I couldn t afford to pay for my repairs Mazda in Marietta got my money .

Quick fast customer oriented service !!! So many dealerships in the area however they stand a cut above the rest. This customer service is why I choose them over any other dealers. You can always make more money but never undo a 1st impression. Choose integrity Mazda and their service deptment for all your vehicle needs!!! Great job

Integrity Mazda lives up to its name. Buying a vehicle remotely can be a challenging experience, but Colby, Gary, and Chris were very responsive and gave me everything I needed to make a well-informed decision. They gave me a fair price up front, and patiently walked me through the process of an out-of-state purchase. When the vehicle was delivered, it was exactly as advertised their service center did an excellent prep job. Great experience all around, and I would highly recommend Integrity Mazda to anyone, whether you live in Chattanooga or on the other side of the country! Thank you guys!

Didn't show me a bunch of poorly repaired damages on the body and paint job and some missing things and damage inside and charged the top dollar for excellent condition. Wouldn't offer any type of refund when requested after noticing all these things. Also, had the tail lights all wrong. Hate to leave a bad review, would love to change it.

Mikkael was very patient and honest with me, especially considering I called asking for a test drive on such short notice. Genuinely tried to help me find the best deal avaliable. Excellent consideration for the customer
