I appreciate the team at Express Oil Change at Northgate Mall in Hixson. These guys always take good care of my oil changes. Recently when one of my tires went flat, Nathan C. went above and beyond on a Saturday to get the tire that I needed. Once I got my car to the service bay and he checked my other tires, we agreed it was time for all of them to be replaced. The manager went to pick up the other tires for my vehicle. Nathan did all he could to get the best price for me too. This was teamwork and customer service at its finest. I highly recommend Express Oil Change for all your car service needs. Thanks!

Went to the Hixson location express oil change today about 30 minutes before they closed. Josh got me right in help me with the oil change quickly and efficiently and even found me a discount for my service! Great job to the Hixson team! I will be returning later this week to get a tire rotation.

I have been going to Express oil change for about 10 years. One time I wasn't too happy when I felt I was being quoted too high on some extra work. But I don't blame them, that's good commercial business. Last Tuesday I was feeling a little low and the young guys in there were amazing and kind and humorous and encouraging and put my headlight bulb in at no charge. I appreciate them so much and I want to make that public.

They are the best in town! As a woman sometimes I feel overwhelmed or take. Advantage of. I feel like everyone is always so kind and honest. They take the time to explain and always take great care of my car!!

I have been going to express for about 20 years the customer service here is off the chain. Jake is mechanic he jumped right in and fixed my truck .Little did I know the work was No charge . Due to they felt like it was the right thing to do to help someone.What a early Christmas present I'm so thankful for these guys. They are Honest with all their customers.

Had the crew here check out my Tacoma Matt did a phenomenal job at accessing and fixing the issue beyond expectations. Jacob and Terry have worked on my vehicles in the past with the same outcome. Jeff the store manager has a great team that goes above and beyond. First, Nate and Ron are awesome. Not only did they get my oil changed quickly, but my air filter as well AND their boss is going above and beyond to get a part I need ordered for me. Nate also went the extra mile and checked on me after I went to buckle in my toddler after we were done and had accidentally locked myself out of the car with my keys inside. Thankfully, my toddler is too smart and opened the door for me after the longest minute of my life, but to know that he cared enough to make sure everything was okay and offer help if I needed it was absolutely amazing.Thanks again, y all!!Service: General repairs & maintenance

I normally love this place and have had no bad experiences. Earlier last year, the bottom cover to my son s car wasn t screwed back on after his oil change, but he came right back and they fixed it. I feel like they should ve given him some kind of coupon for having to come back. Now I m not due for another oil change for about a month and I m not close to the mileage to bring it back. I saw my oil light flickering today. I checked it and I have no oil in my car, which lets me know my oil wasn t replaced so I was stuck. I don t have any leaks or anything. My car could ve been really messed up. They also normally check my tire pressure and didn t so I put air in my own tires later. Not sure what happened that day. I did just call and I was told to maybe get it towed over there. But then I thought about it and said to myself, why should I have to pay to get it towed for something that s not my fault? I've been coming to this location for years. The staff always makes me feel welcome, is quick to check out whatever issue I may be having, and walk me through what's needed and answer any questions (no matter how small or simple). Nathan was super helpful and friendly, and put me at ease.

Blaine was my Service Tech. during most recent visit for an oil change. He is professional, courteous, friendly and a good sense of humor to boot! You can tell the whole team are a tight-knit group having a good time, which is nice to experienceThe oil change was fast and thorough plus I had only a short amount of time to wait before getting into the service bay.This is one of many times visiting this business and the reasons I continue to come back as their customer. Express Oil has serviced my vehicles for about 15 years and were great until they opened another location across town and the entire staff went to the new location. Their replacements aren t friendly, complain about the number of people waiting, and only perform about half the services for the same price. I guess I ll start driving the extra 30 minutes to use the new location.

I just love Express Oil Change and Tire because their service is fast and friendly. They're prices are some of the best in town as well. I had to get all 4 tires replaced, they ordered them and had them next day and got them on for me. My oil change can be done on my lunch break, that's just how fast they are. Awesome service at this location! I was traveling for work, in a fleet vehicle, and needed a tire patched. They were super quick, professional and knowledgeable. I ll definitely be back when in this area and need auto services. Jake and the whole crew got me patched up and headed back to work even faster than they told me they could.
