Normally I have a great experience but this time was horrible. I had a different guy wait on me this time and he was very rude and acted as if he didn't care to do the work on my car which was a front end alignment that also doesn't seem like it's done right. Normally the Mexican guy takes care of me and he is very nice and always talks to me about what he did. He is always so friendly. I'm not sure if this was a bad day for this man but he was rude to others that I saw. He definitely needs to change the way he speaks to people.

I definitely recommend Good 2 Go Tires!! Very nice people and cheap prices. They even will do oil changes, you bring your oil and filter and they will do for you. I'll definitely be back. Hopefully I'll stop hitting curves but until then you have my business .

Great service. Called I feel like every tire store in Chattanooga area and they were the only ones I could find to mount 26" wheels and do so very reasonably priced. So if you're looking for someone that can handle larger wheels this is the place to go. Very friendly also. Highly recommend

This place is a joke, I bought a battery 5 or 6 months ago, and they didn't offer me the warranty for an extra price...battery has went bad and they refused to replace due to that! Don't use them!!!

Told me to wait 30 mins i waited over an hour. I asked them again how long would it take they said 25 mins. I waited 45 they are super slow. Just go next door to the auto body place they do everything they do and cheaper and faster

This was my second purchase from G2G tires. The first visit i purchased a full set of tires from the owner who was on sight that day. I was more than pleased good quality work and professionalism. This time was a disaster I purchased a full set of tires on my own 20" rims and unfortunately only got two of my own rims back. The poor sole next to me never noticed and left before me. When confronted with the issue as first they were helpful and apologized for the mistake. Which is all it was. And we waited to see if the other car owner would notice and come back. After almost a month of waiting i asked what the next step would be. That when they suddenly had no idea who I was. When I ask to speak with the owner a man (he was the an employee) said he was the owner until I told him I'd seen him and he wasn't it...lol... when asking again to contact him. They said they didn't know him...... if this reaches the owner..... please help.

I have been here twice and both times they have been so helpful and nice. Quickest I ve had my tire changed and reasonable pricing for used tires. I recommend them to anyone and everyone :)

Always great service and pricing here. Hardest working group of guys in Chattanooga! I've never been told "no we can't", and that's why I drive 25 minutes here anytime I need tires or alignment.

Great place with really friendly people and the service is twice as fast as every other shop. They saved me from missing work after a tire blowout because they ordered the tire I needed so I immediately headed there and by the time I got there 8 minutes later they already had it and changed the tire in 2 minutes when at every other shop in the city they said it would take 24hrs to order the tire and at least an hour and a half to change it. The price was 50% cheaper for the same tire than the other 25 shops I called too. It's normally a huge problem whenever I have a blowout because my tires are a very niche size but every time I've needed something they always have exactly what I need. I've went there several times and every time they've been the best I've ever experienced. These guys really saved me from a bind and I definitely recommend!

I went here to get my tire fixed and been coming here ever since. The ppl here are nice and friendly and the price for tires aren't bad and they've put my brakes on had to wait BUT was they was fast Abt it. THANKS GOOD 2GO TIRES I'll be back

I do not mind the waiting because these are the best in town. They are always friendly, normally fast! And are very reasonably priced. If you are in need to see them they will get you rolling!!!! This is the only place I go

I ve dealt with a lot of tires stores and Good 2 go is by far the best I ve had the pleasure of dealing with! Mark got me in and out in under an hr even with people ahead of me. The price was amazing to the point I knew he was an honest guy! If you need tires stop by you won t be disappointed.

Great service and customer service is impeccable. Mark, owner, kept me informed of what was happening with my tire service.The parking lot get full quickly. The prices are super. I won t go anywhere else for tires.

Came in for an alignment and hope it's good work because the little boys there were very reckless with the cars. One little boy who looked 12 backed another car up into my vehicle and then blamed it on me when I wasn't doing anything but sitting in the parking area. Doesn't seem like much integrity here so I won't be back unless this alignment wasn't done right. What a shame.

Honest and Fair in judgement and in price don't trust neighborhood tire companies around this one others will rob you this company is honorable. And great quality tires.

I needed a new tire and I was expecting to be out of at least $100.00. But to my surprise I saved alot!! The service was excellent. I didn't have to wait a long time and the techs were very professional and quick. The name speaks for its self, Good 2 Go Tires!

I recently purchased a set of tires for my 4runner here. I was already in Roseville and had some time so decided to give them a try. Beat even Walmart'a price and got me in pretty quickly. No issues at all with the tires or service. I'd use them again. The guy I dealt with was friendly too. Thanks again!

I wish there was a zero stars that s what I would give them. I guess it s because I m young I m not sure but this tire place is not good they do not know what they are doing I came to get my tire changed and my tires rotated, they rotated my tires from the back to the front well they didn t do their job correctly and left something on my tire that should not be on there my tire is shaking so bad I had to come back the same day he took the so called weight off my break and he didn t take it off the other tire I had to come back here on my break at work to get this took off and he was mad bc I was upset like seriously I can t. 0 stars!!!!!

I bought a used tire and drove home and as soon as I got out of the car I could hear the air spewing out of it. I had to use fix a flat and my air compressor to make it back to purchase a new one. They just made me pay the difference for a new one. I'm satisfied

Bought a tire it had a hole in it the tire kept leaking air had to go back and at first he said it was bc it was cold and tires leak air when it s cold.went back same day sure enough it had a hole.Replaced the tire and had the same problem
