Absolutely terrible service noaccountability at all. They will tell you that someone is coming in 20 minutes. Only to leave you strandes for 3 hours and then cancel. Don't waste your time here.

Scam artists. The owner is super rude. I've been trying to call about a vehicle that the police told me they towed for almost 9 months. No one is ever one site when I can get there. The guy on the phone will not give me info and hangs up on me for the last 7 months when I call. The car was towed in September 2022. It was towed under a property owner tow which it was not towed by the owner of the property. The first time I spoke to the guy in Sept he told me there was a police report and that was how it was towed(no police report still) I said I wasn't worried about the car so much as my things in it, he told me if I brought him 50 dollars and the title I can get my belongings out of the car. None stop run around. The vehicle is obviously gone. Not the point I am trying to get the paper work. Ive been yelled at every time ive called and cant reach anyone on property. They told me today they never had the vehicle did not tow it. Would not give me their names when asked, just hung up on me(there were 2 men yelling at me, the guy on speaker phone called the guy dad, so I guess it runs in the family)This is absolutely nuts!!! Not sure what to do from here. It's been a run around for almost a year!The guy that had them tow the car is also a well known theif. Go figure!Just call and u will quickly see what I'm saying! One time I talked to a female over this long ordeal she was OK. So 1 star

Truck broke down while pulling a 5th camper late on Saturday night! Provided us a safe place to park camper. They did not have a mechanic working on Sunday, so they drove us to the parts store to get what we needed and provided whatever tools we didn t have!! Went well above and beyond to help me and my husband!! Not only a great business, but incredible people!!Service: Special vehicle towing

Guy working there was rude. I locked my keys in the truck literally right next door and he wasn't willing to come unlock bc there wasn't anyone else there which I understand kind of...if you saw the place and where my truck was you would see it would have been very easy to just lock the front door or even just to keep an eye on it we are talking about a 2 minute gig. Then he wanted to charge $75 to unlock my truck which again was right across the street while all the other companies were willing to drive across town and do it for just $50-60. I then asked if I could rent the tool I needed which is just a $5 air cushion and he was unwilling to let me use, rent, or buy one. I understand thats how they make their money but it was obvious and I made it clear that its Christ time and I don't have the $ to spend. I had up to $20 I could have spent just to use a $5 tool and do it myself. On top of this he acted annoyed that I was even there and was rude in manners and tone with every word said. I literally walked all the way across town to get the tool I needed because I was not willing to give him my money.Service: Car lockouts

Looks can be deceiving ! These guys are great, friendly and very helpful. Was able to replace my starter when everyone else was closed. Would recommend them to anyone. Will also be sharing this on all Social media platforms.Thank you guys for you speedy, friendly service and saving my boys scout trip!

Called and he immediately sent a tow truck which was there quickly. Got my car loaded up and off the get serviced. Driver super friendly and helpful.

I was given their number to call to report an illegally parked car, and what a waste of time that was. The person answering the phone at night was totally rude and unprofessional (not to mention sounded like he was slurring his words and either asleep or intoxicated), and kept hanging up as well. I was then (after having to call back after being hung up on) given yet another phone number to call and of course that was a waste of time too. Terrible and one of the worst experiences I ve had with ANY business.

I asked them to pull a stick vehicle out of the mud. They were 3.7 miles out and it took 8 minutes. They charged me $200. My vehicle was towed in over 10 miles in Florida and they charged me $100. Nice guy but they charge way to much.

My family & I were vacationing in Chattanooga. The night before we were to leave our car broke down at our rental. I tried several other tow truck companies in the area before contacting Expressway. All 3 other tow companies were extremely unprofessional & unresponsive. Not Expressway. I wish I had found them 1st! I actually got to talk to a person on the 1st call, they were clear on when they could pick up my vehicle and then were on time & very simple to work with. I d highly recommend them to anyone needing a tow!Services: Car towing, Local hauling

Amazing prices! I called 12 places and this was the cheapest one. The man was extremely nice and very fast loading up my vehicle and getting it to where it needed to go. You could really tell he was a professional at it.

Turned out I didn't need a tow. Reduced rate since they showed up but weren't needed at the moment I started my car. I'll call them again if the need arises.
