Seriously a real 5 STAR EXPERIENCE. I had to share. I was skeptical about this dealer after reading previous reviews. However, I had a wonderful experience!!! Communication was clear and prompt.Modifications and programming done earlier than promised.Offered a Cadillac loaner, much appreciated and preferred.Andrew was professional and kind. A real handshake, on time, knowledgeable. He even noticed a fan running that shouldn t have been. I knew I heard something abnormal and normally elsewhere, I m told I m sensitive to sound and it s normal when we all know it s not Thankful for him and that attention to detail.

I purchased a 2017 cadillac escalade from Integrity. I thought that the DVD player was a finger swipe. It turned out to be a light up eject button but the DVD switch was faulty. I bought the extended warranty but it doesn't kick in for 30 days. I called my salesman, Kenny Louis, and he paid for the repairs out of pocket. This is going the extra mile I'm my book and I would definitely buy from Integrity Cadillac again. The sales and service staff went above and beyond to make this right

Any time my vehicle has been to Integrity Service Dept, Andrew always goes above and beyond with customer service. He keeps me informed, has my vehicle ready when he says it will be and in cases where I need a vehicle he has a loaner lined up and ready for me when I get there! He has mine washed and dried when I pick it up. I can't speak on behalf of the others in the service dept, but ask for Andrew and you will NOT be disappointed!Thank you Andrew!Lisa Rector

I brought my car in for a driver door actuator,which was only supposed to take a few days turned in to 2 weeks. Not a problem,parts were hard to get is what I was told. I paid $816 to get my car back damaged from someone slamming the door over and over and denting and chipping the paint in my door jam. Apparently they decided to re-aligne the door, yes my door shuts now but it sounds horrible to shut. I showed the gentleman what I'm talking about and they didn't even say let us fix it, they told me that's how I brought it in. It is obvious they door isn't fixed because when you shut the door it makes a loud pop. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone.

Integrity Cadillac is the best in Chattanooga. You can't find a more honest dealer than Integrity. Some dealers try to oversell you for something you really don't need or a repair that's really not needed. This has NEVER happened to me. They are EXTREMELY honest. Their Service Managers are spot on. ALL of them are at the top of their game. And this also applies to the other dealerships they own that I have worked with. You can't beat Integrity Cadillac, Buick, GMC and Mazda too. Andrew Frantom is PHENOMENAL as my Service Advisor...

THEEEEE WORSTTTT!!!! Don t waist your time. I think McDonald s answers the phone and has better service. Service advisor need to be trained better, and learn to stick to their word. Called for a quote. He gave it to me was nice about it .. I told him I need a emailed copy just so I have the quote. Didn t receive it. I then I called for 2 weeks to get the quote emailed to me or Verify and they ignored every call. They saw the caller ID I m assuming and decided to never answer for 2 weeks.I left countless calls! Then decided to try to call from someone else s phone after calling on mine 2 times in a row and they answered her call immediately and then was extremely RUDE. This place is joke.

The waiting area was not very comfortable and did not offer much to those waiting, no water or coffee just popcorn which was burnt. The time frame we were given of 45 minutes turned into 2 hours.

I took my car in on July 28. The problem was diagnosed and we had to pay in advance for the parts, which we did on July 29. They had to order the parts, and we were told the parts would be in on Tuesday. We waited all week to hear from Integrity, but we never received a call. I called and left a message, but no one returned my call. On Friday I called again and talked to someone in the service room. They said the parts weren't in and they would call when they came in. It is now August 15 and I have heard nothing. My husband left a message on the 14 with no return call. I called again today and talked with a nice man in parts. He researched my invoice number and said the parts were there. He connected me to service and again I left a message and have received no call back. Communication is a huge problem with this service department

Absolutely horrible experience with service. Daryl was our advisor and lied to us every time we spoke to him over the phone. Our Escalade sat here for three weeks without ever being fixed. We re told they were understaffed and that all the other dealerships were too and that it would take 2 months + to fix.Had the vehicle towed to Riverside Cadillac in Cartersville. Recieved a call within two hours that parts bad been ordered and the vehicle would be repaired within three days.The vehicle was repaired on time and James at Riverside Cadillac called me multiple times to update me on the repairs.Still have not even received a work order we requested for Integrity from Daryl. Avoid at all costs. Go to Riverside trust me.

Made an appointment for diagnostic. Service Rep said it would take 1hr or 2. I waited more than 5 hrs. After 3.5 hrs I was told my car was ready they were just waiting on an estimate from mechanic. They never offered me a courtesy ride home but I noticed they offered other customers

I wish we had seen Darryl s review before taking our car to this Cadillac dealership. Our experience was identical to his. We kept smelling a strong odor of gasoline so we made an appointment for Wednesday, July 5th. They supposedly performed a gas leak test which came back negative. We were told it was likely a pin sized hole in the line, which was allowing a little gas vapor to enter the air so we would need to come back Friday for a smoke test because they had a backlog of vehicles waiting for the same test and couldn t do it that day. We were assured the vehicle was completely safe to drive despite the extremely strong smell of gas. We brought the car back on Friday, had the smoke test done, and were then told the car was spraying gasoline and was VERY unsafe to drive. Luckily, we have a second car so we left the vehicle with Cadillac and I will acknowledge that we were told by Andrew it could take a few weeks because the part was backordered. We finally got a call from him on July 13th saying they should have the part in the next day or so. A week passed without a word from anyone so we reached out again and were told they actually didn t have the part, but were first in line from the manufacturer. After playing phone tag, we were then told the part was still on backorder and we d have it in three weeks. At this point, they d already had the car for almost three weeks. We asked Andrew if he could touch base each week to keep us updated so we could plan whether or not we needed to get a rental car because I travel for work. Like Darryl, we were first told they didn t have any loaner vehicles and then were told they had a few and that we d be put at the top of the waiting list. Never happened. Two more weeks go by and WE have to reach out to Andrew. Called, left two messages, never heard back. Another week goes by with no word so I called and asked to speak to the general manager and, surprise, had to leave a message. We never heard back from the GM, but Andrew finally returned my call only to tell me if I wanted the car fixed I d have to find the part myself and gave me the part number. After six weeks, I was done so I went today to pick the car up to have it taken somewhere else only to be handed a bill for $186. I couldn t believe it. Never in my life have I received such poor service at a dealership.

I don't know about you, but any dealer that tries to exploit us with prices 5-30k or more over sticker price just because they can is not a place I would do business with. This is definitely unethical and predatory business practice. It should be criminal in my book. What an ironic name Integrity. There are plenty of dealers selling at MSRP or below in the same market. Don't fall for the canned response it's supply and demand, apples and oranges comparisons, and it's market value.

I own a 17 Cadillac CT6, My car has been at Integrity s Service Dept over 4 months out of the eight months of this year..!!! 2023.. (And spent approx $10k)This dealership offered me NO courtesy vehicle, In-fact told me that this premium Vehicle Dealership did not have a Vehicle Courtesy program..Then back-tracked and said they have one but, only have a few vehicles that stay occupied.. On one occasion my vehicle was at this Service Dept over 3 months. No vehicle assistance was offered, they didn t seem to care. Regarding my last two visits, my engine light kept coming on, Service Dept had my car over 3wks, (No Courtesy vehicle offered or supplied) they allegedly replace a part, paid warranty deductible, picked-up the vehicle, before I could make it to my destination, the Engine light was ON.. (my opinion, car couldn t have been driven far or tested)Returned car next couple days, then was told it s the battery (causing low-voltage code) replaced battery they wanted close to $500. I bought and brought battery to Service Dept. Engine light still Illuminating.. kept car for 2 wks, (again No offer for Courtesy Vehicle,) they finally learned from GM. It was my Starter, they replaced Starter, I was told by service advisor I would not have to pay anything, then upon pick-up I was told that they declined to waive my fee, and they charged me an additional deductible fee, that my car was there 2x for the same engine code issue, and I had paid deductible initially, and bought a battery, that didnt correct theissue.. This is definitely not the way to do business, No customer concern, No customer Convenience, Definitely No customer appreciation..!!! Take your car else where..!!

Had tires put on my Titan. Prefered a dealership over tire store. I knew Integrity Cadillac treat people's vehicles well (unlike local Nissan). Andrew understood what I was looking for and ordered the specific tires I wanted and had them in the next day. Thanks Andrew and thank you Integrity Cadillac!

I took my car in to have the touchscreen replaced. It s a simple operation doesn t take 15 people to figure out what it s would cost. I was scheduled for Monday at 4 pm . It s now Wednesday I have not heard a word back from them. I had to call four times before anybody would even pick up the phone, and then she said he would have to call me back. The service is very unprofessional and I don t think I ll ever do business with them again.

Andrew is always helpful. He has been there since I started bringing my XT5 there for services. He takes the time to listen and explain all services needed or necessary. Thank you Andrew for your help. If I return to Chattanooga for any reason with my vehicle, this is where I will have it serviced.

You buy a car from them, they do Alll of the service on the car but yet can not explain why the engine seized. Nobody returns a phone call, especially the owner. The receptionist is rude. I will not EVER do business with this location again it's pathetic.Service mechanics do not know anything. Thier front desk person is completely unprofessional and rude.No one knows anything.

I took my SRX in to the dealership for a factory warranty recall for a Toe Link replacement on March 2, 2023. There s was absolutely nothing wrong with the car and it drove like a Cadillac should . After the integrity service department changed this part it swerves all over the road and they refuse to fix their mistakes and problems after 3 visits. I have contacted General Motors and they have opened up a case file about this problem, that the dealership refuses to correct. Customer service at this dealership? None!!!!

We came to Chattanooga for an event at UTC. Due to car issues, we found ourselves at Integrity Cadillac working with Mr. Charlie as we traded our Ford SUV for a Cadillac CT5 sedan. He was so kind, patient, and attentive. We recommend going and visiting Mr. Charlie. He helped to make a bad situation into a pleasant experience.Best of luck, Mr. Charlie and the Integrity team.

Integrity Cadillac is in Chattanooga AWESOMEi. I was driving home from Winter in Florida to summer in Michigan and my XT5 air-conditioning quit. I searched for the dealer nearest to I-75 and called Integrity Cadillac service. They said they could work me in. We stopped there within the hour and they fixed the problem within 2 hours. THEN even better, Daryl the service associate noticed that I was just a few miles over the warranty - so he called GM and got them to cover the expense with warranty. That is Service. That is integrity. WOW!

They have always been great to deal with. From installing a brand new crate motor in our old GMC truck to changing oil & servicing our HHR & Cadillac & recalls on our Suburban.

Ask the employees how they feel working for a money hungry dealership. They dont change the gaskets on your filter on the terrains. They never check your oil level before the oil change to see if your low or possibly burning oil. All they do is get you in and out fast. But they are still slow. Absolutely no structure. Then they charge you 60-100 dollars for basics. When they know they can do better. Jesse is the main culprit. Daddy gave him the dealership so he feels high an mighty treating his employees with disrespect. Power trip if you ask me. Never again will I be back.

Took my srx in for a recall replace toe link paperwork said 27 minutes after a few months noticed rear tires wearing on the inside took car to alignment. Shop car out of alignment have paperwork to show before an after specs called integrity service department talked to someone who said they did a 4 wheel alignment. I told him that my paperwork said only toe link replaced he said I can get paperwork that said we did do it I told him I had before and after specs it wasn't done I told him just because you have paperwork don't mean you did it I said maybe small claims court. He said go for it sounds like a top notch employee don't even try to answer this complaint every body beware of this dealership check to see if the work has been done
