I couldn t find anyone locally to install lowering springs on my Mazda CX9 and knowing Fastech specialized on European cars, they were my last option. They GLADLY excepted the opportunity to do the job. They killed it and I loved that they welcomed the job on a non European vehicle. Will definitely recommend them and won t hesitate to call again.

Great experience as a first time customer. Fastech provided unsurpassed customer service and had us back on the road in no time. Our Audi q3 was misfiring and need immediate attention.They quickly diagnosed the problems, communicated the problems and fixes to us quickly and thoroughly.Great price, great service.We will be back.

Best shop around if you re looking for awesome work and super honest guys. Let s be real, performance oriented shops can be very shady, but these guys are top notch. Couldn t recommend them enough. I ve had them work on my S5 multiple times, and will return with my wife s Porsche. Thanks again guys!

Love the guys at Fastech and can t recommended them enough for any euro car needs. They ve worked on 3 of my vehicles ranging from classic BMWs to more modern, off road Porsches and done excellent work on all of them. Consistently great communication and extremely reasonable prices for the quality of work/parts used.

For European cars, I wouldn't go anywhere else. I've been with these guys for multiple years, and they've always done a great job. They will actually take the time to dig into a problem and personalize the specific fix you need, which I really appreciate. Would highly recommend!

These guys are always great we have had 3 of our cars over for several services. They always send an estimate with details of what is needed and recommendations. Ben and Jay have always been honest and have done what they said they would. There prices are always fair, always great to talk to them they have a lot of knowledge about cars. These guys messed up my gl450 more than ever. They would keep my car for at least a month everytime. They once fixed my ac unit without checking with me first. It was over 1300 job so I told them to take it out since my warranty was going to cover it but they did not entertain the person that came there from my warranty. They recommended I fix things that didn't need fixing. Its so hard to believe all these ratings are real because that is no where near the experience that I got from all of them. I would call and call to ask for my car and they will ignore my calls even when my car has been there for 4 weeks. I spent almost $10k to get my car in good shape and the screwed it up more instead of giving me what I paid for. I wouldn't be surprrised if they messed up my car on purpose. Only they know that. I believe that I have a God that hear and sees everything so it's all good.

We were given an estimate that matched the final cost and they didn t try to upsale us on anything. The guys were helpful and knowledgeable and we highly recommend them. They were great!

These guys are familiar with most all European cars. They know the common issues per year with all BMW. I pick up my car and I'm told, "Keep an out on ______ because they are a know weakness. Yours looks good but it is something to be aware of." I'm thinking why didn't the last shop tell me? Well, cause that shop is closed from not doing the little things like Fastech did.

I have used Brian's services for many years now and have always been pleased with his personal touch. My cars always run right the first time. He has always been fair on pricing and know that he will go over your expectations every time to have another happy customer. They have mastered customer service which is hard to find now days. Referred nephew to get 2nd diagnostic, they started repairs without written consent or to verify that ownership of vehicle (not his) had car for 22 days for list of repairs, lied to nephew about how much parts would cost and could only get parts at BMW dealership. More issues with car now since they tried to repair. When tried to consult owner (Brian) and Mechanic (Jason) would not stand by their work, would not even look over car and mechanic admitted to never ever test driving car even after the repair work he s done in the 22 days car was at their business. It s been 3 days and still no response from Brian Flannigan. If I d know they would take advantage of customers like this I would have never referred them and never will I. How you charge a 25 year kid $4862.77 for repairs and parts that was not serviced properly and when asked for old parts & proof of original parts receipts you can t supply or respond?Services: Electrical repair, Steering & suspension repair, Auto engine diagnostic, Brake service & repair

I live in Washington State and needed a Pre-Purchase Inspection of a Mini Countryman. Jay and Ben were friendly and amazing, everything was done over the phone and their inspection app is visual and so easy to understand. Ben diagnosed a bent wheel, and I was able to get that verified from the seller and the seller replaced it. Jay and Ben, seriously thank you for helping me in so little time.

My Volvo s check engine light had been on for a week, it was making a whistling noise, shaking in park, and just seemed off. I was reluctant to take it somewhere due to other experiences. I called Fastech and setup an appointment same day within minutes from when I called to have them look at my car to locate the problem. They found the problem, got me an estimate, and setup my appointment for service. Jay updated me every step of the way. They replaced the oil filter housing which was the issue and also did a courtesy vehicle inspection to let me know if any things to lookout for. Not only was Fastech s service quick and thorough, they are so nice and have excellent customer service. I was NOT made to feel dumb or taken advantage of like I ve felt at other auto repair shops. From what I understand they do everything the dealership can do. I will definitely bring my car to Fastech moving forward!

The technician diagnosed my issue efficiently and ordered the part the same day. He walked me through the work order and explained exactly what needed to be done. Customer service and quality of work were top-notch. I will definitely be back for any future issues.

I got my brakes replaced for $100 less than Budget Brake on brainerd road quoted me. Super nice people, will work with you as far as flexibility, and are very fast. It s the only euro shop I go to. Only shop in general, at that.

Fastech is the only place I will take my Audi Q5 to! They are extremely knowledgeable and really care about their customers. They do quality work in a timely manner. They do all of my basic maintenance/repairs as well as modifications and performance needs. Thanks for everything guys!

Justin and team have worked on my 2014 WRX wagon twice now. They are highly knowledgeable, detail oriented and care deeply about the work they do. As a woman getting her car worked on, there is always the inherent risk for being mansplained to or feeling taking advantage of for one s lack of knowledge. There has not been one iota of either in my experience with this shop. They have provided excellent education and opportunities to ask for more info if needed and been attentive to where my knowledge already exists. I feel comfortable taking recommendations when provided as I ve been given options to chose from. I have not seen a pattern of the most expensive option being the recommended path for work and parts. I m relatively new to town and feel lucky to have found a shop that I trust this much. Now if only I could find a dentist with these same qualities .Services: Tires, Body & Trim, Wheel alignment, Brakes, Oil change

I recently brought my 2015 GTI in due to a terrible creaking noise. Fastech did an incredible job of diagnosing the issue (wound up being strut bearings). They were very transparent about the costs and were very fast with all communication and the work itself. I'd highly recommend Fastech for any of your VW services. Brian and his team are top notch. Best place for tire needs for sports and imports and quick turnaround!Would highly recommend to any import or car sports car owner.Prices are very reasonable and Staff are respectful and courteous.Waiting area has wifi as well!!

Brian at Fastech has been great to work with. I have bought rims and tires and he did go above and beyond. Even delivered them as he was passing my home 2 hours away. I can count on them for sound advice and so when I was ready I bought one of the cars from him as well. Customer service and quality work is their business.

I don't usually share reviews, but this place deserves it 100%. I have NEVER and mean never been more appreciative of a Mechanics shop until now. I have been bringing my car here for a little over 2 years, and everytime I have a great experience. I get all my oil changes here, along with some drastic replacements (transmission/clutch/master cylinders, etc) that I was not expecting to need done. This is the only company that will be 100% upfront with you when you need something. I went in for an oil change and didn't notice the wear on the inside of one of my tires (that could have been bad if not taken care of immediately), and they got it taken care of same day! They take their time making sure each time they touch your car its going to be taken care of. Jason answers all my crazy questions, and phone calls to the best of his ability and never hesitates to get them answered. If you need a reliable car mechanic this is the place, with no doubt in my mind you will be pleased with every experience from here.
