Charles was very helpful and made sure I had the right oil going into my car. Dylan also assisted and his customer service was awesome. I commend these guys and they made my experience a great one. I was having a bad day and they changed that .

My experience was amazing, the service was a 10/10! I m pregnant and they took good care of me & my car Lily . They are very nice people I will be coming back for my next oil change and my car has been needing the oil change for 6 months lol.

I pulled in to Express Oil Change on Brainerd for an oil change on a company van. It was a bit under 5000 miles, but the van gets heavy use and I had the time that day. I pulled in with no appointment, was waited on immediately, and, as I filled out paperwork, one of the mechanics checked the oil. He showed me the oil gauge and said the oil was good for another 1000+ miles. Then they topped off the fluids, checked and adjusted the tire pressure on all four tires and said they were finished. I asked about the charge and there was NONE. I got the manager s (owner s??) card, Charles Shiller (?) and said I would return in another 1500 miles. Unfortunately, the business I drove the van for has closed so I will not return any time soon. However, I want to let everyone know about this business that gives exemplary service and is run by great people.Thanks, guys!

This place is under new management and the guys are great! Great place to get any of your car needs taken care of, whether it be oil changes or a tire rotation, these guys do a great job. My car is always taken care of when I come, so I highly recommend the Brainerd Rd location!

Anytime I need to get me or my wife's car taken care of, I call Express Oil Change and ask if Blaine is working today. Why, because he's always quick, courteous, and goes the extra mile. From an oil change to the brakes, when you go here, ask for Blaine!

This location of Express Oil Change is a whole lot better than the location on Gunbarrel road. Guys were very friendly and professional unlike the other one mentioned above. I appreciate good service when you're a paying customer. I recommend this location on Brainerd road highly!

Do NOT take your car to Express oil & tire engineers - Brainerd roadToday, I went for an oil change around 5 pm and my right turn signal was blinking twice as fast. During the oil change, they checked the lights and told me that I needed to replace the bulb to fix it. After replacing the bulb with a different one, the turn signal stopped working. Despite my attempt to inform them about the issue, they insisted I was all set and ready to go. I clarified that my signal was originally blinking, but now it wasn't working at all. They attempted to fix it, but when they couldn't, they claimed the light wasn't functioning from the beginning, which is untrue. Although they mentioned not charging me for the new bulb, I am dissatisfied because the light is now worse than it was when I arrived since now it s completely useless. The employees involved are in their mid-twenties.
