Got 4 new Bridgestone tires for our Volkswagen SUV and were extremely pleased with the price and the service!! Also got a lifetime alignment with our purchase. Definitely recommend this place for for all your tire and service needs!!!

I purchased a used vehicle last Friday and brought it in yesterday for tire balancing and front end alignment, made an appointment last week. Kyle and staff were courteous, professional and friendly. While I was waiting for the job to be completed I saw and heard the staff dealing with new customers as well as regulars and nothing but the best service! I highly recommend this location! Great group of guys.

The guys there are the best. We had someone hit our parked car while under their care, and they were quick to call and let us know and made sure we got in contact with the person that TRIED (but failed) to leave. They fixed our issue and will ALWAYS have our business.

I m very disappointed in Firestone. I ve been a customer for year, not for their products, but for their customer service. I want to start by saying that I don t leave bad reviews, but I m leaving this one because the service was so bad. I took my car in this past weekend to get a new tire on. They told me they would take care of it and I left it in there care at 10 am. I get a call an hour before close and they inform me that they couldn t change because they didn t have my desired tire in stock. I was understanding and decided to make an appointment for Wednesday 1/17/24 at 5 pm because that is when they would have my tire in. I left work early to get there on time to which I find out that they never made an appointment for me and they also never ordered my tire. At this point I m frustrated but not acting any type of way. I asked them if there was anything they could do to make it right, to which the guy tells me they can sell me a more expensive tire but not for the same price of the other tire. It s wild to me that I took my car to them twice and neither time could they do anything for me and were not apologetic. I ve worked in customer service my entire career in some capacity and I ve never done a customer wrong and not cared as much as Firestone did today. I can forgive mistakes, but I can t forgive bad business.

The customer service walking in I was not greeted nor acknowledged by anyone. I stood in line for 5 to 6 minutes before the man at the middle desk said anything and he didn't even look up. Just yelled out just a minute. I finally got waited on but when the white lady came in behind me she was greeted immediately and waited on. I wanted to leave from the discrimination but I needed my car serviced. Then I was told several different things as to why my car was misfiring and my Husband called to get clarification and he also was given the run around. They chared over 500 to change coil and spark plugs. Don't go here go to Express they charge 375 labor taxes and parts all included. Not only that Bill is very professional and has great customer service. If my car would have made it to Express that's where I would have went. Not Firestone they are horrible! Never again

Please, check out the parts on your car that they claim are bad. The guy named Indiana quoted me for multiple issues with the car that were not true. He was incredibly rude, he took advantage of me and was awful! I wouldn t give this place 1 star. I paid for lifetime alignments but they can keep it. Indiana quoted me about 9k worth of issues. I got a mechanic over and he was beside himself with how much was not wrong and not even worn or damaged. Shame on you all for taking advantage and holding someone s car hostage. My car is back on the road and driving. Like a dream for less than 100 bucks. You all need to fire Indiana. He s an absolute bully on the phone and I m embarrassed for this establishment to have someone like him who treats their customers this way.

I'm happy with the inspection that was done on my car. I now know everything that is wrong with my vehicle. I'm not, however, happy with the fact that I had struts installed in Feb 2022, which cost me over $1000, and I was told that they are bad. I can have you all replace them but for another $600. I don't think I should have to pay to have them replaced by you when you put them on. I was told that the parts have a lifetime warranty but there's a one year warranty on the labor. I will not be returning for any major work.

I got there at 9am for a tire alignment. Balance, rotation and TPMS reset on back driver side tire. I was told it would be done around 12:30 to 1pm. I called at 2pm and my jeep still was not started on. I was told they would call me to informed me on when it would be ready. No call from him. I arrived at 5:45 pm to pick up my jeep before they close and still not done. When I received my jeep the rear driver tire TPMS sensor was not done. In the invoice it showed where the wheels where aligned balanced and rotated. So I ask the question if my tires have been rotated how was the same rear driver sensor still out if my tires were rotated. I feel that this location has gone down hill since the store manager Andrew has left. He would always make sure my vehicles were done right. I have 4 vehicles on file with you guys and would always have them service them. I feel that I am going to find a new place.

I received great service from this Firestone location as usual. They took care of my issues and helped me save some money as well. The work took longer than expected, but they took good care of me and my vehicle. Special thanks to Indiana and Mitch, my service advisors.

I sent our youngest girl to the Hamilton Place Blvd Firestone for tires. I ve never been there myself, but I had good experience with the store on Riverside Drive in Clarksville, TN, so Firestone Complete Auto Care has earned my trust, and I felt confident sending my daughter there. They got her set up with a new set of tires and a lifetime alignment.She just got home and said her car drives even better than before and that Russ took good care of her and was pretty easy on the eyes to boot. Thanks, Russ and crew at the Hamilton Place Blvd FCAC!

I have used Firestone for about 10 years at different locations around the country. The Hamilton Place location in Chattanooga, TN has been a great experience. Kyle the store manager always greets everyone and is extremely professional. I have never had a negative experience with the work done, price for the work, or any person working there.

I had a leak in a tire and they were able to fit me in to repair it. My total time there was only about an hour. There was a bench in a shady spot outside to wait in the fresh air, which was nice. Afterwards, the technician was friendly and told me what they had done to complete the repair. All was good and the price seemed fair.

Thank you Firestone...I was about to head home to Atlanta today, and my tire pressure light was on. They immediately checked my tires, added air and sent me on my way with piece of mind. I appreciate your excellent customer service!

Thought I made the right decision by making an appointment. Still waited over 3 hours for an oil change. Would have paid less to use the 5 minute oil change. Tire pressure light immediately came on after I leave. I can t help but feel like something shady happens here.

Good service, without any games.My service was taken care of on time and the price was better than other service providers. But what I liked the most. Is that no made up additional services were presented to me.Many places will perform an oil change. And will always make up issues that really are not. To make an oil change 3x more expensive, after their made up services. I'm not talking about regular schedule maintenance, but things made up for an up sale. Firestone did not attempt to claim anything needed service that really does not.The service was taken care of with no gimmicks. Long they keep it honest, they are good to go.

Had a flat in the area and was able to drive to the store on it. Extremely busy on a Saturday but they had my size in stock and were able to work me in and get me on my way.

The absolute worst, slowest service I have ever seen at a tire store. My wife went to another place at the same time as myself and was in and out within an hour, I m writing this review in my 4th as of waiting for 4 tires! Pathetic and if I could give negative star rating I would. I WILL NEVER be back to this location and if the other locations are like this I WILL NEVER be back to Firestone

Has my tires rotated and they have done nothing but roar since. Also having trouble holding air when I never had any problems before. I might give them one more try but not sure

Had a 9 am appointment for an oil change. After 2 hours, they made recommendations. All I added was a battery. After 3 hours, I finally left. This should not take this long. They were not busy at all. Very, very disappointed.

If I could leave a -10 (negative 10), I would!!! Horrible service!! Every time we take our Mercedes Benz SUV to them for a minor service, we leave there with a lot more major issues going on with it and have to take it to the Mercedes Benz dealership to get it repaired. Recently, we took it to them for an oil change and to check the fluids. They talked my husband into getting the fuel system cleaned out. As soon as we left, the check engine light came on. We called them and they said that was normal and for us to drive it for a day or two, and that the check engine light would go out. We went on our road trip, which was 2 hours away. The check engine light stayed on, and it started jerking and hesitating. We called them and once we got back home, we took it back to them. As soon as we left, no jerking, but the check engine light came on again. Well today, this is our 4th time taking it to them, and this time we were told that it was something was broken and they wanted to charge almost $4000 to repair it. We've never had any problems with it before we took it to them. EVERY TIME we take it to them for something minor, it turns into something major, EVERY TIME!! Even if they wanted to repair it free of charge, I wouldn't allow them because I don't trust them! Oh, and by the way, the Mercedes Benz dealership said if that part was already broken, the check engine light would have already been on. We contacted a different a Firestone who told us that this particular service should have never been done without them changing the spark plugs, as well. HORRIBLE SERVICE!!!

We re from out of town and were stranded on top of Lookout Mountain. Indiana went above and beyond to work our vehicle in for repair. Mike gets 10 stars for helping us navigate the area with all of our luggage. Our car was repaired quickly and with great service. Thank you so much.

I brought my Jeep to get realigned because the first time didn't quite do it. On the phone they said they could get me right in. When I showed up they said it would be at least an hour to an hour and a half. They guy at the counter was rude and condescending both. The waiting area left much to be desired. It had an empty very gross looking popcorn machine and what looked like a dirty old coffee thermos that was empty.They did correct the alignment issue tho. Only reason they get 3 stars.

We were on vacation in the area, noticed our tire was slowly losing air. Stopped in at 4:20PM on a Sunday afternoon. They close at 5. We had a patch in place and were on the road by 5. I dropped my truck off for a diagnostics test and a tire alignment. They did a test and told me I needed some work that would ve required another alignment. Instead of doing the alignment and charging me, they let me know how to get it fixed and then get the alignment. Honest work is hard to come by these days, but I appreciate the integrity and also them saving me some money.Service: Auto engine diagnostic

I called ahead to make sure they could do a flush and fill on a hybrid inverter cooling system. The person on the phone said they could. Took the car in and dropped it off. I was asked if I wanted pressure testing on it. I refused as it was the inverter not the engine. Got a call a couple hours later informing me they couldn't do the flush and fill without pressure testing the block. I asked why they needed to test the block when they were supposed to be doing the inverter. They then informed me their tech was not certified for that service. Needless to say I picked my car up and didn't let them do anything on it.

Listened to them quoting people prices on parts.... Parts definitely get marked up quite a bit. Quoted someone around $1000 for a EVAP canister.... Nah most of the time you can find one for a lot less than that... I could be wrong but from what I've looked into with my vehicle $1000 is not reasonable at all. If their parts supplier is that high, they should look into a different one. I will never go back to them. I had a service done and got my vehicle back and it was worse off than before I took it. Just my experience. It could be different for someone else.

Garbage is all I can say. Bought a new pair of all terrain tires and they only lasted 10,000 miles. Not only that the day I got them they were never balanced. They sent me home in my truck without balancing them. If you are looking for quality and safety do not come here. Luckily I learned my lesson or I would have to buy 3 pairs of tires for 1 year.
